Alright you two there is more then enough space for different healers and the clans are a different group then circles. A circle is within the temples on several worlds, the clans are usually located on a single planet. I rather like the idea of a clan dedicated to healers to make more story.

[member="Rianna be Ar'klim"] your idea is good and don't scrap it. Keep it and work, you are correct. You don't need permission so long as it doesn't go against the faction. (which this really can't... it would be hard pressed... now if it was a clan of darksiders different story)

[member="Maya Whitelight"] you operate the silver cross outside the faction making them very different, you are on the council, one of the promary faction healers but that doesn't mean you approve everything. Clans are not in yours or my scope of influence because they are a fun thing for the faction.

If it has to do the healers with in the Order being the Head of this part of the Order then it would effect the Healers of the order.

Okay, I'm unaware of whatever issues are between you, but this is not the place for an uneeded back and forth that seems headed in a volatile direction. T hotel at said, I ask you both to speak to one another, and work together to solve this matter. If you need a mediator, I'll be happy to do so. There's no reasin the two of you can't coexist in the same circle.

In other words, play nice or I'll put you both on scrub detail for a month.
