STRENGTHS

Why won't you die-Hard Mode: The regenerative nature of the Biot makes it very tough to kill. It can still function and fight even through massive organ damage (It's unable to feel Pain) or even having half it's brain destroyed or it's neck getting broken. So long as at least a quarter of its brain and at least fifteen percent of its body remains it will regenerate fully on its own. (This can lead to interesting situations should it be split in half lengthwise, as both halves will regenerate into individual Nuetralizers). Even if only a chunk the size of an arm or a thigh remains, exposing that chunk to Gamma Radiation will cause it to grow into another Chaplain Nuetralizer. It heals quickly from it's wounds, in a span of eight hours or less. Short of total decapitation or having it's brain and body completely destroyed, it is in general very difficult to put a Chaplain Nuetralizer down completely, especially given its more unconventional, built in resistances

The Brains Department: Fully Sapient, with full scale Human Like Emotions, and learns very quickly from every encounter, be it combat related or social, with full combat databases like all Nuetralizers

Fitness: 2 times stronger, faster, and more reflexive than a normal human

Massive Threat: A particular threat to Force Adepts, due to some of their genetics having been spliced from that of a Ysalamiri, rendering it very highly resistant to most Force Powers, while Power Glands engineered into it render it highly difficult to destroy with a Lightsaber. It also has organs in it that mimic repulsorlifts, allowing it limited flight capability with a high flight ceiling before the organs need to recharge for an hour. Other organs, located in its arms, allow it to project and direct massive electrical discharges from it's body, while organs in its hands mimic tactical tractor beams or tractor pressers, allowing it to move or catch/hurl large objects at a distance to mimic Force Push and Pull...or compress throats to mimic a Force Choke. An organ in its throat allows it to mimic the effects of a Destructive Sound Cannon with the ability to target certain materials

Protector: Programmed to regard all House Io Citizens as Family, who must never be harmed and always protected without question, or obeyed as necessary, with stringent secondary protocols and algorithms that dictate that fulfilling it's own programming should never come at the cost of betraying House Io's ideals, it's citizens, or it's leadership, with directives to shut down and manually reboot if forces to choose. This is so ingrained into it's mental architecture that it cannot be overridden, even temporarily, not even with the Force

Modular: Capable of accepting Genetic or Cybernetic upgrades, even ones that drastically alter it's appearance as well as a slew of new programming and updates via direct transfer to the Brain (Stealth, Anti Stealth upgrades require a new sub.)

Chaplain: Programmed to act as a Spiritual Leader and Advisor to any House Io Community it is planted with, to keep up morale and enforce it's Warrior ethos. It's also programmed with Psychological Databases, allowing it to function as a Psychologist to treat traumatized House Io citizens

Energizer Bunny: A powerful Bio Reactor enables it to go for four years before needing to recharge for four days wirelessly by a power source

WEAKNESSES

Vong Tissue weakness: Alpha Red causes gradual necrotizing to take place unless treatment is immediately applied and Baffer Pollen causes intense swelling in the joints for up to fifteen minutes, heavily reducing it's Manueverability until the body purges it

Acid: Acid eats through it's tissue quickly

Vibro: No resistance to Vibroweapons

Conventional: Blasters and slugthrowers pierce it easily

Explosives: Explosives are your best chance to take it out on the first go. That said, you better pray it stands still long enough

Blunt: Blunt kinetic trauma from something like club stuns it

Tractor Limits: Can't move or catch anything bigger than a very large boulder

Sound Limits: The sonic organ's organic capacitors typically takes around ~1 minute to recharge after they have been depleted.

Electrical Limits: The ARC Caster organ's organic capacitors typically takes around ~1 minute to recharge after they have been depleted.

Not human: No way a med scan wouldn't pick up on its Nature. None of its organs are human looking and it's blood is silver, like the organs

Magnetics: High powered magnetic surfaces causes it's flesh to adhere to them until a way is found to break it's hold. Directed magnetic weapons scramble their databases for thirty seconds and slows their regeneration by half for an hour after

PERSONALITY

Friendly most of the time in person, but taciturn and commanding when it must be, it has the fervor of a religious bent in its guidance to House Io Citizens on a constant basis and in battle it's in Full Dolph Lundgren in Johnny Mnemonic Mode, spouting off borderline insane (Sometimes it's outright insane) rants and quips against "sinners" and "unbelievers". Personally in dealing with House Io Citizens it's nothing but friendly and patient, tailoring it's guidance to who it talks to.

DESCRIPTION

The Chaplain Nuetralizer Model 1 is a factory made spiritual guidance counselor, possibly the first of its kind. If Model 1's and Advanced Model 1's are Jedi Knight Counterparts in Xiphos's race of machines then the Chaplain Nuetralizer is the counterpart to a Jedi Master. Not only does it administer to the spiritual needs of its people, but can act as a more official face for House Io for important assignments where combat may not be necessary. Against Force Adepts, it is a tough, ruthless, frightening opponent purpose bred to negate a Force Adepts natural advantages to the best of its designer's ability, and can rapidly learn to counter and defeat even their best strategies, fully complimented by an extensive bio-organic Anti-Force Adept database, and the plethora of melee, hand to hand, and ranged skills that may be necessary

This took a long time as there is a lot to think over. I am reviewing it to get this done but it will be slightly harsh but fair. Apologies in advance for how long this all took and how this be reviewed, been weeks thinking it over.

      Explosives: Explosives are your best chance to take it out on the first go. That said, you better pray it stands still long enough
The following resistances are not allowed. Please reformulate all your resistances to equal back out after removing these.

Heart doubles as a Dovin Basal, enabling it to generate gravity swells
Engineered genetics enable it to project focused electrical discharges
Special organs engineered to mimic repulsorlift engines enable limited flight capability
Specially engineered organs in hands mimic extremely strong tractor beam projectors/Pressors

Tractor Limits: Can't move or catch anything bigger than a very large boulder
Sound Limits: It can only discharge a sound beam from it's mouth once every 21 seconds
Electrical limits, can only discharge a seven second burst of electricity every seven seconds

Massive Threat: A particular threat to Force Adepts, due to some of their genetics having been spliced from that of a Ysalamiri, rendering it very highly resistant to most Force Powers, while Power Glands engineered into it render it highly difficult to destroy with a Lightsaber. Each one of these requires a tech submission to go along with it, please create them or remove these.

This borders Unique droids and this is not one of them. I will allow two times stronger for the sake of the submission.

It can still function and fight even through massive organ loss (It's unable to feel Pain) or even having half it's brain destroyed or it's neck getting broken. (This can lead to interesting situations should it be split in half lengthwise, as both halves will regenerate into individual Nuetralizers). This mimics Extreme resistances you do not have. While you can say it is due to the biology, this is still a Minor Submission and I am not allowing it through. In addition, I am not allowing for it to grow into another Chaplain Nuetralizer, this is not fair to anyone. My recommendation is just say "Tough to Kill" or remove it.

Can and will edit,but first I. The issue of resistances and the whole "Grow into another person" thing


This is a General Purpose Nuetralizer, Mass Produced, approved by You, that has many of the things you take issue with here...I'm confused...this is a mass production model and can recover from the things this sub has...

The resistances was something the Factory Team had to decide on recently as there been...a rather large influx. So it has been cracked down on though yours for that submission can remain until it is decided to be rewritten. As for when I approved it, its wording is a bit different. It can heal in seven hours which is fine but this heals in three hours which will not cut it here. As for splitting, read below how I try to explain it as I had to rewrite this a few times.

I will keep my word on the general ones though as the more I think of it, it be less to copy as it is the most generic ones there is and be the simplest to copy. More advanced ones, should not be able to replicate very easily and think of it this way. If I had an army of Super Battle Droids and you broke ten of them into pieces, and in six hours after the battlefield of people went over it and saw them respawn into thirty, does that seem rather annoying? It would become policy to scorch earth the battlefield at some point and for specialized units, that becomes a very large problem as things such as Minor, Limited, Semi-Unique, ect would mean they can upgrade on the battlefield into larger quantiles such as Minor to Mass Produced, Limited to Minor, Semi-Unique to Minor. Mass to Mass does nothing and will work for it and give a general idea to just burn them to crisps. Hope this makes sense.

So if I took it to Mass Produced, I could keep it? Listib Hibin Listib Hibin ? I wanna cooperate and address your concerns. Would be willing to remove some of its other abilities if necessary. If I must remove abilities, what would you recommend removing the most?
 
Have added links in armaments section, altered it's why won't you die strength to be more in line with General Purpose Nuetralizer sub, fixed speed and strength and reflexes to requested numbers, altered sound and electrical limits in weakness section, and changed to Mass Produced, Listib Hibin Listib Hibin
