STANDARD FEATURES
  • Titanium-armored cockpit module, with both pilots inside, ejects separately when needed and has deployable parachutes and its inertial dampeners are built in to absorb impact. It is able to reenter atmosphere without damage thanks to its automated course-correction jets and a one-time only reentry shield. Possesses a comprehensive survival kit and transponders for search and rescue.
  • Wing-tip mounted heavy repeating laser cannons.
  • Underslung wing hardpoints, all are designed to jettison their munitions quickly and safely.
  • Proton Torpedo Tubes mounted under the chin with rotary magazines mounted behind the cockpit.
  • Two heavy rotary laser cannons mounted inboard of the proton torpedo tubes, these cannons are lethal, designed for close air support gun runs.
  • Deflector shield generator, slightly stronger than T-85 X-Wings.
  • Sensors with full coverage in all directions, and specialized targeting computers.
  • Internal astromech hold.
  • Bio-scan palm reader for craft start-up.
  • One main thruster and two smaller secondary ones, all are quite powerful to be able to match the performance of FT-99 "Banshee" Starfighters
ADVANCED SYSTEMS
  • Advanced computer systems which provide live updates and receive updates from a larger battle network.
  • Advanced targeting computer to allow for precision missile strikes and bomb drops, and for controlling the craft's complex EMPP-4's.
  • Advanced data link for the pilot to be aware of everything going in every direction from his starfighter.
  • Advanced avionics in atmosphere and zero-gravity and powerful engine makes it able to perform even with large munitions loadouts.
  • Powerful maneuvering thrusters allows a Pugachev's Cobra-style of maneuver.
STRENGTHS
  • Can take a massive number of munitions into combat.
  • With the EMPP-4's when the conventional munitions are expended it can remain in the fight.
  • Can keep up with its fighters thanks to its large thrusters.
  • A second pilot allows for dedicated fire control.
  • Cannot be stolen without compromising its flight systems.
WEAKNESSES
  • The second pilot means that a loss of one of these is double the risk of loss of trained pilots.
  • Palm scanners mean that, in the event of an emergency, only a pilot can take the craft.
  • The "Thrasher" doesn't have the physical endurance of most larger dedicated bombers.
  • Larger wingspan means the craft, even with folding wings, takes up more space in a hangar than "Banshee" starfighters, meaning fewer can be brought to the fight in most hangars, specialized hangar facilities are needed to handle them.
  • With external hardpoints its munitions make the craft quite an explosive target.
DESCRIPTION
The NTB-1400 "Thrasher" is a dedicated attack fighter meant to bring massive amounts of fire on top of enemy forces with great accuracy. This is the reason for the Thrasher's co-pilot, a Weapons Control Officer, more commonly known as a bombardier. With the sheer mass of firepower on this craft it can do almost any mission, including taking on other bombers in support of ground troops or in defense of its ships. The craft's design borrows heavily from a prototype of the FT-99 "Banshee" so it shares many similarities with its fighter colleagues, including many shared parts including its thrusters, hyperdrive, and navicomputer along with many of its other computer systems. The Thrasher is designed as carrier-borne craft to go on long-range strike missions alongside ground attack missions in support of ground troops or special forces teams on distant missions. This new capability is a lethal combo.

ADVANCED SYSTEMS
  • Sensor-deflecting design to assist it in getting through the inferior scanners of lesser opponents.
Sensors in Star Wars don't quite have the same idiosyncrasies modern radar does, in addition, while certain sensor-absorbant materials aren't limited to semi-unique, be advised the addition of too many stealth features will necessitate the reduction of the ship's production levels to semi-uinque. That said, I advise a layer of some sort of sensor reflective material to achieve the effect you're hoping for.
  • Powerful electronic countermeasures and jammer systems, quite capable of protecting the bomber.
Link these please.
WEAKNESSES
  • The "Thrasher" doesn't have the endurance of most dedicated bombers.
  • Larger wingspan means the craft, even with folding wings, takes up more space in a hangar than "Banshee" starfighters.
Either change these two weaknesses or add two more PVP actionable weaknesses.
