"Leadership is about vision and responsibility, not power."
Loyalty, Duty, Honor. Three tenants that define Careena as an individual that she has abided by and suffered no slight to throughout her life.
She leads Clan Fett with those three principles in mind, having taken what was once a Clan on the verge of extinction following the Red Coronation, and uniting the scattered and hidden Fett enclaves on Hoylin, taking up the mantle of Alor following her predecessor Koda Fett and his successor, Mardos Fett.
Since the day she was old enough to take her oaths, she has given her life and soul for her people, doing whatever it took to ensure that they not only survived, but thrived.

HISTORY
Strength was something that Careena has admired and respected ever since she was a young girl, and survival of the fittest was a persistent concept in her life that shaped who she would grow to become. Born on Concord Dawn, Careena was introduced to Mandalorian culture from a young age, inspired by her mother who was a Mandalorian who raised her on her own after her father had been killed in battle. She admired the spirit of the warrior culture and all that it embodied and would grow to follow its traditions, adopting it herself as she was nurtured and molded into a warrior that could one day serve her clan and people when the time came that they would be called upon to serve a higher calling. One thing that Careena had become exceptionally skilled in was accuracy in using ranged weapons and aerial combat. She could shoot a credit chit out of someone's hand without even being seen with a long-range rifle.
Growing up, Careena was taught to rely on her own strength, something she took to heart for the majority of her early life as a teenager to young adult as she had joined Clan Fett like her mother. She was a distant individual who strayed away from getting too close to others, perhaps a reason to why she chose to operate from range when in battle, but eventually came to appreciate working in a larger group; after all, wolves operated best in packs to take down greater foes. She served Clan Fett dutifully and to the best of her abilities, covering her fellow clan members from afar, like a guardian angel that protected her comrades. When the time of war came down upon Mandalorians where clans found themselves at odds with one another or allied with each other, Clan Fett and Careena stood against those who stood with Yasha and defied her claim to the title.
The ensuing conflict that resulted in many members of Clan Fett dying laid the foundation for how Careena would treat those who bent the knee to a person she saw as unfit to lead or unite the Mandalorians. Following her Alor [member="Koda Fett"], Careena had steeled her resolve and would do her best in taking Clan Fett to even greater heights. While their numbers were few compared to the other clans, it is a name that they hold high with pride and any foolish enough to try to tarnish it would soon find themselves eating their foolish words. While the Fetts as a whole were much like lone wolves operating independently across the galaxy, it was when they banded together to pursue a common cause that they were at their fiercest.
In the following years were the Clans who had defied Yasha faded into the shadows to plot and scheme their vengeance, Careena would soon be handed the responsibility and burden of becoming Alor to Clan Fett. While many held Koda in contempt for his absence and lack of leadership, Careena still remained loyal. In time, Clan Fett would be left to the care and responsibility of Careena, a position she took with both humility and pride while being given Koda Fett's blessing and graces. Those who have had doubts about her ability to lead the Fetts came forth but put those doubts to rest when they saw the lengths that Careena was willing to go.
Ever since the Sith's betrayal of the UCM, despite her disdain for the former Mandalorian Empire itself, was still an attack on all Mandalorians across the Galaxy. Her grudge against the Sith Empire continues to grow, and with the Mandalorian Empire shattered and fallen, her disdain for the former system is now directed at the Sith and the Mandalorian clans that have bent the knee to the Sith Emperor who self-proclaimed himself as Mand'alor. While some choose to hide in the shadows biding their time, she chooses her own path to fight the Sith and make them suffer as her people suffered, striking where they would least expect it.
Following the months of Mandalore's fall, Careena and several renegade clans fought with hit-and-run tactics against the Sith Empire, raiding supply transports, outposts, and keeping the fires of dissent alive. She was eventually captured and forced into a labor camp, still defiant but waiting for her time to break out, which led to her introduction to the Sons of Mandalore. Her clan soon aided in a breakout of the prison, Careena finding renewed vigor afterward, offering to lend her aid and those of her clan willing to follow her to the Sons of Mandalore.
Some short time later, a breakoff faction of the Sith Empire calling themselves the New Imperial Order appeared on Krieg, an enclave the Sons of Mandalore had established as a place for Mandalorians that managed to escape the imprisonment and genocide of Mandalore could find refuge. It was on Kreig that the New Imperial Order reached out to the Sons of Mandalore in an attempt to garner some support in fighting the Sith. Though the negotiations were shaky, Careena and the others had to come to terms with the fact that Mandalore would never be reclaimed by the Mandalorians alone.
The following years were bloody, with the Sons of Mandalore providing aid to the New Imperial Order in their campaign against their common enemy. Careena had spent much time striking Sith Imperial bases and outposts, siphoning supplies and resources for the Mandalorian cause whilst garnering more and more support. As one of the primary liaisons between the Sons of Mandalore and the New Imperial Order, Careena's strategic strikes with her fellow clansmen and Mandalorians saw much success, and having the support of NIO made it far easier to strike without the fear of being alone and wiped out. Through this mutual alliance, Careena had grown to respect Irveric Tavlar , grateful for the opportunity to strike at the Sith for what they had done whilst regrouping the scattered Mandalorians to once more take up arms to reclaim Mandalore.
Following the fall of the Sith Empire and the New Imperial Order's transition into the Empire, Careena largely focused on the efforts that best benefitted her people; acquisition of resources for Mandalorians as well as rebuilding what was left of Mandalore. Their home may have been damaged and wounded for years to come, but it is with resolve as strong as beskar that Careena had faith that they would make their planet and people great once again, so long as the Mandalorians all shared a common vision and the same resolve she held onto for years to ensure their people's ancestors and descendants will be honored.
Some years later she was at the forefront when initiating the Neo-Crusades, calling upon all houses and clans who wished to unite under a common cause - A crusade not only to share in the spoils and riches of battle, but a chance for everyone to redeem themselves of past sins. Clans which had been at odds with Clan Fett were now allies, bringing wealth and prosperity to their people, and under the leadership of The Anointed, forged in battle and tempered by his wisdom to take the place of an absent Mand'alor.
Following the waning days of the Neo Crusades, House Verd had declared itself to claim the title of Mand'alor following a mysterious famine that had somehow exhausted all the resources that the Crusades had gained. Careena like many of the other clans who were summoned did not bend the knee to the Iron, refusing to follow an individual who refused to face the Anointed in a duel to claim the title. Careena, still having the memory of the previous Mandalorian Empire fresh in her mind, returned to Hoylin to continue to look after her own.
Careena has laid relatively low in the time since then, the only major events coming from a dispute between Clan Fett and Munin, a blood duel that resulted in the death of Vilaz Munin and shortly pledging to the Iron Covenant's cause in a renewed crusade against the Sith. -
