Can Droids get high?

Nearly every sentient star wars species can use spice, death sticks, ect. However, is it possible, for a droid to get high off of anything? As they cannot use spice or any other star wars narcotics.

All getting really does is alter the brain chemistry to induce a state of altered consciousness.. I'm sure it's possible to induce a similar state of altered consciousness in droids.

Sith?

You be my Darth Vader and I'll be your Nuke Skywalker.

I use spectrograph analysis to determine the chemical makeup of whatever I imbibe. It's analyzed and the intended effects of the chemicals involved are processed into my brain.

You can probably run a program or virus to simulate the effects; especially lack of orientation, dizziness, finding things more funny than one should, etc... Could even cause hallucinations I suppose by making it think things are there when they are not... but I think this would be more a virus/program than from any common drugs.

Creating altered states of droid consciousness over long and short terms could be done with a reasonable knowledge of software programming in droid brains. I suppose a droid could develop a "stoned mode" if they really wanted to. Be one weird dev thread, though. However, it may be possible to create a relatively applicable virus that alters droid brain behavior, however, it would be wildly unpredictable on varying models of droids.
