- Variable Length: The hilt of the saber and blades are able to be adjusted as the need demands from a one handed axe to a double and almost a polearm as the projectors canbe shifted from one sidedtodouble sided.
- Enhanced Cutting: The lens and emitters can make the cutting power with the enhanced power cell and chambers potentially able to cut materials like crab and beskar like they were warm butter.
- Enhanced Deflection: With the combination of emitter and lens the blades can be used to deflect and even reflect blaster bolts or ion beams from paddle weapons.
- Crystal Assembly: The crystal assembly is one of the best and most refined allowing for large combinations in custom sabers to give a force users access to more crystals.
- Enhanced Cutting Power: The combination of emitter, lens, power output and even crystals are designed to make the blades function at levels few other sabers can reach without danger. It makes cutting anything easily done even materials most sabers can't handle easily.
- Variable Modes: Able to change itself with a phae switch for different functions the blades of the saber can broaden or become much finer to almost molecule size where the intensity is so focused it slices and cuts through things at the molecular level.
- Functionality: Able to resist cortosis, water, overload and with the tetherite bonding even other users touching it as the handle will become bonded to one person and almost impossibly heavy for anyone else.
- Force Nullification: Being a force construct with it as a practical beacon the axe is when in a nullification bubble going to lose its effects of calmness and focus as well as its properties that allow it to return to the hand of thatwho is bonded with it. It will also become impossibly heavy from the exotic nature of the matter.
- Exotic Matter: The exotic matter that is used in the tetherite when encountering anti-matter results in an explosion.
- Mirrored Interior: The bestaspect of the interior of the saber is how it all comes together with molecular disruption being used to shrink and contain all of the components. Ifthey are damaged it can cause a massive explosion of the sabers hilt and components.
Designed for the Boughtine who were recruited by Sasori and the Jadeite jedi... they are an obscure force group from their world who were on the rivers and seas. Matsu saw the potential of forc users who understood the oceans and brought some to Ahch-To but didn't give up with them offering new Boughtine Robes and making them equipment that they could be trained it. The culmination was a lightsaber type axe that they could adjust and use as a form of raiding weapon.. on their world to take care of pirates or threats that setup along the rivers or on other worlds where they were used as a sort of extraction team working in small groups to find and bring in threats. The design of it is more in line with their weaponsbut thetechnical side of it is straight lightsaber techniques and components meant to give them the tactical edge in combat over armored foes if they need it orhandle droids and animals.
