SPECIAL FEATURES
- Dual Use: With a reinforced stock and barrel and a properly crafted axehead meticulously forged and attached to the weapon's barrel, this weapon can act as both a powerful ranged weapon, as well as a deadly and quite frankly ludacrously well balanced melee weapon.
- Powercell ejector: This weapon has an automatic power cell ejector, meaning there's no need to go through the slow process of removing the power cell and reloading it with another, this way it's just a click and fit and you can go blasting and chopping again.
- Insanely durable: While most weapons forged utilizing Sith alchemical techniques, this one has not needed the dark side in order to be alchemized and thus is special in the sense that it would not be affected by the typical weaknesses of the usual sith alchemically advanced weaponry. Though this does mean the effect is much less pronounced, it has granted the weapon a durability that can withstand lightsabers and blasterfire with relative ease.
- Extreme damage output: Thanks to the sanguine powercell, containing artificial kybercrystals, the focus of the stored power within the cell is overloaded in a controlled manner, granting these weapons the capacity to fire off energy blasts at a much higher distance and with much greater impact and penetration power than the size of this weapon type would generally imply.
- Unrelenting weapon: By using a Sanguine Powercell and having highly robust and precisely crafted internals, this weapon can fire off blasts well above the caliber one can expect from a weapon of this size.
- There's two?: Yes, this weapon is in essence meant to be dual wielded, allowing one to have melee and ranged weaponry at all times, with either of the weapons also boasting a durability which would allow it even for defensive use.
- Did I mention it's durability?: Crafted of alchemised songsteel, utilizing some of the most expensive and durable materials around and further strengthened by inlaid and etched spellwork, this weapon may very well be nigh indestructible by the most conventional means.
- Quite Heavy: despite all the effort to utilize somewhat lightweight material, there's this inate weight to the weapon believed to be due to the spellwork and alchemy weaved into the materials, as if it has a will of his own. Only those with the strength to bend these weapons to their will
- Don't wash with acidic material: The real bane of this weapon is corrosive materials, effectively though Acid, which can not only loosen the bonding of the polycarbonite bondings, but can also tarnish and corrode the songsteel, the ersteel and the devaronian blood compounds.
- Force Suppression: not much truly happens under force suppression, apart from the durability being less insane and thus the weapons becoming more succeptible to wear and tear, and the will of the weapon along with it's struggling heft being nullified, it retains a very high resistance to most conventional means of weaponry due to its choice of material.
Designed by a select group of master craftsman at the Ambrosia Ateliers, utilizing the best materials they could get their hands on within and outside of the N&Z's extensive catalogue and contact list. The weapons, a pair in fact, were dubbed 'blaskets' a portmanteau or contraction of blaster and musket, a believable choice when it has been a blaster deigned to look and emanate the feel of a musket. It exudes a flair of the dramatic in its styling, with detailed silverwork which has been created with distilled blood from Devaronians, a rarity for sure, but not at all the rarest thing about these finely crafted and entirely unique weapons. As attached to this already magnificent ranged weapon, is a finely crafted and masterfully forged alchemised songsteel axehead which has been strengthened by proper spellwork and has been given masterful detailing and extensive etching to make it not just look, but also feel not just expensive or exquisite, but simply marvelous.
Stamped with the Ambrosia emblem on the rear, quality has been assured and testing has been done, which implies that at least one of the Ambrosia' famed craftsmen has had the chance of firing off at least one of this pair of weapons which thanks to the sanguin power cell, has a power source which can amplify the output of energy blasts to a much higher degree than normal powercells can, thanks to the use of the artificial kyber crystals within the power cell's workings. Always firing off a bloodred, deep crimson-colored blast which perfectly fits the appeal of this unique set of weapons.
