"Take all the time you need," Valery sais with another dip of her head. Her gaze then shifted to Aris, and she was quick to notice that he'd like for Seszil to stay with him. She couldn't blame him for it, and placed her hands on his shoulders with a warm smile to support him a little.

Maybe it would be good to have them spend more time together.

"Do you maybe want to go introduce Seszil to Vera, sweetie? I'm sure she'd love to meet him too. We won't be eating dinner for a few more hours either, so you have plenty of time to play with them." Would Seszil want to entertain a few kids? She wasn't sure but he could always say no.

His choice mattered, too.

"Daddy and I will...talk about..." She cleared her throat. "... repairs to the Bastion."

"Mmhmm. Talk."

Kahlil glanced to Valery with.. A look. She knew the look. Still, he turned it into a smile as he glanced to Aris and Seszil, nodding his head once. Seszil was always fiercely loyal to Kahlil. It was part of how Khalil had twisted them. They could be a danger. But not to him or his family.

And especially not Aris.

Aris though nodded to Valery, none the wiser on what Kahlil's look meant or even saw it before he glanced to the blade. "There are other young masters?"

"Four, yes. Vera is the oldest, then there's the triplets."

"Are there any other Ladies? Concubines?"

Aris tilted his head as he looked after Valery and Kahlil as they walked to the ship and shook his head. "There's only ever Mom for Dad. Let's go see Vera."

Oh she got the look.

Valery smirked but there was a gulp as well - that look meant trouble. Still, she reached for his hand like nothing was wrong, interlaced fingers, and walked over to the Bastion she had damaged so badly. It...really looked a lot worse now that she saw it outside under bright sunlight.

Especially the paint.

"So uh...I uh, was forced to land somewhere tight and may have hit a wall. Or two. Then the Imperials put pressure on us too and I hit... another wall." She smiled sheepishly and looked at him with big, puppy eyes.

"I think even you wouldn't have landed the Bastion there unscratched." It was worth trying, but he could also consider that a jab. "We can repair it, right?"

"Woah! Aris, you found a floaty sword!" Vera called out as soon as her brother and Seszil appeared. She was all kinds of excited now and began to take a closer look.

She had no idea it could talk or what it was capable of yet, so she studied it like she was staring at her dad's lightsaber again.

"Can you hold it? Or is it heavy?"

"Oh, we can repair it. And I'm sure there was nothing you could do." Kahlil snickered a bit as he squeezed her hand. And promptly started to drag her on board. They could certainly repair it. He could himself if he had to.

"But you have to pay for repairs somehow, mm?"

"I am Seszil. Young Master Aris named me as such." Aris was about to explain it himself, but it seemed the sword was more than willing to. So he nodded, smiled a little.

"They're very heavy. But.. I can carry them, if I have to."

"Ah so you agree!" She laughed nervously and felt his squeeze of her hand, before he dragged her along, up the ramp and into the ship. She couldn't have done anything to stop it, clearly, so maybe she'd get sway with it this time, and-

"But you have to pay for repairs somehow, mm?"

Valery blinked, blushed and shot him a grin of mischief. "I could cook dinner tonight?" She stepped closer, her hands gently traveling up his chest until they settled against his cheeks. She leaned in and pressed a soft kiss against his lips. But...she knew it wasn't going to be enough.

"...couch?"

"Floaty can talk!" Vera looked amazed and bounced up and down before she rushes over, and without warning, tried to lift Seszil up to see if she was strong enough too.

She pulled, she grunted, and even tried to jump up and down whilst holding the hilt, but she couldn't make them budge.

"Ahhh, you must be really strong if you can lift them, Aris. I wanna be strong too!"

Kahlil just smiled into the kiss. Dinner did certainly sound good, he wasn't going to deny that. And yet, as she leaned up into the kiss and he met her, he didn't hesitate to just outright bypass the kiss so he could hoist her up over his shoulder with a far more teasing grin.

"Couch."

...

At first, Vera couldn't. Seszil was far too surprised to accommodate the girl trying to lift them to move. Though it did, at least enough so she could barely lift it. Enough so she wouldn't hurt herself trying anyway.

"Seszil is my name, young mistress. If you would like to carry me in the future, please ask."

Aris blinked slowly as he glanced between the two. Then stepped over to lift Seszil up. He didn't have too much trouble, not with the Force flowing so freely through him. And the natural connection they had had Seszil assist in their own way.

"Mom says I'm really strong. But I can't do things you can."

Oh no.

Valery squealed and laughed when he picked her up and placed her over his shoulder. She knew she was going to feel sorry for what happened to the Bastion now...or perhaps not at all. A part of her loved every moment of this, only because she knew the Bastion could be repaired.

So why not have some fun?

"Sorry, floaty, I'll ask next time," Vera said, either ignoring their name correction, or maybe she hadn't picked up on it in all of her excitement. She was holding a talking sword!

Vera then offered it back to Aris and giggled. "You are strong! Maybe you can cut stuff with floaty? I wanna see!"

"Cut things?"

Aris looked up to Seszil, thinking for a moment in silence. Then nodded once. So long as the sword was up for it at least. Which, Seszil certainly didn't seem to be against it. Aris's eyes sparkled as he looked to Vera.

"There's fruit in the kitchen."

Vera grinned the second that Aris mentioned the fruit in the kitchen. They always had a lot at home because it was a big family, and she just remembered her mom coming home with a huge, juicy melon of some kind too! She could already imagine it exploding when Aris cut it with floaty.

"Good idea! Go to the backyard, I'll get the fruit!" She giggled and sprinted to the kitchen to collect every basket of fruit they had, and made sure to snatch the big melon last.

"Ready?!" She asked when they finally stood together to slice up some fruit. "This is our Jedi training for today, so focus, Initiate Noble!" She giggled, waited for Aris to be ready, and threw the giant melon up and towards him to be sliced.

A lot more fruit was going to follow.

"Ow..." Valery groaned and chuckled as she rolled over and looked at her husband. They bad settled things and even Valery was satisfied and grinning from ear to ear.

For now, anyway.

"Do you think it was a good idea to leave Seszil with the kids? Aris behaves but Vera..."

"Mm?"

Kahlil raised a brow, glancing down to Valery before he chuckled. Reached down to gently pat the top of her head. Vera was the trouble maker huh? He couldn't exactly disagree, not knowing who her mother was.

"I don't think Aris would let them do anything too crazy."

...

"I'm ready. Throw it." Between the Force and Seszil's own telekinesis Aris stood with the blade overhead, eyes focused. Smiling, even. He'd be lying if he said he wasn't a little excited about being able to swing such a heavy blade himself. The first fruit came and he didn't hesitate to bring the blade down. It was a clean, instant cut. Aris blinked in surprise really at just how easy it cut through the fruit. No resistance, as if he'd been cutting air.

It threw him off. The blade would've buried itself in the earth had Seszil not stopped themselves. Which left Aris awkwardly stumbling as the blade itself stopped moving and hovered just above the ground.

"You're.. Really sharp."

"Naturally, young master. Be more careful with your stance, however. Always keep balance. I will help with cutting strength so you do not need to overexert yourself."

"You're probably right, he's a good kid." Valery smiled and leaned into the cuddles a bit. But she also knew what he was thinking about Vera, and gently poked him in the side for it.

It sucked he wasn't ticklish, but it wouldn't stop her from poking him.

"Vera being chaotic isn't just me, you know." She chuckled and flashed him a wide grin.

...
"Let's try multiple!"

Vera giggled like a total maniac after he had sliced the melon lord wide open. Sure, he was still getting used to the blade, but Seszil was able to help and correct Aris. This was a great learning opportunity and Jedi should always try to learn more, right?

She'd have to remember that one for when mom and dad came back later.

"Here goes!" She began throwing up some larger pieces first to make it easier on him, but she soon started adding small fruits as well. She wanted to see how awesome her brother really was!

"We both know how untrue that is." Kahlil snickered openly this time, gently wrapping an arm around Valery's waist. Then squeezed. And tickled. He wasn't ticklish, but he knew she was. And she was trying to poke him in a hopes it might trigger something?

The only thing it'd get her was absolute defeat now.

"Your familiar is even Chaos, Lady Noble."

...

"Remember, keep your balance when you swing."

Aris took a breath as he readied his stance again. Then more fruit came. Pineapples, melons, other such more starwarsy fruit, he started cleaving through each of them like he was some fruit cleaving ninja. It was difficult at first to angle his strikes correctly, but as more and more fruit kept getting tossed he found his footing and center, and with Seszil subtly guiding him it was an absolute massacre.

Valery smiled as he teased, and felt even warmer inside when an arm settled around her waist. But the second she felt a finger poke into her side, she squirmed uncontrollably and squealed loud, "H-hey! I wasn't trying to tickle you, I swear!" She laughed and tried to roll away, but he had her close and she couldn't do a thing about it.

"...it's because the familiar is chaotic. Not me..." she smiled sheepishly at him and decided to go on the counter attack, by wrestling and hoping to get on top for once.

...
"We need more fruit."

The statement was simple after she had watched him massacre ever fruit bowl and basket they had in the house. So with that in mind, Vera ran back to the kitchen, pulled open the fridge and...

Veggies.

Her worst enemy. She wasn't going to show a single one of them mercy, and carefully made sure to bring them all along into the backyard. This time, however, she was going to give him more of a challenge too.

"Let's take out the veggies. They suck!" She said, and rather than tossing them up into the air, she was throwing them more directly at Aris now to give him less time to respond.

A good exercise.

"Oh, don't go lying to me." He grinned even wider. She moved, tried to take control of the whole situation some how. She wouldn't, though. Kahlil brought his other hand around to continue waging his tickle war against her without mercy and pin her down.

"You can't win this."

...

Aris let out a sigh as the last of the fruit laid split on the ground. It was more tiring than he thought to handle such a heavy blade. The Force let him, but that on it's own was draining too. He chuckled, though. Vera was really into this idea. He lowered the blade, letting Seszil more float on their own above the ground as he caught his breath. ".. Dad said you were a Shard, correct?"

Seszil remained silent for a moment. "Yes, I believe so."

"You don't know?"

"I do not remember, young master. My life is what I've been since the Master changed me."

Aris bit his cheek. Not remembering where he came from, only remembering what they were when they woke, it was something he could sympathize with. He tightened his grip on the hilt, smiling after a moment.

"If you want to find out, I'll help you. Okay?"

Seszil was silent again, and before they could say anything Vera came out and chucked a carrot missile right for them both. Aris stepped back in surprise, swinging the blade up, but it was Seszil who reacted faster and more pulled the boy's arms along for the defense.

"H.. Hey! Give me more of a warning next time!"

"No! Please!" She laughed out loud and spasmed underneath him while he kept her pinned down to the couch with his tickling. "Please have mercy!" She yelled but she knew that there was no way out of this one.

Not until after he had beaten her at her own little game again.

"I s-surrender!" She tried but she was tempted to pounce on him if he eased up enough, and he probably knew that.

...
"I wanna help you two!" Vera called out, having heard the last part of the conversation. This was about her brother and his new friend, so she didn't want to be left out. They were supposed to help each other as siblings, right? Vera had promised that to her parents.

But as quick as she was to offer help, she also launched a rapid carrot missile at him and giggled when it was sliced apart, albeit by Seszil more than Aris.

"A Jedi should always be ready! Incoming bombs!" She yelled, and this time, entire cabbages were thrown at him with even more force behind it.

"No mercy."

Kahlil grinned way to wide to even make mercy a possibility at this point. She'd started this war again, and he was going to finish it without any sort of reprieve for poor Valery. At least until he was content, anyway.

...

Aris blinked, but smiled shortly after as he found his stance again. Grinned just a bit as she started to throw the cabbages at him. He stepped into the next strike, letting both his own strength and Seszil's guidance. Which left little explosions of green leaves.

"Hear that! We'll both help you!"

There was no counter-attack.

Kahlil was relentless in his tickling, and left Valery crying with laughter until she barely had any energy left to move, resist or laugh. She was on her back on the couch, chest rising and falling rapidly from heavy breaths, and her face was entirely red.

Perhaps this was the real punishment.

"...we should really go check on the kids huh?" While somewhat true, it was mostly just an attempt to escape all of this.

...
"Yeah, we will! It'll be fun!" Vera called out while also mesmerized by the explosion of the evil cabbages. But now it was time for the grand finale - she went straight for every exotic bean she had collected and tossed them higher up into the air, but not as close to Aris.

He'd have to move and reposition himself to cut it all apart.

It was trickshot time.

"We should, yes. I'm sure it has nothing to do with you wanting to avoid getting anymore tickles."

Kahlil gave quite the teasing grin, but he stood up rather than continue anything else. They still had to fix up Seszil, after all. No reason to keep them waiting any longer than they already had been.

...

Aris blinked as he saw the scattering of the beans. Then gritted his teeth. There was no way he could do that. Or at least so he thought. Seszil took over mostly, sending Aris into a spin much to his surprise. And cleaved through all of them in a flash of steel. He caught himself to at least keep on his feet at the end, blinking in surprise.

".. Wo."

"Woah!! That was awesome!" Vera exclaimed very loudly after she watched Aris and Seszil cut apart even the smallest beans. This was their first time training together too, so she could only imagine how much more they were going to be capable of with enough time and experience.

It was an exciting thought!

"Did you have fun, Aris?" Vera asked with a giggle, not knowing who had just approaches them from inside the house, right behind Vera.

"Yeah, did you have fun?" Valery asked with a brow raised way up. She then looked at Kahil, and despite how she felt over so much food being ruined, flashed him a grin.

"He wouldn't let them, hm? Maybe you and Aris are more like us than I knew." Oh yeah, he was not hearing the end of this one.

"Aris did it." Vera quickly added while she pointed at him, and Valery just sighed.

"I wouldn't say it's bad."

Kahlil chuckled. He knew this would be something held over him, but.. Honestly, it was relieving to see. Growing up this was something Kahlil would never have done for fear of being punished and hurt by his family. But to see Aris do something like this, with a smile on his face no less, having fun with his siblings. He really still was a kid, wasn't he? Grant it, looking around at the mess this made, well.

"Both of you had a hand in this, Vera. You should always own up to what you've done. So both of you will be cleaning."

Seszil, too, technically. But the blade was made to be overwhelmingly loyal. And, well, he was impressed to see Aris swinging such a heavy blade around with ease.

"For now, Seszil will stay with me. I expect this all to be cleaned up asap. Seszil?" The blade, seemingly reluctantly, left Aris's grasp to hover instead beside Kahlil. Aris frowned. He'd been quiet, though he did glance to Vera with a larger frown as she pointed at him. But, well, he wouldn't throw her under the bus or anything. They were siblings, right? They should always have each other's backs in his mind.

"I understand, father. I'll get right to cleaning."
