I am between the palace and the memorial wall, though the army has broken apart into resistance cells, and the bunker is being evacuated.

Though fair warning it's in a blackout now and well you probably want to be going the other way!

The Shard safehouses in those districts, all of them really, have backup generators. Power will still be on in them, which makes them targets for ruffians, and potential curiosities to military personnel in the area.

Edit: brain freeze GA not brought them off me yet, but I am sure some thul troops will show them the way.
