Beskadetr Transparent Armor Composite was developed by Sahan Dragr and Kyr'bes Buy'ce as a Mandalorian answer to weak viewports, windscreens, armored windows, and helmet visors. It uses refined Manda kyber crystal glass as its base, then reinforces it with ceraglass, glasteel, plexalloy, and a beskar microcrystalline lattice to create a clear armor material stronger than standard transparisteel.
Unlike shaman-tuned Manda crystals, Beskadetr is inert and non-glowing. It has no Force-detection or mystical function. Its value is structural: the crystal's beskar-bearing nature provides strong energy resistance, while the laminate structure improves the kinetic durability raw crystal glass lacks.
The material can be made into thick starship viewport panes, vehicle windscreens, armored observation panels, sensor covers, or thinner Mandalorian visor laminates. Properly wired versions can support tinting, HUD projection, de-icing, anti-glare, defogging, and sensor-linked opacity through ultrachrome and Haysian smelt smart layers.
Beskadetr is not equal to uninterrupted solid armor.
