New Imperial Order

K Y N A C H I
DYSTOPIA

On the established borders of the New Imperial Order there have been reports of several systems that have long been visited by any major nation in decades.

Kynachi has been designated on that list.

Agents have been dispatched to survey this world and have come back to report strange activities on Kynachi. There is no legitimate local government to make contact with, and if there is it's to safe to assume they are just spineless puppets acting as a mere facade. The planet is in a dystopia of corporate oligarchs scheming and plotting on how to topple down its rivals in order to have total control of the planet.

Little do they know that there is another major player that’ll compromise their deviant operations.

It is time to bring order and cull the corruption of chaos that has long reigned over this planet.

OB1.png
OBJECTIVE I //: CORPORATE WARFARE

Corporate oligarchs have been aware of our approach and are now mobilizing their assets to counter our brave soldiers that will adamantly plant the Iron Sun and wrought the promises of Imperialism to Kynachi.

It’s all out war in the urban streets of Kynachi.

Several oligarchs have brokered alliances with their rivals while some have decided to act alone in this conflict. It is our duty to cull out these elements, in order to establish order and security to its people with a Moff to take oversee such ambitions. The rules of engagements have been declared by your respective commanding officers.

How will you shatter Kynachi’s dystopia?

Ob2.png
OBJECTIVE II //: INSIDIOUS PAST

COMPNOR, prior our presence in the Kynachi system, sent out a small unit of Observation agents from CompForce to survey the planet and report back whatever discoveries were made.

One of them was a prison and only one agent managed to escape with their life hardly intact.

Monsters they spoke of. Insidious creatures and abominations were found.

While command can authorize drastic measures on this site, COMPNOR has requested a task force of commandos and special forces to investigate further into this prison and report back with whatever intel that could be found to analyze.

You all have executive authority on how to approach this prison. Don’t think twice...it could cost you.

OBJECTIVE III //: STRANGE TIMES

The Galaxy can never be at a steady constant. Change is the law of life at every corner of the Galaxy, and it’s safe to say many things have changed weirdly in these stars.

One example being the Elder Compact.

An alliance forged by the Confederacy of Independent Systems; the Silver Jedi Concord; and the damnation of the Sith Empire. Our forces on Dantooine were the first ones to bear witness of the Confederates and Silver Jedi standing by the insidious Sith against our march to liberate Dantooine.

Thus, the Sovereign Imperator has summoned another Assembly between his Moffs and Warlords to discuss this alliance and how we should approach them.

Golden garbed soldiers filled the Imperial dropships to the brim.

The New Imperials on this day had enlisted mercenary aide. Kynachi was not worthy of the full might of the Imperial war machine on account of the war being resumed with the Sith Empire. At least, that was Onansi's line of thinking. Didn't matter to him, he was still getting paid.

Rifle slung across his shoulder, the golden clothed soldier leaned out the open dropship door, looking ahead as laser fire tore through the air at his unit as they approached the landing zone. A repetitive beeping could be heard emanating from the cockpit, flares flew out and the dropship veered to the side as rockets lanced through the air where they had just been, arcing into a building before erupting in a hail of rubble and fiery rocks.

"Take us down!"

"I guess we've shattered the Sith ego enough for them to beg for the help of their eternal rivals."

The briefing in Boram's hand was more amusement to the man, as much of a sign of Imperial success as it was a threat to their war effort. Perhaps if this Elder Compact had come about months sooner it could forestall the destruction of the Sith, but now the Imperial's had too much momentum on their side. The Sith were on the backfoot and any further push threatened them to finally fall.

The Lord Imperator had, of course, called in his Moffs and Warlords to discuss the matter. Despite the fragility of both an alliance between the Jedi and Sith, as well as the Sith Empire itself, the Imperials couldn't afford any missteps in the months to come. Any shortsightedness on their part could allow for the Sith to swing the momentum of the war away from the Imperials. And in a war of annihilation, time wasn't something that Boram wished the Sith could hold onto.

The Warlord of Veroleem hadn't been to an assembly in quite some time. The older man had been spending his time performing his quiet experiments at the edge of Imperial Space. The apparent dullness of his charge cover for what had been going on only a few miles beneath the surface, something that would hopefully bear fruit soon enough. The Elder Compact demanded attention, however. And Moff Predor couldn't allow such matters to be handled by another delegate.

So here he was, boots tapping against the durasteel floor as he made his way towards the assembly platform.

"If this assembly extends past the time Brother Zherik is supposed to contact me, tell him I will be coming back to assess our progress shortly."

The two loyal assistants nodded as they removed the long black coat from Boram's shoulders before he made his way through the sliding blast doors, offering a submissive bow as the Good Moff disappeared behind it. It didn't take long to find the seat marked for Veroleem, still unfortunately distant from where the Lord Imperator would be addressing his servants. For now, Predor was resigned to the mediocrity of his post. Humble beginnings masked grand designs. And as he fingered through the documents on the datapad, his mind was focused on the progress of his own experiments.

Descending to a destroyed building, the roof and multiple levels were caved in, exposing the interior of the apartment complex. "Let's move!" Said the leader of the golden garbed soldiers, Sun Guards from the looks of it as he leapt from the hovering dropship. Dropping from the second and down to the first, dozens of mercenaries were deployed in similar fashion in the proximity. Hefting his rifle on his shoulder, they began heading up the street towards their objective.

One of multiple establishments where one of the oligarchs were housed. Isolated, the mercenaries were aware of the heavily armed establishment.

Already as his men moved up the street, blaster fire and slugs lanced down the street, burning gouges through permacrete and flipped over speeder carcasses. "Come on!" Onansi called out, maneuvering through the debris of the destroyed building he used for cover. Muzzle flashes could be seen ahead, corpses of his men and enemies littering the ground.

The mercenaries fanned out on either side of the street, using the cover of storefronts and the scraps of speeders left behind to get closer to targeted complex.

Rest up from their fight on Dantooine.

Now it was time to get back to work.

Ever since their fight on Dantooine the political atmosphere between systems changed drastically. He knew he couldn’t trust the likes of the Confederacy, after all they harbored the same ilk the New Imperial Order warred against. A surprise to see their involvement on Dantooine, but their actions showed the truth to the Imperials. The same applied to the Silver Jedi.

Almost at every corner they were surrounded by enemies, and even ones that didn’t engage in their war proved to be hostile such as the Eternal Empire when they attacked the Alliance at Byss. Any ally to the Sith was just another thing to desist. Djorn wouldn’t tolerate such a slight as this attack only compromised their crusade against the Sith.

All of these elements would be and must be dealt with a heavy hand.

“Should be arriving here soon,” Snake said to his colleague at his side, Hellion, as he smoked a cigar with serenity. Here standing miles away from the main battle at some abandoned mine where prisoners and slaves used to work under harsh conditions. Away from prying ears and eyes.

Objective II: Forgotten Subjects
COMPNOR Forward Command at KynachTech Factory
Alias: Frost

Iryss peered over the edge of the Forward Command set up by COMPNOR just a few hours prior. Precise coordination and skilled personnel made the process as efficient as possible, with each correct piece falling into place within seconds of one another. Shuttles and landing craft continued to oscillate between the ground and the massive COMPNOR-designated Star Destroyer in low orbit.

On the low ground, the out of commissioned KynachTech Factory stood on its death bed, broken and rusted into a hollow carcass. The extreme cut-backs by the Trade Federation when the compound was initially built were evident, yet sensor readings indicated that the true foundations were built of the highest quality. The surface-level and most exterior parts of the factory had been reduced to fragments by the passing of time, but the inner interior remained completely intact and structurally sound.

Clearly an oversight by the initial Observation agents.

But unfortunately, that Bureau and Organization was outside her own purview and domain within the Imperial Security Bureau so that lucky agent was able to slip by unscathed. If she had any say, Iryss would rip out their eyes and replace them with cybernetics to remind them of their ineptitude. Good intelligence could have been gathered even with a small team of agents, but instead, wasted resources and a massive upscaling of operational scope.

’Monsters they say. What a joke.’

A task force had been formed of commandos and special forces and a significant allocation of Imperial resources was made to ensure that any former secrets were completely extracted.

Possible connections to Sith Alchemy were proposed, while others speculated advanced bioengineering and genetic remodeling. No samples had been procured by the initial team so they were going to be assessing the situation more or less blind. Powerful sensor scans were blocked by some jammer or perhaps by the material that made up the building.

So the task force was meant to cover a wide-range of specialties and skills: Force-sensitives, scientists, recon specialists, veterans, and more.

Turning back to the Forward Command, she scanned the area for any outstanding figures, wondering what members of COMPNOR or the greater New Imperial Order would show up.

Onansi shuffled up the side of the street, bolts occasionally pinging across his shoulder and torso plates, leaving scorched metal behind before deflecting off to the side or being stopped wholly. Crashing his shoulder into the corner of a building, his hand raised, waving other soldiers behind him to follow in his wake as they stacked up beside him.

There was a doorway a few metres ahead and around the corner where the houses extended further into the street providing extra cover. "Go, go, go!" He says, peeking round the corner, rifle raised as he fired. The corner he used for cover exploded in dust and duracrete over his helmet. Despite that, he continued to fire, a trio of the Sun Guards rushing underneath his muzzle to crash into the doorway and into a different complex, whether for hostiles or a new route to their target.

Shuffling up behind them, across the street, faceless golden mercenaries moved up in time. As rifles aimed, Onansi cried out, "RPG!" And down the street the rocket lanced soaring over a crashed speeder before slamming into a hovering dropship. The shuttle careening off to a side street before exploding in fiery machinery.

Down the street came a speeder, slow moving, its cockpit on fire as hostiles moved up behind it, using the distraction it provided to fire on him and his men. From his corner, Onansi's rifle spat out its lethal fire, piercing torsos, legs, and arms as the hostiles dropped to the ground.

"Forward!"

"Incoming hostile mercs, thirty degrees!"
Behind him, two troopers partially covered by the wreckage of a speeder let out a volley of rifle fire at an approaching squad of hired guns. Two of them were struck several times and fell, but the remaining mercenaries fled into a nearby alley and out of their firing range. A third trooper in the group lobbed a grenade into the alley, its explosion causing the surrounding walls to cave in and prevent them from easily returning to flank the company. Since the unit lacked the resources to pursue the remnants of every squad they pursued, FN-999 tried to ensure that any flanking routes would be cut off for the separated survivors, who would likely be dealt with by smaller and more specialized units. The task given to the 19th was not to eliminate every mercenary, but rather to apprehend the oligarchs whose oppression had turned the planet into a living nightmare for its people.

Shortly before the beginning of the engagement, FN-999 had been ordered to capture the oligarchs dead or alive. The captain had then decided to avoid killing the oligarchs whenever possible, as capturing them could allow for the Order to prosecute them and legally seize their illicit goods to benefit the state.

So far, the company's advance had been largely unhindered. While the mercenary groups employed by the oligarchs to defend their assets and status had been numerous and aggressive, they lacked the discipline, strategy, and sheer firepower of a professional army division. Dozens of gunslingers from numerous species had fallen to the machine guns of the 19th, and while a few troopers were superficially wounded or low on ammunition, no individual from the 19th was in life-threatening condition. Barely a kilometer away, the fortified luxury compound of one of the wealthiest and most vile businessmen in the city loomed several stories above the decrepit landscape. The company continued their advance, staying loosely spread apart and concentrated on side roads to avoid lethal sniper fire.

Suddenly, the sound of a large explosion filled the tense air of the company. It seemed to come from several dozen meters to their left, near a main road.

"Follow that blast!" ordered FN-999. "We have to make sure no allied units were wounded."

The twenty vanguard troops of the 19th, along with FN-999, arrived at a road with a scattering of embers. Gunfire rang from two different sources, and as the troopers peeked to the right of the wall of the compound they had taken cover behind, they realized that they had flanked an advancing enemy.

"FIRE!!" cried the captain, walking out onto the road to get a better shot.

Dozens of bullets and bolts ripped through the backs of an already occupied enemy, causing them to cry out in both pain and surprise. A tripod E-WEB machine gun was rapidly set up, and it scythed through the ranks of the hostiles like a sickle through wheat. One bolt hit the burning speeder and it exploded in a fireball, melting the skin and organs off nearby hostiles. In seconds, the ragtag formation had been shattered with no hope of recovery.

"Want some assistance?" cried out FN-999 to the friendly force he suspected to be taking cover nearby.

OPEN THE DOOR
The pathway that led to Rurik within the Gardens of Pellaeon was enveloped with the exotic flora of both the planets and territories of the New Imperial Order and the Galaxy beyond, an arboretum dedicated to the greater beauty of the mortal realm they lived within...as well as the care and discipline it took to maintain it. Alongside several of the hospitaliers attached to the Imperial Knights, Rurik spent his moments of respite and isolation here.

A warrior in a garden.

He summoned three individuals this day, in the wake of the New Imperial resurgence against the Sith in their war of defiance to snuff out the darkness, the Empire needed its sons, its true and valiant Knights more than ever. And it was time to make due on their courage and valiance in the face of a Galaxy who sought to snuff our their light.

In the main chamber of the garden, Rurik awaited the three of them and as soon as they entered, he offered a single nod in acknowledgement to each of them.

"Knights...I am grateful each of you were able to come here upon my summon...certainly more so given our recent toil. I do hope each of you have had your respite, especially the young Jin Kyrel Jin Kyrel ." Certainly after the injuries he'd been inflicted on Dantooine.

"There is more strife that awaits us...but that is not why I summoned the three of you here." Rurik says before he grasps the cross guard hilt of his saber, sparking the argent blade to life.

"Knight Johannes...step forward...and kneel." Rurik calls out to the Count In-Exile.

Voleg was crouched, looking through his macrobinoculars as militia men and corporate security were scurrying around and preparing their defences. He had spent the last 2 weeks on Kynachi as part of a recon team relaying information back to New Imperial command. "New orders Voleg. We're changing position." He heard Private Hanes say. The recon group worked in teams of two and the private had been his partner. "Where to now?" He replied. "Across to the point Aurek Niner, some abandoned complex near the landing point. Good ambush position." Voleg nodded and put his macrobinoculars on his belt and quickly rolled up his sleeping bag and placing his half eaten ration bar into his carrier bag before hoisting it up onto his back. "Right then lets move."

The two forward observers moved swiftly and quietly through the abandoned apartment building they had been in. As they made it to the ground floor Voleg and Hanes pulled out an unmarked poncho each from their packs and wore them over their body armour and rifles. Voleg took his service cap before darting out the door, fitting in with the rest of the wandering vagrants on the streets. The two scurried their way to their new positioned, sticking to the shadows to avoid any attention. As they got close a security guard at the gate to the abandoned complex spotted them and approached. "Ay, you two can't can't be here." he said reaching for his stun baton. Voleg immediately took out a knife from his belt and threw it at the man, the knife landing in his stomach. Before he could even scream Hanes had already rushed forward covering his mouth while Andan began repeatedly stabbing him until he stopped moving. The two then quickly dragged the body into the guardhouse before moving into the abandoned complex designated Aurek Niner and headed to the east side on the ground floor, which stood mere meters from a corporate machine gun position.

Andan wiped his knife on his poncho before taking it off and setting his pack to one side. Grabbing his AK-57x he peaked around the window to watch a few soldiers setting up a turret. "You think we hid his body well enough." he heard Hanes whisper. Voleg turned his head and spoke. "The direction things are going one dead security guard won't matter." As he finished his sentence the roar of New Imperial Dropships filled the air and the battle begun. As New Imperial troops began the messy business of street fighting Voleg nodded to Hanes and the two of them opened up, shredding apart four soldiers manning a turret. As they continued firing Voleg spoke. "Rocket team coming down the alleway." he said moved to the Complex's door and kicked it open. Him and Hanes moved right out into the alleyway and opened fire, striking the two soldiers in the rocket team with their charric rifles.

The pair moved on from the house down the alleyway and into the other, kicking down the door and quickly climbing the stairs and onto the roof. The two took up positions"See some golden coloured soldiers approaching, don't think we ever seen them during our recon." Voleg turned to look what Hanes was pointing out before quickly responding. "Hold fire those are ours. Command pointed out there'd be some Thyrsian mercs ( Onansi of Thyrsus Onansi of Thyrsus ) with our troops. Provide supporting fire." he said, before letting off a few shots at another group of hostiles taking cover in a ruined building.

Gettin' ready for the day you're born again
Imperial Crusader Fleet,
Two Hours ago...

The floor of his room was cold and hard. He tried pushing the thought of the pain in his knees out of his mind to no avail. Something so simple as meditation was usually easy to him. The small room afforded to him aboard the Crusader Fleet was quiet and out of the way. Hans had never had problems meditating before, but things were weighing heavy on his mind. He had been called by Lord Fel to the Gardens of Pellaeon to be recognized as a full knight of The Empire. It was a great honour, and a great responsibility.

He knew it was another step towards home, though he was unsure what home meant now. He had been estranged for a decade. What would await him upon his return to Raxus? He had no idea. He knew only that the Sith and the Bryn'adul had taken far too much from the galaxy. Dantooine was a world not so different from his own. Seeing the way the innocent people of Dantooine were treated, he couldn't bare to think what the Sith might have done to Raxus after they crushed the resistance. Would being an Imperial Knight suffice?...

His concentration was broken by a knocking on the door. He stood and waved the door open with the force.

"The shuttle to the surface is waiting, Knight-Errant" the ensign chimed.

"Thank you, let's make haste." Hans plucked his lightsaber from his table and grabbed his cloak from his bed, folding it over his arm as he left the room.

N5cG5gd.png

Bastion,Present
The three knights-to-be entered the Gardens. Hans had set foot here only once before. It had been after the Battle of Bastion, when the now vibrant gardens had been choked with ash and rubble. Hans said nothing as he entered, only listening to what their master had to say.
"Knights...I am grateful each of you were able to come here upon my summon...certainly more so given our recent toil. I do hope each of you have had your respite, especially the young Jin Kyrel Jin Kyrel ." Certainly after the injuries he'd been inflicted on Dantooine.

The mention of Jin's injury brought bad memories to Hans. The battle of Dantooine had been a blur aside from the one moment that had been seared into his mind as if by the green hellfire of the Sith Lord they had faced. He couldn't wipe from behind his eyes the moment when the Sith's blade cleaved through Jin's leg. He wished he could've done more...

"Knight Johannes...step forward...and kneel." Rurik calls out to the Count In-Exile.

It was time. The moment of great change was upon him. Everything he had done for the past four years had been in service of the New Imperial Order. Though he had his unspoken doubts about the future, there was work to be done and the New Order needed his sword and shield.

He stepped forward and took to one knee in front of his master, ready to accept his duty.

Deciding to deploy and form an observational defensive position within the vicinity of Kynachi's first objective, the Blue-Heart's entire armoured battalion was set behind heavily-urbanised cover; and from there, training sights on every conceivable arc-of-fire around the Lord-Major's wide defensive perimeter. The Blue-Hearts would be the first of the Exiled Galidraani Brigade with boots on the ground, but only at the conditional behest of the brigade's Lord-Commander; no advances into enemy territory would be permitted without the Brigadier-General's presence, for their defensive tactics were only in place to facilitate the arrival of the others, and a great deal of intel would be needed in order to safely evade or attack enemy positions en-masse.

After defending their positions with ease for a few days, (with their,"Slim-pickings.", easily being picked off from behind cover) Major Barran's surveillance-droids had returned intact to a continually-strengthening perimeter, yet one one was missing. Looking through the transmitted footage, the Blue-Heart officers soon realised it had been captured within the first ten minutes of recording; however, as the nearest platoon of corporate soldiers were still reprogramming it to suit their own reconnaissance-needs, their engineers would be too late in learning that explosives were placed within the droids' circuitry for remote-detonation. Moments later, after the missing-droid's detonator was primed and active, the Lord-Major was informed the detonation was sighted almost a mile away, and had chuckled to himself before issuing orders to continue holding positions.

'Shugg, Josie! Order the lads ti send oot the second-wave, an' ah want them ti ready the detonators this time, aw'right?'

'Right away, milord!'
, the wiry-built commoner-captain replied, running immediately to the makeshift-compound's eastern guard-tower to personally order searches in the southern and eastern sectors; Leftenant,"Josie" Jorie would bound out westward to do the same thing, though Jorie would actively supervise the northern and western reconnoitres. It was during the second, farther-searching wave that the varied reports of friendly and enemy positions began to multiply as colour-coordinated blips on Barran's city-map hologram; much to the chagrin of the smarter corporate-mercenaries, who had shot and safely destroyed the third-and-final droid of the second-wave to go offline explosively.
We'll need ti be much mare sleekit in the final wave o' droids... Easy orders ti pass oan when Shugg returns, be patient!

'Nuhin's puttin' the Lord-Commander's landin' iht risk now, is there? "Dodgy pot-shots an' boilin' hot tea-pots!", aw day long! Aht's the Galidraani way, ayways has been!'

“Was I the only one to, ah, have trouble finding the place?”

Aerarii stepped out from behind a piece of abandoned machinery and caught sight of his contacts. Despite coming close at Atrisia, Shilli and Yinchorr (twice), he’d never gotten his hand on conclusive evidence that COMPNOR had been behind the insurgencies which had plagued the Galactic Alliance during their brief Cold War with the New Imperial Order. Yet despite an absence of evidence, the involvement of these two legends was undeniable.

Cooperation between the two governments was still tense, and to some, ran counter to the spirits of both. But assessments like that belonged to fools - Tithe knew, as well did the NIO, that their ambitions were largely aligned.

His Senate close protection team was nearby ready to extract him as due diligence dictated, though he expected any threat against his life to come from persons not involved in this gathering.

The Vice Chancellor-elect, amid his official duties, had spent countless hours implementing the GA’s economic sanctions against the Eternal Empire. More recently, he’d turned his attention to more direct methods of encouraging them to abandon their war with the Alliance. While his meetings with the Eclipse Rebels had been fruitful, this was beginning to move beyond his area of expertise.

He was not too proud to call upon experts when the situation demanded it.

“Gentlemen, my neighbours to the west have proven themselves to be, err, how do I put this, problematic. Certainly, they haven’t escaped your notice?”

CRACKING AT THE SEAMS

Media headlines, whispers in the dark and wayward rumors all pointed to this alliance, this 'Elder Council', a deal with the devil, or between devils depending on the point of view. In use against the Bryn'adul? Perhaps not such a horrid aim, the Bryn'adul were unlike any of the sentient factions that otherwise dominated the Galaxy. A foul scourge that needed to be purged as the Sith were.

However, the sights of the Elder Council in full force were never set on the Bryn'adul. Instead, the fire and fury enveloped Dantooine, Tavlar's own homeworld.

"The Confederates and the Silver Jedi have chosen to overtly align themselves with the Sith Empire...or at the very least, arrived in military support of them in opposition to our Empire. While this supposed 'pact' has not shed the light of day in proper ratification...it shows a Galactic scale alignment against the New Imperial Order. For what reasoning or aim? It is yet to be seen...but our enemies can not linger so calmly. If they care to lash at us, they need feel the consequence. All the same...our war with the Sith is our sole aim, we should be wary to stray from this path and open too many fronts we can not sustain. The Sith Empire is our existential foe, we do not exist as they do. The rest, they come later." Irveric proposes.

He states before he brings the blade back, motioning for Hans to stand once more.

"The strife and trials of which you have overcome have molded the young noble in-exile with a chip on his shoulder and a lost legacy that emerged from Orinackra into a tried and true scion of our Order. Your aim is known, your will made indomitable. Our paths once not so different, young men looking to prove themselves, clinging to a name that means far less than it once did. But that legacy is not for you to mourn...but to build greater than ever before." He says, nodding once to Hans.

"We will take it back, you will have your vengeance...and once and for all, the Darkness...and all its evil will be extinguished from this Galaxy by our flame. His face was stone as the Imperator spoke. When he originally became aware of the Confederate presence on Dantooine, he felt miserable. His choice to not slaughter the representatives of that crooked regime proved an ill advised mercy, and from it they were allowed to spread their wicked ways far beyond their own borders.

The King narrowed his eyes and kept the lower half of his face hidden behind his folded hands. "I have seen how these so-called Confederates conduct themselves within their own borders," he said quietly, but his voice grew as he continued. "Theirs is an inanity that believes itself righteous. When last I encountered them, it was to broker a severance of ties for the planet Siskeen from their dominion. The pretense of peace talks collapsed because the Viceroy of the world never truly intended to seek freedom for his people. He held his own people hostage in order to attempt to deceive a political delegation and arrest them under Confederate bylaws."

He closed his eyes. "When I refused to allow them to arrest anyone due to the gross miscarriage of justice, they proceeded to place a Bounty on me and bore false, slanderous testimony. They are a perfidious, opportunistic, amoral lot with designs on power for its own sake. I would under no circumstances believe anything that spews from their lips and would sooner watch Ketaris burn than go to the table with them."

Enlil glanced now to Tavlar. "What we do to the Jedi is of little consequence to me, I firmly believe that they are inconsequential and left alone, they will flounder and die. My recommendation is that the Confederacy of Independent Systems be declared a Sith state and accordingly receive our eternal ire."

Viper-One's hull rattles and thrums softly with its' repulsors and Ion thrusters pushing its' mass through the atmosphere and gale winds lash at the craft. Anja's right thumb depressed the comm control on the stick control which she pulled left-to-right in an attempt to avoid the black clouds of smoke exploding on her descent, she could see the antiquated anti-aircraft cannon sitting in a circle of sandbags perched on the highway; where Anja was due to disgorge her troops. <"Standby for fast rope and stay seated"> Anja directs those Troopers within the cargo bay. "Viper-one, SAM bearing zero-zero-zero"

"Viper-one is engaged" This was it, Anja was going in for the kill. Viper-One dropped down between two rows of buildings on either side, Anja's eyes stare unflinchingly into the flashing autocannon barrels down the highway. Anja's hands take over guiding the woman and her gunship down the street, avoiding the stream of projectiles that detonate in a ruckus around the armoured hull. Anja with calm professionalism narrates into her squadron's com channel. "Viper-One, Rifle-one" A shriek howls down the street the twin barrels of the autocannon were smothered in a great fireball that left Durasteel parts.

Whoever survived laid out on their spines and chests found Viper-One turn on a dime above the charred black ruin of the hastily erected Anti-Aircraft emplacement. Its nose aimed down at the asphalt, men and women who were attempting to flee or fight pivoting in place. Anja with the squeeze of a trigger lit up Viper's wings and mouth in a cacophony of emerald lasers that thrust through their targets, twelve or so shattered corpses slump down dead. Anja with right-hand pulls the flight stick towards body, throttle pushed to the centre position with no acceleration bringing viper to an abrupt and violent halt floating two dozen feet above the freeway's on-ramp, adjacent to the Trooper's target structure.

The past needed to be let go.

With everything glowing on in the galaxy right now, he was trusting his loyalties. As he witnessed first hand at Dantooine, Jedi of the Concord fought alongside the Sith, striking down fellow knights. People he had known and grew up with, people who he considered friends, people who he considered family...all fighting next to the Sith.

No longer would he be fighting against his brothers and sisters. That was becuase he had a new family now. While his X-Wing flew above Dantooine he realized that they were accomplishing something that the Silver Jedi hadn't: They were killing Sith.

Ever since his multiple falls to the dark side of the force, he started to gain new perspectives. The Jedi of the Concord had peace, making sure it was kept that way across their planets. The Sith had fear, using it to conquer planets and kill innocents. While the Imperial Order, they had unity. They fought as if they were one sword, taking out anything in their path and brining justice to the galaxy.

But most importantly, the had a thing for killing Sith.

As he entered into the gardens, his eyes wandered about, taking in the view of the fauna. There was a feeling of peacefulness and harmony here. Everything was balanced, as it should have been. A slight breeze blew through the garden, waving the plants back and forth.

No words were said between the trio. They were here for one reason, and one reason only. As they got closer and closer he began to make out the figure of Master Fel. Unfortunately, he had not had the chance to meet the man before. Only stories provided him what he knew of Master Fel.

When the greeting were given he simply nodded, showing his small greeting back. He didn't want to interrupt the ceremony. Even if he didn't know what would happen.

Soon Master Fel called forth Johannes, asking him to kneel before him. Today, history would be made. No longer would he follow the Jedi who dare fight for the Sith. No longer would he stand aside as shady politics killed countless people. Today, today was a day to be remembered.

He watched as the knighting process began infront of him. Though there were few in numbers today, it felt as if they had a whole army here, ready to fight. A few more words were said as Johannes finished being knighted. Watching, he saw Master Fel look up. Straighten a little he stood there silently.

Once Jin's name was called he slightly turned his head, looking at the man. He heard what happened at Dantooine, and he couldn't believe he was still standing here today.

But that was because they were warriors. And warriors didn't stop fighting till it was over.

Ahead of Onansi's position the streets cut out to both sides before the Oligarch Complex. On either side dozens of hostile mercenaries were taking up position in the brief lull of combat. Redoubts and barricades were already crafted in anticipation of the Imperial and Sun Guardians in an attempt to herd them into the crossfire.

The building the oligarchs had chosen for a headquarters was a three story building. Hidden traps and filled to the brim with opposition forces. Below ground, the oligarchs hid in a poorly made bunker to coordinate their efforts with their allies. Of which gradually became silent the closer the Imperial aligned forces drew to their position.

The outlook was already looking grim for the oligarchs forces.

The hostiles behind the speeder were dead, Onansi had come to find. Lifting his head and twisting it about to find FN-999 referring to him. The thyrsian scoffed behind the helmet, lifting up off the wall he used for cover, his head shook from side to side. Onansi wasn't fond of getting help, he wasn't even fond of asking for it. But it wasn't his planet, he was hired for a job, and he figured he'd get it done.

"Locate the buildings generator -- I'll take care of their leaders."

The approaching combined Imperial and Sun Guards abruptly came under fire from the side streets. Before they could even get angles on the set up positions of their enemies, speeders at alternating heights lurched into the open. Repeating blaster fire lurched out from the slid open doors, pelting the well armed soldiers with enough bolts to find purchase in their surprise attack.

He was probably the only one to scoff and mock at this operation. Apparently there were monsters and other scary shit going on in this abandoned prison. What a joke, he’d seen worse than this. Crik was definitely showing his sociopathic humor at this assignment. Or was it psychopathic? He confused the two terms, but he’d argue both titles suit him.

He was a killer and not someone that was nurtured for it. He was a natural at it. If anything, whatever lurked in this prison should be afraid of him. The same applied to this task force assigned here.

”If it ain’t the Ice Queen herself, aren’t you a sight for sore eyes,” words that were said with a bore and drag, knowing they would annoy Iryss. From what he heard, she was a control freak with no room for ineptitude. Everything had to be spot on perfect. The Storm Commando was lucky to not serve under the ISB at all.

“Ya done doing whatever it is that you’re doing? Wasting time for me and my fellow agents,” referring to Asa and Icarn, fellow operatives under COMPNOR that were handled by Diamond Snake.
