BeLIEve

The masked mercenary simply walks on,showing no sign that he had even heard the threat. The jedi had failed to find the meaning behind the shot and instead of backing off, he drew what his HUD described as a mere training saber. To someone who could pick up a paper clip and turn it into a weapon, this meant nothing. Anything could be lethal in the right hands. Nevertheless, Andreas made no hostile action towards the jedi. Eliminating him would not get this @[member=Zymon] to the wookiees any faster. But if any of them were to decide to throw their lives away and attack him, that'd be a different story.

Alexandra Feanor

The Lady in Silver/Grey Historian
Alexandra lit her own Silver sabers, letting their glow illuminate the area around where she was. "Look, let the man go hunter and you wont be harmed." She let her hostility and calmness swirl and mix waiting for the Bounty hunter to make one mistake, enough for her to leap in and remove his threat. @[member="Vulpesen"] @[member="Andreas Wintergreen"] @[member="Zymon"]

Zymon

Don't y'all know nothin'?
Zymon simply just sneered as he was led on. "Y'all got the wrong guy. I ain't nobody. You clowns don't even know. I ain't even the real threat here." He turned his head to say. Clearly, the only option here was to get these three at odds against each other. Then he'd be able to make his move.

Seeing a large root in his path, he tripped over it and rolled his body so he'd land on his shoulder or back. Once he was there, he slid out the vibroblade hidden in the back of his pants and hid it between his forearm and his back.

Refusing any help, he got back on his feet, which was impressive seeing as his hands were cuffed behind him. Suddenly, an eerie moan was heard in the distance, and everything fell silent once more. "C'mon. Let's get this over with already." He gave them each a look and turned, leading them further into the cave.

Vulpesen cast a glare in @[member="Alexandra Shadowstalker"]'s direction. Usually, he would had deplored such a threat, but sometimes a jedi had to walk on the grey to get things done. He turned his attention by to @[member="Zymon"]. "Listen, I want to believe you and help you, but you have to meet me half way. Unless you want to have wookies hunting you for the rest of your stay on Kashyyk, I suggest you let me help. A group of Wookies has already agreed to hold peaceful negotiations until they've discovered exactly what the problem is. But if you fight me at every turn, those negotiations wont happen and you'll have a gamorrean's chance with a rancor of getting any real peace on this planet." Vulpesen held out his hand, waiting for Zymon's response. "You're pick. Take your chances with the bounty hunter, or trust the jedi."
As he finished talking to Zymon, he looked up at the bounty hunter. "I can sense that you aren't a droid so stop kidding me by acting like you are. If you want the bounty, then we can work together. You get all the proceeds, I just want to see this end peacefully." @[member="Andreas Wintergreen"]

Andreas kept walking. He had came here for one thing to do one job. He didn't need nosy jedi couples interfering with his work. And this jedi,@[member=Vulpesen] just couldn't take a hint and get lost. He didn't want or need any help but once he thought about it; it wouldn't hurt either if he and his girlfriend tagged along. They seemed pretty determined to have some part in his job and would most likely attack if ignored further. While this had no threat on his life, fighting them would deviate him from his mission and waste time and for customer satisfaction, it was best to avoid wasting time.

"Fine. Let's get to work"

Vulpesen grinned and stepped up tot he bounty hunter's side. He sensed the darkness within the bounty hunter, but he didn't care, he was willing to compromise, and Vulpesen would do the same. @[member="Andreas Wintergreen"] "Glad we're in agreement." Vulpesen's blade sliced through Zymons bonds but clinked against the vibroblade. @[member="Zymon"] "No no no..." Vulpesen used the force to call the blade into his hands. "Play nice or I'll ask our friend here knock you out." Who was this hermit? Vulpesen hadn't sensed any lies from him and dark side or not, he'd been raised by merchants and knew how catch a bluff. This hermit was becoming more and more interesting as he continued to compromise his obvious innocence. Still, he hadn't forgotten about the other mystery in the tunnel. @[member="Alexandra Shadowstalker"] "You comin'?" He asked, looking back to the third companion.

Zymon

Don't y'all know nothin'?
It was one thing to lead a man to a punishment he didn't deserve. It was another to leave him completely defenseless in the underworld of Kashyyyk. The Jedi took his vibroblade, fortunately for him, he'd struck a deal with the others to all take him in, otherwise he would have tested just how peaceful these Jedi were supposed to be. "You know, at least Red Skull isn't playin' games wit' me. I know what his intentions are. But Jedi...they're the worst kind. Tellin' you one thing, but really just preparing you for the slaughter." He said quickly approaching Vulpesen so he was face to face with him. "I don't know who you people think I am, but I can tell you I ain't your enemy...but you sure as hell am pushing me t' be."

Just then, a menacing scowl was heard from the shadows from behind the Jedi. When Vulpesen turned to investigate, Zymon made a quick grab for his crossbow. By the time the Jedi turned back, Zymon had the crossbow pointed at his head. A thwish sound was heard as Zymon pulled the trigger. The bolt passed right by the Jedi's head by a mere inch and found it's true target in the head of something that fell unseen from the shadows. A death trooper.

Zymon nodded to the surprised Jedi. A gesture meant to show there was no sign of malicious intent and that they were good. Death troopers littered these parts of the forest, and these underground tunnels were their home. Would that zombified being had gotten hold of the Jedi, he would have soon turned into one of them. Zymon had saved his life. "You can't rely on your fancy Force tricks here. The crawlers' Force signature matches that of the planet's perfectly. They are the cause of the taint. You wanna survive, you're gonna have to start listening to me." He said looking around at the others.

Vulpesen sighed but gave @[member="Zymon"] a polite smile. "Glad to know I don't need you tied up. I'll do as you say to survive, but like it or not, we are going to the canopy. I'll keep you from getting killed up there and you keep me form getting killed down here. Deal?" It was official. Vulpesen liked this hermit. He seemed to be the result of what would have happen had Vulps stayed on Nar Shadaa. "My names Vulpesen Espadus Torrevaso. Vulps for short." He pulled the bolt from the deathtroopers head and handed it to his charge. "And by the way. I'm not completely dependent on the force." He drew his virbrosword and placed his lightsaber on hip, then he continued onwards.

"You better know what you're doing"
Andreas said to @[member=Vulpesen] with a hint of irritation. So far this guy has revealed his full name, released most of the bonds and allowed @[member=Zymon] a lethal projectile weapon on the promise of protection which the bounty hunter is more than able to provide himself. Luckily, the soulsteel cable around the hermit's legs are still there. The jedi's vibro sword cannot cut through it and it restricts his movement to walking speed. Zymon tries to move his legs any faster than that and the cable will lock up on him

Vulpesen laughed at @Andrea Wintergreen's statement. I never know what I'm doing. It makes me think too hard. And when I think to hard, I stop moving. He continued walking. Sure his tactics were strange, some might even say they were suicidal, but so far he had survived. Better yet, he had prospered. Going from a little trading planet on the edge of the republic, to being a jedi who was able to travel where he wished, was no small feat. It only showed what one could do with a sharp blade and an even sharper mind.
"So, I've got a transport waiting for us to go up to the surface, but its a bit rickety. Any other suggestions on how to move up?"

Zymon

Don't y'all know nothin'?
As far as he was concerned, Vulps was the first normal Jedi he'd ever encountered. He nodded to the Jedi again, a sign of mutual respect between the two. Vulps may have earned some respect from Zymon, but it didn't mean he had to trust him.

"More than you do." The hermit cast a side glance at the bounty hunter as he led the small party forward into the dark tunnels. "Got me all tied up like the day's catch." He grumbled away from the small ragtag group.

Leading them as fast as his binds would allow, he took lefts and rights without any hesitation. He could just leave them there to get lost and rot, but he'd never get away with the cables wrapped around his legs. "Shouldn't be much further this way." He mentioned leading them down a long corridor. "You knew, if somethin' goes down, I ain't gonna be no use to you like this." He warned the bounty hunter.

"Focus, hermit"

A master martial artist, weapons and explosives specialist fully armed and armored,Andreas didn't have anything to worry about. Plus, he knew what @[member=Zymon] was doing. He wasn't as reckless as to take the last of the bindings off and provide more freedom to the hermit who already had free hands and a loaded weapon thanks to the genius of the padawan over there.
"Keep Moving"

Vulpesen rolled his eyes and looked at @[member="Andreas Wintergreen"]. "You do realize that we want to get out of here, and he's idiotic enough to run, one of us will just use the force to pull him back. Then you can truss him up all over again." From another point of view, Vulpesen could see how his actions could be seen as Naïve and trusting, yet despite popular belief, he did know how people acted. He had spent years with merchants in a job where you wouldn't last very long if you were easily fooled. "Besides, its in our mutual benefit. He goes untied, he's seen as willing to appear for trial, which most murderer's aren't. If he isn't you'll still get your bounty. I'll be there to mediate because no matter how young I am, jedi are still looked to for mediators. And for Our hermit friend, if all goes well, he might make some rather big and furry friends, or at the very least he'll get them off his back. I know the Wookies. They hate seeming like beasts. In some respects this keeps them as the most honorable beings I have ever met." Having been a child of Amar, Vulpesen had also learned to haggle which was incredibly close to negotiating. "By the way, what's your name?" Vulpesen asked @[member="Zymon"]. He hated calling him the hermit. Such a name was degrading and Vulpesen was by no means a degrading person.

Zymon

Don't y'all know nothin'?
Zymon scoffed at the bounty hunter. "This is why people don't trust you. Sith with no faces run amok." Shaking his head, his greasy hair swayed about his face. He began speaking to the Jedi without looking at him. "Don't matter if we don't make it outta here, right?" His focus was kept on surviving. And in these tunnels, that was key. No matter how trained or fully equipped the masked man thought he was, his arrogance would be his doom. And these tunnels would be his tomb, and possibly his own if he didn't find a way to get those bindings off.

"You know, no matter how prepared you think you are, you ain't. Them explosives you got may take them out, but it'll also take the roof down an' crush us all. And Force or not, if you run into a herd of these things, ....you can only shoot one at a time. I'm just sayin'. And if I die, because of you... I will promise to make your afterlife a living...." Zymon stopped short, bringing his hand up to stop those behind him. He squatted down and turned to give them that universal shush gesture. Raising his crossbow, his back leaned against a corner and he peeped around it. Five death troopers were roaming there. Who knew if there were more, and he didn't want to shine a light to find out.

@[member="Vulpesen"], @[member="Andreas Wintergreen"]

@[member=Zymon] didn't say anything, but Andreas was already way ahead of him. The HUD in his helmet notified him of the death troopers. Andreas saw straight threw the wall and saw the death troopers as mangled skeletons silhouetted in grey. Grey meant no body heat and no body heat meant dead. Death Troopers. He thought he'd killed the last of them that were in this area. Taking his pistol out of it's holster he shot six consecutive bolts from his pistol. The pistol was silenced so the bolts made minimum sound as they were launched from the barrel and into the death trooper's skulls, killing them. There was an extra trooper that the hermit didn't see since it was hidden behind a rock. The bolt meant for him ricocheted off a few walls before hitting it's mark with superior accuracy.

"This way leads to an abandoned mine which leads to an elevated exit system"
Holstering his gun, the bounty hunter put a hand on his assault rifle and prodded the hermit's back again.
