- Life Debt: A duty bound sense of honor that she has sworn to Junko after the princess defeated her in the Tournament. Seeing herself on the brink of death after she fought and for Junko to rescue her when she could have just left... She serves and listens to Junko almost unquestionably.
- Flirting: While she knows how to be serious she does have a weakness when it comes to the various females and will flirt with many while buisiness is going on.
Barca was born on Mandalore and taken offworld by her clan. A less then savory group of Mandalorianss who rarely followed the leader of their people when he was decided... they were fanatical in ways following the tenets of the code rather then practicing it. She was trained from a young age to fight and be one of the better soldiers they could offer. Being sent out on mercenary jobs that would be used to gather credits and resources for the clan. Barca was able to meet in several missions other mandalorians who were vastly different to her. They seemed to have a life outside of just fighting and when she raised the concerns to her alor she was told they were heretics who had forsaken the way. She spent several more years going through these missions until she was sent to attend a tournament on Geonosis.
The payout for them was high and one from the clan had been invited so Barca was to attend. The rules being that it was less about sophisticated armor and more wits which meant she would have to remove her armor and fight like the others with her skills and melee weapons. She removed her armor and fighting in the tournament under the clans observation she was.... troubled. They functioned to remind her of the disshonor she was bringing but facing another mandalorian who was there in the tournament gave her perspective. She wasn't wrong and being able to remove her equipment to function in something like this as the payday increased with the rounds from how exciting they were. THe payout in the end went to the clan but she was considered tainted by removing her helmet and armor.
Barca found a way off world later and did jobs for herself getting better at fighting and with the aid of the mandalorian she met Asha she paired up to fight. Prizefighters across the galaxy going from tournament to tournament and job to job for a few other years. It changed as she took a job on Atrisia, as they were heading there they came under attack and Asha was killed. Crashing into one of the stations she learned that Jia Ren of the Commonwealth a pirate had attacked them trying to raid and take their valuables. The best way to find them would be to have another ship or join one of the Metsuka strike teams. She would follow through with that after the tournament which saw her heading down to the grand arena and partaking with fighters from across the galaxy as well as across Atrisia.
The one who caught her eye was the princess, aside from beauty she was also a strong fighter. THe tournament itself was impressive in how strong everyone was and the environment of the arena shifted to offer different fights. Her biggest challenge was against a wookiee and it went from a battle of blades to one of fists as the two were slugging it out with each other. Barca winning when she managed to get the wookiee into an arm bar and dislocating her arm. Then tossing her off of the platform as it was floating over the main area. The crowd was important to the excitement and they played it up as the others did to get cheers. The ones attending to them and the nurses to make sure they were okay were welcomed and Barca realized that Atrisians treated their fighters really well akin more to prized race animals.
The tournament continued and Barca watched as of all the fighters the princess continued to push forward displaying exceptional combat prowess and more so then that in the hours after the fighting when they were eating or bathing she was every bit as beautiful. Her handmaidens attending to her and Barca had the servants at the arena as well as three nurses who were with her. Barca made it to the finals and would face the princess, the night before they would make a wager that the loser had to submit tot he winner for whatever they wanted within a reason. She confidently agreed and didn't realize how skilled a fighter the princess was and experienced in fighting.... the fight went good and she broke the princesses arm in combat but ultimately she lost and when she slipped off of the platform sshe was caught in one fo the gears for the shifting platform.
Her armor was caught and she thought she might get killed as the heavy slab was coming but the princess rescued her and pulled her out even with a broken arm. Barca respected that and swore a debt to the princess, on top of their wager which she would honor she saw protecting the woman as a means to better train from someone stronger then her... and she owed the princess. Barca became one of her handmaidens and served as the main bodyguard, Uzaki another one was a fighter and chief protector but she was also a brute who smacked things around. Barca served with her for months as Junko made deals with new people in Latyuo Shuy and Supisy Blen they were both cute and doing a job for Junko they got invited to the Star festival... which Barca was attending to protect her.
At the festival Barca met an Umanishi horselord... one of the more reclusive and dangerous of the Atrisianss... which was exciting and their night was somethign to be remembered as Supisy saw them in the morning covered in bruises and cuts. She stayed there to better protect and improved the training for the Otachi handmaidens. The better they were and the more coordinated then better she would be able to protect and only have to worry about one person. She got somewhat closer with Yorino one of the racers under Junko and her star. The daughter of Junko's captain of the guards and one fo the few surviving yovshin who fled Atrisia when Mythos came. The small racer and Barca developed a friendship of sort as she could function as her gunner on the racer and they would dominate the competition.
The time with Junko though has continued and developed her as she has gotten to know Supisy as well who often makes jokes and seems to enjoy being around the large mandalorian... granted Barca has observed she enjoys being around any female but she wasn't one to complain as after the lagoon race between Junko and Ssupisy with Min and Phaidor she took the two handmaidens back with her much to the twi'leks grins and cheers. Barca continued to serve Junko and was among the handmaidens and bodyguards when she went to a date with @Amalia teral on Alderaan staying with the ship but prepared to come to the princesses defense if she was needed with her war droid.
THe training, the improvements of and to the Commonweaalth continued.. and Barca moved much of her clan to the worrld. THem getting a place as she was given a place in the isle's designed to protect Junko. She improved many of the defenses as well as the weapons technologies of the Commonwealth by the time the empire attacked Jar'kai. The battle waas intense in some ways.. the empire threw more men at the planetary shielding then seemed reasonable. Lau and the mandalorian clans on the planet were able to deploy a mandalorian air drrop against them as the warr droids of two clans were unleashed in the city to protect it. Their fighters were joining a number of other citizens, soldiers and the defensive measures were brought to bare... That tactically attacking a single city was not the greatest. it allowed all of the other cities to send a force to aid.
