Its manufacturing centers are still rooted in the industrial world of Balmorra, a planet whose landscape has been permanently shaped by the scars of war and industry.

The majority shareholder of Balmorran Arms Drachmas Vesh-Tarr came into power through a combination of inheritance, industrial foresight, and political maneuvering. A descendant of one of the original Balmorran industrial dynasties, they returned to the war-ravaged world after the company's fragmentation in the aftermath of various galactic wars.

By consolidating the scattered remnants of Balmorran manufacturing guilds and leveraging dormant patent rights, they reconstructed the corporation from the inside out. Strategic alliances with planetary defense forces and mercenary groups allowed for rapid market re-entry, while a shrewd rebranding campaign reclaimed Balmorran Arms' legacy as a symbol of pragmatic reliability.
