High Commander of the Lilaste Order
Laphisto sat in the Stations CIC in its central Spire, listening to a few of the Higher ranking officials within the lilaste order. Today's meeting was mostly about the Retrofits to the station and a possible planet-side base in a nearby system. After the Capture of the Mining facility on M'haeli, the Lilaste order began to convert the facility into a War forge, using the Facility to produce many of the Lilste orders AT-AE walkers. This current meeting was to figure out the order's next move. The current debate was between getting more manpower by establishing connections with the Karlinus system or going after the Dusate pirates in the Ropagi system nearby. Both sides of the argument carried significant weight. The Dusate Pirates had bolstered their strength since the attack on the M'haeli system, and the small fleet was doing its best to keep the raiders from returning. Even with fewer numbers, the constant rate of attack meant ships needed to return to the station for repair. A scouting party had identified the origin of the attacks to the Ropagi system only a week ago.

While one side argued the need to end these attacks to pull strain off of their resource supply, another stated that Lilaste ships were far superior to the pirates and committing to an attack would leave either Aurora station or the newly acquired M'haeli system vulnerable to attack both sides made a fair point. But only one of the two options would be viable.

Meanwhile, a small, almost constant flow of Trade ships and recruits continued to flood into bay four, allowing food, water, and metals to be delivered to the station just short of a surplus. A "bounty" board was hung up in the main office where the Traders would finish their paperwork. The Lilaste order was offering extra Credits for supplies. the board read as such

Paying extra for raw supplies of these metals, or possible news of lost DIrelect ships found in Unkown regions.

The over seven foot tall, hulking unit of a Bounty Hunter stepped of a rather old looking freighter. Astrus was looking for work, and he had heard that he could find it here.
Astrus wanted to kill, and he had heard the Lilaste Order would pay for him to do just that. Walking through the hanger, the armoured Mercenary was expecting to be met by some form of station security. The mountain of a Mandalorian, visibly armed would not go unnoticed.

The station was currently moving with activity though the deeper astrus went the less civilian activity he found,lm eventually a pair of Lilaste soldiers stopped him the man in the left holding s hand outwards as he spoke " all civilian and private mercenaries sre not allowed beyond this point, if your looking for work then your going to want to turn around, head to the right side of the station and fill out the paperwork for mercenary's. If your here to enlist with the Lilaste order it will be the station on the left directly next to the trading station " the soldier looked the presumed mandalorian over a few times

Astrus smirked under his helmet. He took a step towards the soldier. Towering over the pair of Lilaste Soldiers. “You mistake me for some common hired gun.” He would not be lumped in with common hooligans. “I heard the Order was looking for quality, yet your boss doesn’t have the respect to appear himself. Letting some desk clerk sort out the hiring the process does not bode well.” He took another step closer, so as to get right up in their faces. “So answer me this, does the Lilaste Order want quality or quantity?”

The soldiers seemed to tense up slightly at the Mandalorians approach. They themselves had mandalorians within their ranks. And so knew of thier capabilities and training. Sharing a glance between one another before looking up at the man. " The High commander is currently in a meeting with the rest of our leadership" at the mention of one of the orders slogans the soldier gave a small laugh" well if ever there was a visual aid for quality you mandalorians take the cake on that, come with us. We will grant you temporary clearance to follow us, we will lead you to his office and once his current meeting is over he will be with you immediately afterwards." The one soldier gave astrus a beckon to follow, the two soldiers turning and begining to head deeper into the station.

As the soldier chuckled, quick as lightning, Astrus had his hand around the soldier’s throat. He had obviously taken offence. This soldier thought he was a joke. This insult would not be taken lightly. “I have not been a Mandalorian for over a thousand years.” He said in a low voice, at the mention of ‘you Mandalorians.’ He would not be bound by some ancient code of honour that routinely led his former clan to ruin. Their needless obsession with war had kept Mandalorians on the brink of extinction for hundreds of years. Sure the code worked, but it was the undying, blind loyalty to it that had always led to the downfall of the proud warrior people.
“A please would be nice.”

What started as a friendly interaction quickly took a hostile turn, the moment astrus grabbed the soldiers throat the soldier next to him quickly rose his weapon and as did a few of the others, the private comms channel within the station quickly being filled with the report.

The meeting Laphisto had been apart of was begining to become more akin to a political argument in the Senate a small grumbled growl quickly rolling past throat. A small perk of his ear being seen before his gaze flicked amungst the others, the altercation reaching his ear placing both of his hands on the table he stood himself up " you all make compelling arguments but if the Lilaste order is to grow and prosper we need to be seen more than just some group that's taking advantage of the power vacuum and killing pirates. We need to bring more people to our cause. We will focus on recruitment, untill then I have another matter to attend to."

With that Laphisto made his way from the meeting and down to the docking bay by his self. Eyes darting over before seeing the altercation. Pushing through the crowd Laphisto was easy to spot, being the only dragon like humanoid standing at seven foot eight " is there an issue here ?" He said looking out to the Presumed mandalorian, his eyes flashing a deep blue as he peered into them through the force, checking their alignment.

Astrus turned to the other soldier as they raised their weapon. Staring directly into their eyes. “Make it count.” He said, almost daring the soldier to open fire.

As the draconic individual approached, Astrus’s eyes moved to that individual. Recognising the Clan Ordo armour. He smirked under his helmet and straightened himself up. Still holding the soldier by the throat. “Finally someone with some semblance of authority.” He said. “One of your men insulted me, and you must understand, I cannot let that slide.”

Giving a raised brow Laphistos gaze flicked over twords the soldier then back to the man holding him by the throat " if any offense was made I am sure it was not the man's intent, surely there is a way to settle this peacefully without violence no?" Holding his hands out Laphisto slowly lowered them telling the others to put their weapons down nok verbally, his arms then pushing over his chest one hand lightly gripping his chin , his eyes flashing a blue tint, peering into the man through the force to check his alignment.

As Astrus was not sensitive in the force, he didn’t have an alignment toward light or dark. Though if he could sense emotions, he would be in for a shock.
Due to Astrus’s advanced age, he is starting to feel the effects of the psychosis that takes hold of most elderly Gen’Dai. He is still cohesive, and can function, but is quick to anger. If looking at his emotions through the force, it would be plain to see. The main emotions he would be feeling are anger at the soldier he was holding, an anger that burned hotter then most humans could comprehend with their short lifespans, a sadness or remorse at the misguided ways of the Mandalorians, excitement at the possibility of work. While there was such intense anger, it wasn’t leeching out towards anyone else. Astrus had perceived the chuckle as not taking the Mercenary seriously, and was honour bound to not let such a slight go unanswered.

When the Dragon spoke of a way to solve this without violence he smirked. To Astrus those were the words of the weak. “His intentions do not change what honour demands.” Whether or not the soldier meant to offend didn’t factor into the black and white honour code that Astrus lived by. “This man can pay, or we can duel, and settle this like our forefathers intended.”

As Laphisto reached out to feel the man through the force he shuddered lightly it wasn't very often that he found some one who was dead to the force it was like reaching into a pool and not feeling the water within, just feeling a space devoid of feeling.

Hearing the man's claim about honor and how one of his men had dishonored him, giving a light nod before looking around ", well what ever score on your honor he had made, you surely have done onto him much more. I mean after all you not only disarmed and lifted this man off the ground, Infront of his colleges, and fellow soldiers but Infront of the leader of the Lilaste order, you have stained this man's honor for the rest of his career, you have done more damage " he looked the group of soldiers over before then back to astrus

“So you are the one in charge here?” Astrus said as he dropped the man. “It is a pleasure to meet you.” He could see now why they were recruiting. He turned to the one in charge. “Quite the quaint little operation you got here.”

High Commander of the Lilaste Order
Laphisto gave a soft, firm nod towards the man, arms crossing over his chest, his eyes flicking to the soldier after they were let go, the man in question grasping at his throat as he fell to all fours before promptly being escorted/ guided away to be checked up on. His gaze flickers back to Astrus . " that would be me. The pleasure is all mine" Reaching out, Laphisto held a hand outstretched to shake his hand." we are a growing presence in this sector of space. Our goal is to eventually kick out the pirates inhabiting the nearby systems and provide stability to these lawless lands."

Zinayn, Grey Jedi, walked through the corridors of the space station. He had come to get a general feel for the new Lilaste Order. So far, it would have been a fun time (for people who liked to have fun like...normal people). Zinayn wasn't one of them. For him, feeling turmoil and emotions, usually from arguements or flat-out fights. As he strode through the corridors, he picked up his pace when he felt a mind connected to the Force.

Just as he was about to round a corner, he heard a voice. It said, "That would be me. The pleasure is all mine. We are a growing presence in this sector of space. Our goal is to eventually kick out the pirates inhabiting the nearby systems and provide stability to these lawless lands."

Intriguing. Zinayn pulled up his hood and walked around the corner, where he found a ridiculously tall Mandalorian and a draconic figure. The dragon was the source of the Force-sensitive mind.

"Greetings. I am Irizi'nay'nuru, but many cannot pronounce full Chiss names. You can call me Zinayn. I hear you want to kick out pirates in the sector. I believe I can help you with that, if you so choose."

High Commander of the Lilaste Order
with a perk of his ear laphisto turned to face the new individual, his eyes flashing a soft blue, using his force sight and peering into the stranger through the force to get a feel for their alignment. " the Lilaste order is hiring, if you wish to join our ranks as a full-fledged member or as a private contractor"

crossing his arms over his chest, laphisto let his gaze bounce from Astrus Astrus back to Zinayn Zinayn when zin introduced himself, Laphisto gave a half bow " Laphisto Div'atori Gix HIgh commander of the Lilaste order, though most have gotten used to calling me Laphisto or Laph"

“I believe working as a private contractor will be most… beneficial to me. Are there details about pay somewhere? Do you happen to know?”

Suddenly, the Chiss felt an attempt by the High Commander to read his intent and and alignment. Interesting. The draconic leader had quite a bit of control over the Force.

Zinayn concealed a smile. He would let this Laphisto read his intent. He was just here because he was bored, just another mind looking for fun… just not in the traditional way. Hunting down pirates would be his form of a good time.

almost as soon as the flash had appeared his eyes returned to their heterochromatic state, a small smile spreading along his face with a small chuckle " well how good are you in a starfighter or in ground combat? usually the pay rate is you keep what you can find or muster on the battle field, or trade it in for Lilaste order gear, bring enough items or high valuable items back and you can ear the right to use Lilaste equipment"

it wasn't the best deal exactly as most of the order's funds went into trying to keep their newfound facility up to date, with upgrades and repairs in fact the majority of its members have been coming from the nearby planets suffering from the Dusate pirates and most seemed keen on kicking them down a notch or two.

Zinayn nodded. The fun from taking down the pirates would be pay enough. "Very well. Are you after a certain group of pirates? Do you know where their main base is? I'd prefer to take them out on the ground, but I can fly a starfighter well enough. It's just the fact that I don't have a starfighter that dissuades me from that path. But I'm better off on the ground anyway."
