- Arsenian Shock Trooper Armor is built with a layer of Duramesh that contains small plates of Phrik underneath for extra protection. Phrik also makes up the shoulder guards, elbow and knee pads, and arm gauntlets. Built in to the gauntlets are both the LK-Apollo wrist mounted display and LK-Hermes communication system. The body of the armor also contains a Valkyrie-system incase of medical emergencies. The helmet is made from Phrik with an inside lining of Duramesh, the helmet also contains a Minerva-hud-system for tactical displays of the area. A small short ranged jump pack is placed on the lower back, this allows for movement in zero gravity and for clearing large gaps, descending from buildings or ascending short distances. Unlike most jump packs, these weren't designed for extended flight. Working with the jump pack is the Master-Grav 1000 boots designed to help the user obtain not only lift but give more control once off the ground. The boots also contain Magno-grip systems that help maintain stability in both zero gravity situations and on difficult surfaces.
- High resistance against energy weapons: Arsenian Shock Trooper Armor was designed to have a high resistance to energy weapons, and a combination of Duramesh and Phrik was used to accomplish this. The armor was designed to mainly deal with pirates and raiders who occasionally drift to close to Arsenea.
- Lightsaber weakness: Arsenian Shock Trooper Armor was never made with lightsaber combat in mind. Engaging in combat with anyone using a lightsaber is exceedingly rare, and therefore left out of the armors initial design.
For thousands of years the Arsenians prided themselves in their weapons and armor made from iron and bronze. Swords and spears could stopped by a well made iron curris and arrows could deflected by a sturdy bronze shield, leaving the Arsenians believing their military was suited just almost any threat. That was until they took their first steps into the galaxy at large. Then they discovered that even their strongest armor and shields could scarcely defend against simple blasters. With the need for more modern armor to defend themselves, the Arsenians needed to look beyond their planet for help. They soon recieved it from Locke and Key Mechanics who offered to design and build armor for them.
The Arsenian Shock Trooper Armor was designed to protect its wearer from high energy damage, most commonly from blaster weapons used by pirates and slavers. A multipurpose assault armor that is ready for just about any situation at a moment's notice, whether it's ambushing a slaver ship or laying siege to a pirate fortress. As capable as the armor is, its designed for smaller armies in mind and will be a rare sight in long drawn out campaigns.
