PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION

To most, Arsani Shrike appears like a near-human female entirely garbed in tan-and-red Mandalorian armor. This armor is usually cloaked with a matching, serape-like poncho. Yet, for those in her clan who have seen her, she is nonetheless Mirialan. Perculiarly, she is among the subtype of her kind that had purple-colored skin rather than a shade of green. Her eyes a sparkling shade of blue. She typically wears her dark hair in a short style to make it easier for constant helmet-wearing. If anyone were to glance at her face and body, they would notice Mirialan geometric tattoos that denote various acheivements in life.

PERSONALITY AND BELIEFS

Arsani is the embodiment of stoic resolve and deep empathy, a reflection of her Mandalorian discipline fused with her Mirialan heritage. She carries herself with a calm composure, showing resourcefulness and quick wit in the face of adversity. Introspective by nature, she often meditates on her connection to the wider universe, yet her determination is as unwavering as her sense of honor. She is driven by a strict adherence to "The Way of the Mandalore," particularly the practice of shielding her identity behind her helmet, symbolizing her commitment to the path she walks. Despite the rigid exterior, her actions are guided by a profound compassion, a duty to aid those in need, and a desire for justice and equality. This dedication to fairness is matched only by her loyalty to her family and clan, with her personal achievements perhaps marked upon her skin, telling the story of her life's journey in silent geometric patterns.

STRENGTHS

Mando Skills: Raised as a Mandalorian, Arsani is well-versed in various forms of combat, including hand-to-hand and proficiency with a range of weapons.

Compassion: Arsani’s dedication to aiding those in conflict zones reflects her compassion and commitment to helping others, making her a figure of trust and reliability.

Multilingualism: In her travels and missions, she has picked up multiple galactic languages, an asset in both bounty hunting and humanitarian missions.

WEAKNESSES

Stubbornness: A strong commitment to her values and beliefs might come off as stubbornness, making it difficult to adapt or compromise when it could be beneficial.

Dark Side Whispers: As she is untrained, and only mildly sensitive to the Force, there is a continued risk that her connection could be used for the Dark Side. Similarly, she is potentially an outburst away of awakening something deeply hidden inside of herself that could harm others.z

HISTORY

Arsani Shrike’s story begins on the fringes of the galaxy, where the violet hues of her Mirialan heritage blended with the steely resolve of Mandalorian spirit. As a foundling, Arsani was adopted by Clan Shrike, a lesser-known Mandalorian lineage that valued tenacity and resourcefulness above all. Her mothers were Zahira Shrike, a Mandalorian of Nasvalo heritage with a formidable presence and strict adherence to “The Way of the Mandalore,” and Todova, a Mirialan smuggler whose tales of narrow escapes and bold gambits became the bedtime stories that filled Arsani’s dreams with stars and adventures.

In the care of Clan Shrike, Arsani was raised with the Mandalorian ethos, trained in combat and taught to forge her path with honor. Yet, there was always a duality within her—a balance between the Mandalorian code and the innate connection to the Force that her Mirialan blood provided. This connection was never formalized into Jedi teachings, as Zahira believed deeply in the Mandalorian creed and instilled its practices in Arsani from an early age. “The Way of the Mandalore” became not just a set of rules but a rhythm to which Arsani’s life moved. She learned to never remove her helmet in the presence of others, a symbol of her commitment and a barrier to the world that kept her focused on the path laid out before her.

As Arsani grew older, her reputation as a bounty hunter began to take shape. Yet, she was not content with merely the pursuit of those with prices on their heads. Her Mirialan heritage whispered to her of a greater responsibility—to the galaxy and its denizens caught in the ceaseless churn of conflict. With the nimbleness inherited from her Mirialan side and the tactical knowledge of a Mandalorian, Arsani began to patrol the galaxy not just in pursuit of bounties but to bring aid to those in need. Her ship, a relic of a bygone era repurposed with a hold that could be filled with supplies as well as captives, has become a common sight in areas where the galaxy’s politics had failed its people.

Arsani’s dual life has not been without its challenges. There are those in the Mandalorian community who view her humanitarian missions with suspicion, and there are others in the galaxy who see her adherence to the Old Creed as archaic. Yet, in the quiet moments aboard her ship, surrounded by the hum of the engines and the silent conversations with the memories of her two mothers, Arsani finds her center. She patrols the stars, a daughter of two worlds, holding firm to the Mandalorian way, and yet always ready to extend a hand to those who reach out for help.
