DESCRIPTION

The Archean Class Star Dreadnought can trace it's roots back to the beginning of the Sith-Imperial Civil War. With the New Imperial Navy constantly gaining the upper hand over the larger, and less agile Sith-Imperial Armada, the High Command of the Sith Military agreed something needed to be done. It would be years before a blueprint would be presented, and even longer before a framework found home in orbit of Dromound Kaas.

It was to be a great workhorse, a new dreadnought that would be able to call to arms the Sith Fleet undisturbed by Comm Jammers, or other Electronic Countermeasures. It would be the greater of the Sith Dreadnoughts, capable of meeting and engaging the dreadnoughts of the New Imperial Order without delay. It would be the Archean- the beginning of the new age.

The vessel was 10,000 Meters Long, and bristled with weaponry, enough to engage a fully reinforced Battlegroup on it's lonsome. The addition of a Tezzel Screamer only added to it's impressive suite of advanced systems. The entire vessel would be completed near the end of the Civil War, never truly living up to it's purposes.

But with the emergence of a Hypergate of Flouruun, it's true purpose may only just be revealing itself.
