- Accessibility: Open to the public to come and see the creature. It is commonly regarded as a mobile port for Atrisian Navy ships to dock and houses one of their academies. With many of the changes more defensive measures have been introduced for protection and shielding.

- Description: Built into the shell of a massive creature, there is not much known about it. Little aside from it had previously one had been caught and used to hold a crime lords palace. The living creature it fitted with a control collar to keep it from leaving the system. A transparasteel dome over the academy itself and hanger bays where ships can come in. The Jishi era and many of the changes across the system have seen the massive creature finding more use from ferrying supplies en mass to being a place for meetings with other colonies or governments to show why Atrissia is impressive. the creature is fed and content with scientists monitoring and checking its health daily and almost around the clock.
Naval Academy: One of several built for the Atrisian Navy, Ao'Tuin Academy serves as a special one aquanting its students with the idea of xenostudies b literally being on the back of such a space borne creature.

- Standard shielding and anti fighter cannons for minor protection. The main defense of the academy and port is that it is mobile and a living creature that can move away from danger and flies around the system being able to relocate.
There is not much known about the species... less then even presented aside from a legend abouta team of bounty hunters who captured an infant for a crime lord who when it was old enough and large enough built upon it a palace. The atrisians came across one while working to recover after the fall of the first order. The creature that didn't have much of a name was classified as something that stayed in thee depths of interstellar space between systems where others wouldn't be able to see it often as it was the best guess.
The creature though proved a stroke of luck for the scientists and its carapace shell meant they could construct without harming the creature. Construction of a sealed dome that would work with containment shielding in case and a neural collar to function for the boundaries of the atrisian system. Deterring the creature from leaving the system but allowing it the freedom to fly around. With the construction completed the function was first proposed as a sort of palace for the Emperor and Empress but that was a dangerous notion. Easier to use it for the Navy so they could be in space and use is more as a unique setting.
The Jishi era and many of the changes that have been brought about to Atrisia and its home system have seen Ao'tuin change.. the creature is a mixture of tourists attraction as there is not one that has been seen before, military complex for the newest and highest standards of Atrisia education... as well as neutral ground in some cases for visiting diplomats who the emperor and empress want to impress by showing they have managed to for lack of anything major domesticate a space bourne creature that is of this size. The terraforming of the planets in the system allow it to go from world to world bringing the massive equipment and even more supplies.
