While the Padawan didn't have a much-needed keycode, he did have a key. Of sorts. Shifting the sling around so the blaster rested against his back, Audren's right hand came up with a lightsaber. 'Thinks he's a Jedi', bah. Three steps took him to the door, and a single stab sent the blade through the metal. What should have cut like butter cut slowly and required more focus. Of course they put a security door where he was trying to get out of. No matter, it wasn't one designed to stop Jedi.

As the saber blade moved through the metal, the Sephi started thinking. Once he got out, what would the best place be for him to go? No doubt there were others working on the stronghold, he couldn't be the only one who thought it would be a good starting place. So...security station or generators? With the security station he could shut off the alarms and end the lockdown, making it far simpler for his colleagues to get inside. Generators would also shut down the alarms but would also leave the doors shut. Thus a potential stampede and overwhelming pirate activity or a bit of elbow grease - or magic keys like the one he was using and going room-by-room. Well, patience was a virtue.

But that still left half a door to cut through.

Abruptly, the door slid back into the wall. Audren glanced at it in surprise, since there was still a solid bottom third of the door to cut, but that glance took in the severed latch. Of course, they'd used toughened durasteel but skimped on the locking portion. Should have figured. What he had counted on was the armed pirates outside the room. They'd known he was coming - a glowing blade sticking out of a door was somewhat of a giveaway - but they still seemed surprised at his appearance. With a grin, he raised the crimson blade up as if to strike. Three of the five ran at that point, one of the remaining froze while the other actually managed to pull the trigger. He did swing his blade, but swung it to intercept the bolt. By pure chance, the bolt ricocheted off the ground and into the pirate's shin; a return stroke split the blaster into two glowing halves. The frozen pirate had seen enough, he dropped his blaster and held his hands up in surrender.

The Jedi walked past without another glance, though he did pay attention to the men's Force signatures. They didn't move much. Map. He needed a map. Should have pulled one up in the control center while he was there, but too late for that now. Instead, he stopped at one of the terminals and typed in the query. Some lockdown...whoever had used the terminal last hadn't locked it, and the query went right through. A turn here and there, down three levels, and another couple twists and he would be at the generator. Putting a superheated plasma blade through it would probably be a bad idea, but he'd figure that part out when he got there.

"Sulun Law Enforcement, eh?" Micah would muse aloud, humor in his voice. That black tinted visor would dart over towards the direction Alex was stealthily floating.

"Which would mean Galactic Alliance..." oh he was smug about that. Real smug. One would say that the man could very well be deceitful and lie, but with Micah's Lorrdian upbringing, he read no deception along Gabriel's body language. He spoke the truth. The small hovering droid would appear the next few seconds, and if anything, the way that it would give a slight dip and zoom of its ocular device would suggest it wasn't too pleased at losing the bet.

[ You won this round. ] Short, quick, and to the point.

"Oh, I have..." Micah chuckled out, returning his attention back to the Sulun Law Enforcement Officer. "Don't mind Alex, she just lost our wager." he would explain, giving context towards the light-hearted man's attitude and that with the hovering droid. Pushing himself up and off the wall, the Talith gave a lazy swagger forward.

"Name's Micah," he introduced himself, and had the faceplate of the helm been drawn back, his typical crooked grin would split his face in two. A phrik gauntleted hand extended in greeting. "Micah Talith. Wanderer, explorer... annoyer of older sisters and a dabbler in artifact hunting." which explained why he was here wandering around looking for pirate booty.

A nod would gesture up to his ride.

"I could help you if you like?" he offered.

"Aye, Galactic Alliance is where I call home..." Was it? His heart held for their benefit, but he had never truly felt integrated into the faction. As if an outside force that remained tethered to numerous proponents of the group, he failed to appreciate any form of assimilation.

He stopped in his march out, taking the mans hand in his own. "Talith? That's an old name." He knew of Aela, in the Galactic Alliance as a member of the New Jedi Order, though he had never worked with the woman. She was an enigma to him, one that he made no attempts at fixing, never given appropriate opportunity. "A pleasure to meet you, Micah...annoyer of older sisters and dabbler in artifact hunting." He spoke with a warm smile, not entirely sure if the man could actually help him. Though the fact that he held passions towards artifacts meant that they carried similar interests, though Gabriel would linger in the crafting instead of hunting. Rolling the idea around, he squinted with a nod.

"My enforcer is over the cache right now, lifting it out of here." He waved him on to follow him back through the penitentiary turned catacombs. "I can only assume that by sister, you mean Aela. I've never worked with her but I've heard good things. Work preceding my interaction in the Alliance." He turned towards the young male and smirked. "Do your interests in artifacts linger simply at the obtainment of them?"

It was a dance, a grand one at that. She was not disappointed in her partner, his insistence on the blaster being a rather quaint trait for one who could absorb her power and carried an unused hilt at his side. She did not think on it though, he was firing rapidly at her and it had been a while since she had a proper workout in her chosen saber form so she allowed the dark pull of the Force guide her. The silver streak of her saber in her left hand blocked another shot at the knee, but the shot at her shoulder missed as she leaned wide, sinking lower to the ground, but not retreating from his advance.

In fact, the right hand curled behind her a moment in order to pluck the black hilt of her red saber off her belt. The better to slice off his arms with. The red blade cast a murderous pallor over her armor, reflecting the light and making the red lenses of her helmet glow even brighter.

Micah gave a grin under his visor, and that helm would reflect a rather cheerful demeanor as he gave a roll of his shoulders. "A little bit of dabbling in the obtainment." he would say, saying in amused candor, sauntering his way closer as that metallic voice modular would continue on.

"A bit of researching." he came to a stop about a meter from the brawn of the male. Huh, big one isn't he? Reminded him of his uncle. All muscle and power. It also made him wince at the remembrance of training with that body in saber fighting. Yeah, some of those blows had hurt.

"Some tinkering." Alex drifted on over to hover by his shoulder. She still zoomed in and out on Gabriel's face, taking images. The roar of the overhead 'pick-up' now would drown out his words, so he began to shout.

"Guess your ride's here!"
