Addition to NPC Template

[Valiens Nantaris]

This has been added to the Development Thread field for NPCs:

Development Threads: [Please link to threads where this character has played a role. Not mandatory, but helpful, especially when powerful or skilled NPCs are involved. Master level NPCs will require at least one development thread, the length dependent on their powers and skills.]

NPCs are there to provide lore and flavour to RPs, not to provide a cheap means of training you in Force Storm, Battle Meditation or other rare powers.

This takes effect immediately and applies to any NPCs currently under judgement.

If you feel your submission does not warrant the need for a dev thread you may explain your reason why at the time, but you may be told to do a dev thread anyway, at the judge's discretion.

And the latter is fine...in moderation. You're not going to make master using your pet NPC.
