Populate Acta Non Verba- The Rimward Trade League Populate of Seswenna vs Final Dawn

SESWENNA MILITARY SHIPYARDS

When the League was a fledgling power in the Outer Rim and the galaxy wracked by the titanic struggle of the Second Great Hyperspace War, they offered a deal to one of the warlords of the Brotherhood of the Maw- the neo-imperial Final Dawn. Chair of the Council Mya Jesel met personally with one of the Final Dawn's top leaders. The deal was simple: leave the Outer Rim and the League would withdraw the letters of marque and reprisal.

The Final Dawn refused the deal and fortified their holdings in the Outer Rim- especially around the shipyard in orbit above Seswenna. The League bided their time- shrugging off the insult of its continued presence in light of more pressing matters. They bided their time and waited for the moment to strike when it would not risk the civilians of Seswenna. They were of the utmost importance. Following up on a promise would never be worth innocent blood.

But the League is now ready. Seswenna is now ready. Warships have been sent by the smuggler's runs and shadowports to O'reen- to strike at the heart of the Final Dawn, at least that's the rumors spread amongst the Underworld who would sell that information for a profit and to those whose loyalties are thought to lean towards the Empire. The League wants the Final Dawn to know: their time is over not just in the Outer Rim, but across the galaxy.

But it's a feint. The true strike will be at the shipyards of Seswenna with the sole intention of bringing that message home.
Thie shipyards will be destroyed.
The ships will be destroyed.

The shipyards are heavily guarded by fortress stations and a defense fleet that typically numbers above thirty capital ships. Breaking through the fleet and destroying the shipyards will be no easy task. It will be a concentrated fleet assault- mustering forces from all the League systems, military contractors, privateers, and volunteers waiting to strike back against the Brotherhood of the Maw.

Shipyards do not fall easily, even under the assault of a massed fleet. But from within, they are far more vulnerable. The Suarbi Sovereign System Republic's Mobile Infantry Corps have been called into action for a mass boarding operation to seize the ships and external docking bays of the shipyard, shut down production, and destroy the power conduits- aided again by private contractors, ORION special forces, Underground volunteers, and commando teams from the Chiss Semi-Autonomous Dominion within the Suarbi system. It will be a mass assault of a size not seen since the battle of Sisio between the Outer Planets Alliance and the Sith. The dangers are high. The chances of success are slim.
But the mission will be accomplished.

The League Council made it clear. They would not risk the lives of the people of Seswenna. That is an oath they have staked their honor, their reputation, and their entire legacy on. And so plans have been made, been scrapped, readjusted- and finally, one is in motion. The smugglers and merchants who could be trusted were hired by numerous companies to smuggle air defense weapons and defensive emplacements into Seswenna, piece by piece. At the same time, Underground partisans, ORION operatives, and Outer Rim Development Corps engineers assembled them covertly and ready to bring to action as soon as the strike behind. The League is well aware of the ruthlessness of the Final Dawn- from their role in the destruction of Csilla to the massacres of Xa Fel. They do not intend to let that happen on Seswenna. League personnel - from the Underground, ORION, and Civil Defense Strategic Command- have volunteered to be the shield against which Final Dawn retaliation will fall. This, they, too, have sworn.

I've got a ship that is going to drive the gunners crazy on objective 1. Also friendlies, but don't worry, the Drunken Corellian Jedi Ace will be making sure he doesn't hit you...at least not with his ship. It's far too shiny to risk scratching it by hitting friendlies.
