    DARKNESS ERA
    (770 ABY - 816 ABY)

During the Four Hundred Year Darkness, a child by the name of Wy'lad of Naboo is born. As an infant, he is taken by the Jedi Order of Coruscant and raised as one of their own. By 789 ABY, Wy'lad grows to a full-fledge Jedi Knight and ventures the Galaxy to root out Darkness. His travels result in a crash-landing on an uncharted world, Morje, populated by the Kraljica. Wy'lad is rescued by Vetka of Clan Denko and, by 790 ABY, they are wed. Their union brings the first Human-Kraljica hybrid into the world: Radia Denko. Unfortunately, Radia is unable to live under the seas with his mother. Heartbroken, they decide it is best for Wy'lad to return to the Jedi with their son. The pair depart in 791 ABY.

In 810 ABY, Radia followed in his father's footsteps and became a full Jedi Knight after a padawanship under Wy'lad. He is a fervent swordsman with a very aggressive disposition. This results in the unfortunate slaying of Radia's padawan during a training session. Radia departs the Order to avert consequence, settling on Nar Shaddaa. Wy'lad, blaming himself, retires from the Order and returns to Naboo. By the time of 811 ABY, Radia begins a family with an adult entertainer named Passion. Meanwhile, Wy'lad discovers a plot by his own kin to kill the reigning monarch of Naboo via poisoned wine. So begins the Skywind Reserve Affair.

By 814 ABY, Wy'lad has the orchestrators of the crisis and their collaborators arrested. He weds the heiress of the co-conspirators' family, unifying their holdings under one banner. They call the new entity House Denko, which is both a secret homage to Wy'lad's first love and a means of distancing themselves from their sullied family names.

In 816 ABY, Abel Denko is born to Radia and Passion. He is the second son born to the small, impoverished family.

    MOBILIZATION ERA
    (817 ABY - 835 ABY)

Abel's upbringing, initially, is especially harsh. As a fallen Jedi, Radia makes ends meet through mercenary work for the cartels. Passion continues her trade as an adult entertainer - earning Abel the moniker whoreson by his peers. Home life was difficult as well, for Radia drowned his woes in alcohol. Over time, however, change came to the family as Radia gradually accepted his circumstances. He began to tutor his sons in the Force and, though their finances remained the same, the family found happiness in one another. It was in 831 ABY that this happiness came to a sudden end.

Entertaining a client took a violent turn for Passion, which ultimately claimed her life. Radia, immediately found the man responsible and ran him through - not realizing that he was an enforcer for the local Hutt cartels. Radia was hunted down and executed in the alleys, leaving the Denko siblings orphaned. For the next five years, the siblings relied on the eldest, Josiah, to make ends meet. Yet, in 835 ABY, he departed Nar Shaddaa in order to join the Jedi Order. Abel stepped up and decided to join the Black Suns as an Enforcer. In doing so, he was able to provide for the siblings Josiah had left behind.

By this time, House Denko of Naboo had become a true noble family, known for the best wines in the region.

    EMERGENCE ERA
    (836 ABY - 843 ABY)

For nearly seven years, Abel worked as an Enforcer for the Black Sun. During this time, his sense of morality was smothered underneath an ocean of murder and narcotics. He killed to eat. He smuggled to make ends meet. With each passing year, Abel also grows resentful towards his elder sibling for abandoning them. Change finally came for him when the Galactic Republic and Confederacy of Independent Systems waged war against the Black Sun. Fearing that the end was certain, Abel smuggled his remaining siblings to safety and personally defected from the organization by 842 ABY.

In the same year, fortune would have it that his post-defection wanderings took him to Naboo, where he came under the tutelage of Serian Loria. During that time, he began a relationship with a Mandalorian colleague from his Suns days: Isabet Kote. The reside peacefully on Serian's lakeside estate, where Abel dives into his training. It was Serian's lessons which allowed him to let go of his animosity and to embrace his heritage as a Jedi.

    NETHERWORLD & WARRING ERAS
    (844 ABY - 859 ABY)

When the Netherworld Crisis occurs in 844 ABY, Abel awakens in the Blood Wastes. It is by pure happenstance that he manages to escape the Netherworld and return to Naboo. The experience leaves him forever wary of the other side and fearful of any who tamper with it, such as Witches. For the next several years, Abel and Isabet spend their days taking up mercenary work in the region. In 851 ABY, this culminates in formal contracts with the second Confederacy that arises in the Southern Systems. By 856 ABY, their relationship is strained when Abel passionately advises against her returning home to Mandalore. However, Isabet departs against his wishes following the Red Coronation. This was the last time that they spoke.

By 858 ABY, Abel encounters his eldest brother within the Confederacy's Knights Obsidian. They reconcile and he joins the Order at his behest. He then discovers a bottle of House Denko wine and makes a journey to meet his paternal grandfather. After sharing their stories and reuniting, the aging Wy'lad names Abel successor of the House.

    PRESENT ERA
    (860 ABY - Present)

In the modern era, Abel's succession to Lord of House Denko has been complete. He currently serves as a full-fledged Obsidian Knight and mentor to Fauvel Astier.
