A Place to Drink, and be Merry [Iron Empire Gala](Invitation Required)

"I have you to constrain me..." He mused outwardly, glancing to [member="Lady Kay"] with a faint smirk, clear jest in his eyes though in truth he was glad to be there with her. This was a chance for the two of them to take their time out and spend some of it in leisure unlike the last few days they had shared. Voss had been a complete shambles and their recent exploits in terms of delegating with their neighboring worlds had taken much of the pairs strength and focus from them. Here, there was a completely different air about their environment, one not of politics but of invitation in which they'd been personally requested. It was always a welcome change to be wanted, that their company was in positive light with others meant that they were obviously doing well for themselves at least as far as public opinion ran.

[member="Atheus"] soon approached them to which Veiere bowed his head in acknowledgement of their host and friend. "We're honored to be here" He replied, waving off the mans appreciation with dismissive gesture. Safe Haven was not an act of generosity but steps taken out of the good of the people there. He could appreciate the need to respect them for their play in it all though it truly wasn't required of him and tilting his head with a faint smile, he glanced to the others of whom very few he recognized. [member="Théodred Heavenshield"] however he was well acquainted with and in spotting the younger man, Veiere's expression lightened at the showing of his old friend, truly glad to see that the lad was doing well for himself and dare he say it, appearing stronger in presence than he had the last they had met.

"Commenor should thank you, my friend, not the other way around. The support that our small Order is gaining is heart warming...-I wasn't sure word would get around as quickly as it has but over the past weeks, we've gained in numbers and the ability to better support trade between us..." He turned to glance to Kay, uncertain of their political ties to the Iron Empire, or at-least the explicit details within them.

Party time.

Well, maybe not so much in the traditional sense of the term. After all, the term 'gala' brought to mind much higher levels of formality than the word 'party'. Neither was really Audren's preferred social gathering, and were he the same person who had left Cholganna years ago he wouldn't have been found dead in either. Since becoming a Jedi, and especially since becoming a business owner, he'd learned how to move in widely varied environments.

The Iron Empire was hosting this particular gathering. As allies of the Empire any members of the Silver Jedi were welcome to attend, the only drawback was distance. As someone who routinely traveled to the other side of the galaxy and back, as well as to planets in the Core and back, the distance was not unreasonable. He wasn't quite sure how many others would be attending however, hadn't coordinated with the others. If others chose to pass it was their loss; the place was well-organized and stocked, and the company seemed agreeable thus far.

Everyone present was wearing some modicum of formal wear. Dresses, suits, and military dress uniforms abounded. Less common but still visibly present were those wearing robes, by and large much nicer than the typical Jedi robes. The Sephi fell into that category. His robes were much finer than anything else he wore. Even not counting the less-than-practical cloak, there was no way the clothing would serve much purpose in a fight other than covering his skin. In all honesty, he'd had very little say in the matter. His cousin had picked out the fabrics, designs, and arrangements; she'd said something about the clothes reflecting his position. It could have been worse, he'd managed to talk her down from what she'd originally planned. If he wasn't careful, she'd end up owning Ceredir instead of him, and he wouldn't even know until it was too late.

It was slightly discomforting for the Jedi to not be carrying a weapon, but the invitation had been clear. Even lightsabers were not being permitted in the festivities, much less sidearms and knives. He would need to rely on his fists and the Force, which normally would not be an issue. However, there were a large number of Force users here, widely ranging in skill levels from just his cursory examination. Fortunately, there were several present that he recognized and believed he could count on to back him up in the off chance things went awry. The Lady Kay he faintly remembered from some adventures several years ago, and Veiere he'd seen in the midst of several Silver Jedi encounters. Bato Golden, the actor he'd met briefly while working with Monica on the Gnost Dural. Theo and Nina Heavenshield were both present, and he was suddenly struck by how much older they were than the first time he'd seen them. Humans grew so quickly...before long they'd appear older than he. A shame really.

Audren had caught the tail end of the welcome speech and had snagged himself a drink before mentally taking a bracing breath and heading into the gathering at large.

Nina did not need to search for company long, for it rather found her. Suddenly she found herself in the company of two gentlemen, both of which she had never seen or heard of before. Time to make friends!

"Um... hello," she greeted the first to speak, a dark-haired man who clearly had too much time to perfect his smile in front of the mirror. "I only just got here a minute ago, so I'm afraid I've yet to enjoy myself," she replied politely, her mouth unmoving yet her voice streamed forth through the device around her neck, allowing her to quite literally voice her conscious thoughts. It did allow Nina to offer him a kind smile while speaking, which is more than most other were capable of.

The next moment the other man greeted the two, posing a rather direct question which immediately had her recoil with eyes wide open. "W-what? No! Not!" Her first instinct was to slither away and get lost in the crowd to avoid the embarrassment, but then she did something she couldn't help but do. She laughed. Or rather, her thoughts issued forth a laugh while her mouth merely became a wide grin. It was not a laugh aimed at anyone, but rather intended to diffuse the awkward situation for everyone.

Nina quickly grabbed a glass filled with... something and took a sip. "No, good sir, we are not. This man was just asking me if I was enjoying myself, and now I can say for certain that I am, thanks to both of you." Whatever the drink was, it wasn't too bad. Not too strong an alcohol to put someone on their back after just one sip, at the very least. She decided not to test her luck, though, and refrained from taking another sip for the time being.

"I'm Nina," she finally introduced herself to the two gentlemen, shaking their hands one at a time. "Nina Heavenshield of the Silver Jedi Order."

Lady Kay seemed to smile a little as I drew close. If it was because of my lack of a mask, or if it was because her husband was being a little dense or made something funny towards her, I didn't know. However, She did thank me for giving her a chance to do something not quite so pressing. Battle always seemed to do that. While I myself loved the thrill of battle and facing your foes and testing yourself, I also understood that there was a grace outside of battle. I would enjoy it while I could.

Veiere then spoke up. Saying that it was not them to be thanked, but I who should deserve the thanks, and continued to speak that the connection between the Commenor people, as well as the Iron Empire was growing. We were friendly towards one another, but had no official ties. I felt bad for not setting them up, but I was, at the moment, not in the position to be making those kinds of decisions. Maybe with this aid that I was giving them of my own accord, and having them return to the Iron Empire, it could look good on me, and get me back on the good side of the Baelor Family.

"Sadly, I can't make that happen. I have no position to make such things happen. However, I am doing what I can to push it that way. If I had that power, I would have made it a reality long before I aided with the Knights of Commenor."

Taking that in mind, A waiter walked around allowing people to take glasses of very fine wine from his little plate. I reached out and stopped the man gently before taking three of them. My large hands being well able to hold them all, I passed one to Lady Kay first, and then to Veiere.

"I wish I could do more, but with my past actions, I can't and likely won't be able to take part in those talks. I will push for it though. Sadly, as host, I need to see myself around and make sure to greet everybody here. Enjoy yourselves."

I took that moment to take a sip of the wine and send a nod towards either of their directions.

"I am glad I got to meet you officially instead on some backwater planet Veiere. I will see the both of you later."

Taking the glass with me, I headed away from the both of them. Fully intent on meeting others, and trying to see if anyone else needed a warm welcome from a "soldier with no heart."

Kay-Larr

Sphaera Tea Company Owner
[member="Atheus"] had first come to Commenor to check the planet out, as well as herself, and to be sure that it would be right for the Iron Empire to ally itself with. But things took a slightly different turn. Kay hadn't expected to reveal some of her secrets to Atheus, but she did. And she was the better for it.

Kay took the wine and had a small sip. Wine wasn't really to her taste, but she took it anyways, out of politeness. "Enjoy your evening, Atheus. I'm sure that we'll bump into eachother again before the night is through."

She watched him go and then turned her attention to the rest of the guests. She recognized no one except [member="Audren Sykes"] . Or at least she thought that was him. Kay had worked with him before, but the details were hazy. She blamed her swiss cheese memory for that. Some day, she'll get it all back.

Her focus then turned to [member="Veiere Arenais"] . Whether or not he knew anyone else here, she wasn't sure. "I'm so used to always being a politician that I'm unsure of what to do with myself here. We could dance, however I should warn you, I may step on your toes..." Given that she didn't drink often, it probably wouldn't take much for her to start to feel a bit tipsy. Fortunately she was only going to take tiny sips in between long periods of time.

RIP Carlyle Rausgeber

"It's all been bloody marvellous..."
If there was one thing missing from any ball or gathering, it was some Dosuunian class. And that was what Admiral Carlyle Rausgeber hoped to bring to the Iron Empire. The cabal of One Sith remnant had remained largely beneath Sieger Ren's notice. However, given the whole Galaxy seemed to be at war with the First Order, perhaps trying to make contacts within smaller galactic powers would probably not be that bad of an idea. Fully disarmed, Rausgeber personally felt a little naked without his usual compliment of FOSB Shadowtroopers, he still had the company of the enigmatic Jacques. Although his official cover was that he sat as a diplomatic attache, Rausgeber knew the truth. He was one of Supreme Leader's disciples.

Carlyle was somewhat disgruntled with the choice of escort. The admiral felt uncomfortable with force users, and his previous encounters with other Ren meant that that he felt a certain level of animosity. Though, Carlyle would not let that show, even if it showed in his body language and thoughts. Stepping off the upsilon-class shuttle ramp, the admiral eyed the locale for the ball. "Impressive," Carlyle remarked, "Most impressive." Carlyle mused to the Ren. Much like those inside, Carlyle had opted for military uniform. Rather than the ostentatious uniform dedcated to the legendary Orson Krennic, Carlyle opted for the conservative officers tunic and accompanying greatcoat. Adorning his greying hairs, sat an officers cap and finally the Iron Sun, First Class awarded for his action on Kaeshana on his left lapel.

The admiral watched as security personnel began to scan the shuttle, and run through, securing it of any weapons. Carlyle wasn't too concerned with Jacques' welfare, as he went through his own checks. With the Iron Empire's security satisfied, Carlyle entered the grand ballroom, with his leather boots clicking on the floor. "Well, well, well..." Carlyle mused aloud, watching the groups socialising. He began by approaching a trio, Nina Heavenshield and the two gentlemen with her. "Good evening," The admiral politely began, "I hope I am not too tardy," Carlyle continued a wry smile pursing his lips, "I am Carlyle, Carlyle Rausgeber."

"Just making a joke." Savitor said unable to withhold a grin from [member="Nina Heavenshield"]'s reaction, "Its a pleasure to meet you." He was about to introduce himself when [member="Carlyle Rausgeber"] walked up and introduced himself. "Not too late at all, we were just starting to talk. I'm Savitor Draay of both the Mando'ade and The Iron Empire, besides that I'm the owner of Vanguard Industries and Shatterwolf Workshop. If you ever need a custom ship or alchemised item, I would be more than happy to provide it. " Savitor said, "You, Carlyle seem to be an Imperial. Are you part of the Third Empire or the First Order?" He asked.

Painfully aware of what a fool she must have made of herself, Aster's face flushed as Theo answered her question. Though she did not vocalize it, she had greatly appreciated the young man's lack of reaction to her display of awkwardness. "That is good to hear," she replied with faked confidence as her heart beat at an unsteady pace.

Having fond memories of her time at the Academy, a genuine smile replaced her practiced one. "The Jedi were very pleasant. Everyone at the Academy were so lovely and I have learned quite a bit from the time I had the privilege to spend there," her eyes beamed brightly as she spoke. However, this expression would soon disappear when she recalled the Sith's attack on Voss - the event that had forced her departure.

Regretful that she had been unable to help during the incident, Aster bowed her head as she spoke with a sad expression. "I am sorry that I was unable to assist during the assault on Voss." While she had understood why her security detail forced her return, and that she would have been more of a liability than an asset on the frontline, she was still disappointed in her lack participation during the incident.

Aster smiled bittersweetly at the mention of her uncle. "I had not had the chance to meet with the Emperor since my return save for the few brief greetings we exchanged as we passed one another in the hallways of the House Palace," she replied as he guided her to the center of the room. "A drink would be lovely," Aster smiled at Theo's offer.

Poised for a retort by the Echoes, Talos gave a look like..."Go on...I dare you."

In kind, he got exactly that. A daring Echo broke free from his body and began dancing about chanting something in another language. Talos looked on, his mouth agape and his eyes intense. He was losing control over the Echoes. The wine must've been stronger than he thought, or that it was his first drink in a decade, so he was a lightweight now. More Echoes began emerging. Causing mischief around a Talos. They were tossing napkins in the air, sword fighting with butter knives and spoons. A few grabbed his staff and began dancing with it.

The image to any who'd notice, would be a Cloaked figure fighting with floating utensils and dish ware. His expression resembling a lone parent at dinner with misbehaving children. Upon closer inspection, any FU could see the Echoes causing the mayhem. After a moment or two, Talos would resign himself to his seat and let the children play. Downing the last of his drink, he folded his arms and avoided eye contact with anyone else.

0772 stood at ease, arms neatly clasped behind his back. The flowing black with red trim robes of an advisor felt foreign, but not damningly constricting. He wore no ranks or honors- his actions had not merited any decorations.

His only credit was an FOSB recommendation to [member="Carlyle Rausgeber"], that he was capable and an asset. The registered Force Adept knew, and could feel, a certain degree of mistrust from the man. He would not disturb his mind, or take any action that might decrease the tenuous respect that existed there.

Instead, he allowed his mind to flow outward, open. He sought thoughts of hostility, anything that might threaten the Admiral's life, or the First Order itself.

There was often little love lost, where other galactic powers were concerned. 0772 remained aware of those both immediate and afar, and his ruby eyes flicked to [member="Savitor Draay"] when he engaged in conversation with the diplomatic envoy.

If any secrets of state might leak from the thoughts of dignataries here, well...

FOSB had chosen 0772 for a reason.

Well then. Bato chuckled to himself. Considering his conversational partners didn't know who he was, it was a pleasant surprise to suddenly be so popular. And one of them was apparently a master ventriloquist, which was even more interesting then the military guy or the arms manufacturer. That was worth some investigation.

Bato nodded to himself while everyone introduced themselves. "Nina, Savitor, Carlyle. Got it, I think," he said. "I'm Bato Golden, and it's great to meet you all. I'm really bad with names, so correct me if I mess up, alright?"

"So, Nina," Bato started, "How did you do that whole speaking without moving your mouth thing? Is that a Jedi trick or something?"

Adron looked stunning in his regal attire, and Emeline made a note of what the count was wearing. It was slightly ironic they would be going to the ball dressed as they were, her with white and him with black. It was not done that way on purpose, but it definitely seemed as so. Happy to see Adron here, she listened intently to him before replying.

"I can imagine watching me be bored to death would be bad for you. I humbly accept your escort." There were not too many days or times this galaxy was this kind to Emeline. It usually reveled in chaos and death. This would hopefully be a good night. Emeline needed a night like this, that was for sure. Clasping his arm in hers, her face lit up in smiles and joy.

[member="Adron Malvern"]

More strangers joined in the socialising, although said newcomers to the open conversation had Nina's smile somewhat diminished. The man who introduced himself as Carlyle wore the distinguishable uniform of the First Order, officer's cap and all. She had heard all about them and their alarming growth on the opposite end of the galaxy, as well as their constant headbutting with the Galactic Alliance. Their war may be one fought far away, but the Silvers had a lasting friendship with the Alliance and so her usually sunny outward appearance was replaced with one far more cautious and reserved, with her back straight and head held high.

Still, she would not be the guilty party should someone start anything.

"Admiral," she greeted the man in a far more professional manner, offering him a nod of her head. "You have certainly travelled a long way to attend this gala. I have not seen any other representatives of the First Order, save yourself and your... friend here." The person shadowing the Admiral struck her as a strange one. Quiet, by the looks of it. Her eyes lingered with the two newcomers before returning to the question posed by [member="Bato Golden"].

"I have been mute all my life - a defect of mine since birth. Up until recently I have been forced to resort to telepathy to communicate with people, but I did not enjoy having to invade people's minds just to get my point across. So I developed this," she pulled away her long white hair to show him the device placed around her neck like a collar or choker, "which picks up my thoughts and turns them into words. My words." It felt good, being able to answer people's questions for once in her life.

"No Jedi tricks involved, Mr. Golden. And if there were, you still would not know it," she added with a wink and a smirk.

[member="Carlyle Rausgeber"] | [member="Jacques"] | [member="Savitor Draay"]

The Silver Jedi Order and it's members had been invited to this gala from the Iron Empire. While he'd allowed himself to tone down his previously incredibly reckless, dangerous, flat out unhealthy workaholic of a mission schedule, even as a husband and father, Josh just wasn't the type of man to let that go. If he had to relax his schedule in some ways to take care of his body.. He would make up for it in other ways. The Jedi Master, even at the age of 28, was just far too stubborn and set in his workaholic ways to do it any other way.

Were [member="Shmi Labooda"] available to go with him, he would arrive arm in arm with his wife, and his free hand holding the hand of a child who looked to be about a year and a half to two years old. If not (Leaving this up to Shmi) then it would just be him and the boy, either way as a representative of the Silvers. He wore a simple suit, nothing too fancy, nothing too casual. He just never was the formal type, but he did recognize when it was important. It had been several years since he had seen any of these people, if there were any here he'd met at all... He had been quiet, reserved and generally kept to himself and pulled missions alone. That had begun to change as of late as he had begun to be more visible to the Silver Jedi due to his efforts to make up for the schedule shift. But the fact is... Would anyone he knew here even recognize him?

He didn't look that much older. An interesting feature about him... But jokes about him always looking young were normal to him by now. His hair had grown long and fell to behind his shoulders. But those eyes were as brimming brown as the day he'd become a Knight. He noted the presence of Lady Kay, who seemed to have a man on her arm... And he couldn't help but laugh a little bit aloud. She had claimed this would never come to pass... He had spoke to the contrary.

Look who was right after all, huh?

He recognized a few of the Heavenshields from passing, but he had never really spoken to any of them before... Honestly, he didn't know if he really recognized anyone besides [member="Lady Kay"].

Man, now he felt socially awkward. Even at his age!

Jason, who had his father's blonde hair and the brown eyes of both his parents, would shy behind the leg of his father at all the people. Josh would smile a bit as he would kneel down to place a hand on the child's head. "Don't worry, Jason... Everyone here is friendly, I'm sure. If you get scared, just stick with daddy."

Lack of communication with people meant that finding a babysitter wasn't the easiest thing.

He would decide to walk toward Lady Kay, and place a hand on her shoulder with a small smile.

"Well, here's someone I haven't seen in a few years" He would greet Kay with a cheeky grin. He hadn't seen Kay since the day they'd spoken about his brother... Fact is, they'd both been busy these last few years.

"Lady Kay, how have you been? You can't tell me you've forgotten your best friend already when it's only been a few years, have you?" The Jedi Master would joke.

After Savitor heard what Nina said he frowned for a second before returning a more pleasent expression to his face. The First Order killing countless in their war with the Galactic Alliance tearing so many families apart, at least Savitor could respect the Empire, they hadn't commited any atrocities such as full scale war, at east yet. But the First Order was vile in his eyes, he would give the man a chance, but only one. "That is an interesting device Nina, I've never seen anything like it before, where did you get it from?" He asked, perhaps it would have been better to learn more about the Force before coming here, his skills were meager and he had no normal weapons which he could use, they had had to have been left behind according to the ruless of the party.

RIP Carlyle Rausgeber

"It's all been bloody marvellous..."
Carlyle listened to the one named Savitor, and curtly nodded, "Yes, yes I am in fact an admiral of the First Order." Replied with a small chuckle, "The pleasure is all mine Mister Draay, allow me to assure you." Carlyle added with a smile pursing his lips. The admiral glanced around the expansive room, and gestured over a waiter, whom he took a champagne flute off of. He took a sip, and waved away Bato Golden's concerns regarding him forgetting names.

"Please Mister Golden, have no fear." Carlyle announced with a chuckle, "I too am poor with names." He admitted, before taking another sip from the crystalline flute. "This is quite exquisite stuff," The Admiral mused to the others, "I think I will have to return to Dosuun with a bottle or two." He added, keeping eye contact with the others in the conversation.

"Apologies," Carlyle began with a warm chuckle, he could sense the hostility in her tone and posture. Was she some kind of Alliance guest? A noble perhaps from Naboo? "I forgot to introduce you all," He gestured to the ghost shadowing him, he would not let her hostility ruin his chances of gaining contacts. Already he had the names of a shipwright he could contact. "This is Jacques Quartermaine," Carlyle began, he gestured to the lithe Knight of Ren. "He is my diplomatic attache." he paused, it was now time to humiliate the Ren, "A good and honest lad. Who unfortunately with no experience in this environment of culture, dance and, if I may," He paused and grinned, "The ways of women."

The admiral paused and listened to the one they called Nina continue to talk of the Jedi arts, and basic trickery. He straightened his posture, Jedi scum. He hadn't ever personally dealt with a Jedi. But she wasn't what he imagined. Dainty, well dressed, and even somewhat polite. He still wore the smile he had all evening, only know there was some grimace in his eyes as they laid themselves over the spawn of Coci. He did however concur, "I agree with Mister Draay here. As a man who has not been gifted with the force, your tale sounds miraculous."

Jacques was his codename- the thing that they gave him to serve in place of his designation, especially in situations like this one. He held no great attachment to it, nor did it have any particular meaning. It meant him.

[member="Carlyle Rausgeber"] was many things, but in this instace, wrong was not one of them. His conditioning and training had little to no etiquette or protocol involved. In fact, his bloody gaze shifted to the man without a trace of humor at the statement, and he allowed it without penalty. Darth Vader had shown a proclivity for tormenting the enlisted men as a display of rank, but the youth had no real rank to speak of. The Knights of Ren acted outside the system, and as such, held no authority unless granted such by Seiger Ren.

It was not his place to chastise or reprimand an Admiral in any way. He could, however, taste the delight that the man felt at offering those words to the masses. 0772 closed his eyes and swallowed down the acerbic nature of this man, something that would have been delicious from an enemy.

"If you are finished with me, Admiral," the young man replied, his voice a measured, practiced boredom. "I will attend you from afar."

He gave a curt, half bow and stepped backward, his hands never leaving his back. It would most likely be the Admiral's preference to keep 0772 at a safe distance- he was no doubt briefed on some level what the creature was capable of.

The way he spoke to people, his thinly veiled disdain- 0772 flashed his gaze toward the man. A quick series of gestures in First Imperial Battlecant, easily masked unless someone was looking directly at his hand and knew what they were looking for- warned the Admiral. She can sense your animosity. Curb it

It seemed that many here were well introduced, and were talking among themselves. Many partook in the refreshments, and I did my best to great many people. All taking in various ways of diplomacy and wanting to learn more about the Hosts who took this event and opened it to any who received an invitation. It was however, that I looked around to see that a Knight within the Iron Empire, and another man stood close to one another. Speaking easily. I had not met the Knight before, only read the records that were given to me, and I knew nothing of this other man.

Introductions I guess?

Walking up to the two of them, I heard that the woman would be honored to be escorted. I smiled a little as I came up. Bowing my head and my chest down wards a little for respect towards the two of them.

"I welcome you both to the Iron Empire Gala. Miss Thorn, I believe? I hope that you enjoy your time here."

Turning my attention to the young man, I reached out to give him a handshake, and introduced myself.

"Atheus, Welcome to the Iron Empire. Mister?"

Veiere certainly wasn't the type to go out of his way and dive head first into a dance floor though nor was he the type to to turn down the opportunity to boast his soon to be wife of whom he was deeply in love with. Taking her by the arm, he gently eased her into a slow walk, making their way through the crowd of peoples he found most interesting, those of all backgrounds some familiar while others weren't so much. By the look of few, there were Imperialists here, to those of diplomacy alike themselves and then there was Atheus, he of whom had declined the potential offer out of caution in how much room he had to move where the Iron Empire was involved. "Many of these people I'm unfamiliar with, myself...-And considering this has no direct relation to Commenor nor our sector of the woods so to speak, I suppose we find ourselves in the same boat" He smiled, turning into her and offering something of an amused glance, adding "Isn't that part of being married, by the way...-Stepping on one anothers toes and trying not to fall over one another until the night in question?".

The dance floor itself was of a great standard, a polished marble floor that spanned from one side of the room to the other, a path of about a meter or two separating it from the walls of which those who wished not to dance could move around so to not get in their way. Leading [member="Lady Kay"] into the center of the floor, nodding to the others they might pass and smiling in the moment, he slowed and turned to face her once more, taking her by the waist with his left arm and her left hand in his right. "It's been a long time since I did this so do forgive me if I make a fool of myself but this old man's far better with a lightsaber than he is his dancing moves" He chuckled quietly, soon taking their first step and moving slowly with the rest of the room, he found himself fixated on her while everything else seemed to pass them by.

Most of those of his equivalent stature would be adorned with a chest full of ribbons and medals. Zeradias however, was not like most flag officers. Toting an honest few ribbons signifying his few but great accomplishments distinguished himself enough. Besides, it wasn't required that he wear all his awards on the uniform. As the ranking officer of the Iron Imperial Navy, it was really up to him what did and didn't fly among his ranks. Tonight though, it wasn't about regulations or courtesies, it was about letting loose and celebrating what the Iron Empire had accomplished in it's youth. It was a chance to showcase what the Iron Empire was, all the while examining other forces in the galaxy to determine their viability as friends of the empire or to just build a profile for later use.

The gala appeared to be a resounding success, with attendees from all over the galaxy - their friends with the Silver Jedi, the Commenor royalty, and even some guests from the First Order found their way to the Chiss homeworld. Now, it was time for Zeradias to get involved. Naked in formal occasions without a drink in his hand, he started at the bar to retrieve his favorite drink - a simple hard hitting whisky would last him a good while. After a few moments, the booze was in his hands and he was ready to socialize.

Where to begin? For now, he remained at the bar sipping on his drink, enjoying the time to himself before subjecting himself to the onslaught of social activity. People watching was entertaining enough on it's own, though.
