A New Theme Available: Green - Gungan

Minor updates have been performed on all the skins to give the "background-attachment: fixed;" attribute as well as offloading the images onto an image hosting server, freeing up resources for the server.

As well, I've added a new skin - Gungan Green. The background image may be familiar to some of you - it was available last year as an April Fool's joke. Now, it's back, and here to stay.
