Kaeshana, despite often being plagued by great storms and rainfalls, which were thankfully absent on this day, was a beautiful planet. From the Firemane Headquarters, less imposing than the Omega Pyre Towers but still a site to behold, one had a brilliant view of the beautiful city of Santaissa, an intriguing mixture of technological advancement while still feeling organic, measured, reminiscent of Naboo in a way. In the distance one could see vast mountain ranges rising up into the sky, even further there was the ocean that covered most of the planet and in Eldorai mythology was seen the realm of the Goddess Tyth.
Inside the Firemane building, as the rays of the sun fell through the transparisteel windows, hectic activity was taking place as the employees, many of them Eldorai, though also with a sizeable human contingent, went about their business. The company was far from being one of the corporate giants in the Galaxy, but was on the rise. It dealt in weapons, the ones that had made the Pyre a power and brought the Bando Gora to their knees, and had made inroads into mining after a profitable deal with Judah Dashiell regarding deep sea mining. Its owners were confident that through arrangements with Silk Holdings to provide the security forces to patrol the Mara Corridor, along with getting the shipping giant to help them build war vessels of their own, they would soon ascend.
True, there were attacks from Eldorai radicals, Dashdae Eldorai, who despised the idea that 'human monkeighs' could hold influence on Kaeshana, seen as the world of the chosen people, and derided the Queen as a puppet, but so far their attacks had been small scale and easily beaten. Thus it was with an air of optimism that Siobhan Kerrigan, former commander of Omega Pyre, former Exarch of the Protectorate, left her office, after having worked through some matters concerning reverse-engineering the tech she had acquired while participating in a Rebel raid on Styx, relieving the Sith remnant of some nice toys.
She was dressed in a shiny black women's business suit that gave her an authoritative yet elegant look, her dark brown hair, usually worn long done up. In her hand she carried a suit case that carried...items of an unspecified nature, though somehow there was reason to assume it did not contain files about tax audits. Her unignited lightsabre dangled at her side...she was not the sort to go out unprepared, though she could bring down a wall with her mind. Elegant flat shoes shun as the sunlight reflected of them. She gave Anya and Tegaea smiles as she passed them, peeking into her redheaded wife's office.
"Right. I think I've got through the paperwork," she made a face before continuing. "Our boys in Munitions are reporting progress and we should have the factory up soon. Gonna call in some extra Eldorai troops for security, just in case some zealots see the need to purge the 'monkeighs'. Got an, uh,...private audience scheduled with Silaqui now. Not so long, I'll be back soon," at that she winked at Anya before giving Tegaea a deep kiss, letting her hand trail down her wife's back. Audience indeed, that was what it would be. "Everything fine on your end, love?" she asked fondly as she beheld her.
