A New hand touches the Beacon! (OPEN)

Things never changed, did they? Quickly whipping his gaze over his shoulder, the Pureblood felt a cold bead of sweat form upon his brow. Korriban was in Resurgent space, not Ascendancy, but even so Ballen-Ist had known better. [member="Krest"] had eyes and ears in many places, and the Zabrak never faltered when it came to dramatic and fear inspiring entrances. A trait the Pureblood himself tried to mimic, of all things. "Master." he spoke, his eyes wide with surprise, though they soon calmed as he realized how normal this was.

Looking back to the others present, the Sith dare not interrupt, keeping an eye specifically on [member="Adam Walker"]. Ballen-Ist had come to the planet in order to test his limits, and he had done so in a sense. He cared not for [member="Apiculius the Cunning"]'s spells and his Deathguard, having had no desire to ransack the temple in the first place. The damage done was unfortunate, but ultimately over with for the most part. The Pureblood simply regained his composure, burning golden eyes settling over those present.

"Every Sith in the galaxy wants to kill the Silver Jedi, but that's the extent. If all you have to offer is the same as every other Sith, you are just another of the masses." There was an almost disappointed sigh to escape from the Lord as he glanced down to [member="Ballen-Ist"] . "Is this what you spend your free time with my apprentice? No wonder your training was stalled." Another jab to the pride of the Pureblood, another threat, another challenge. Out of all the elders Apprentices this one was the one he treated worse. Though, not as bad as those who weren't Sith.

He had felt it prior to stepping from the shadows but was unsure, and now that [member="Sky'ito Yumi"] had let fear enter her heart the Lord was finally sure. His blood red gaze fell upon her, a frown on his lips. "And why is it you are here, little one? You are no Sith."

Losing is tempoary, giving up is permanent.
She gulped as [member="Krest"] adressed her with the same distasteful look as [member="Ballen-Ist"], dismounting from the pillar she hesitantly made her way a bit closer to the Sith Lord, this could have well been to end of her life if she didn't pick her words right. Though filled with fear she tried to maintain a straight pose, "I came to Korriban to seek knowledge on the dark side and if possible be taught how to better control it lest it control my actions as it has done in the past". While bending down on one knee, it was proper to show respect to those much more powerful than yourself, even if your ideology differed, but one as strong as this would always get respect out of her not matter what he did. She waited with anticipation slightly afraid on how the events would play out.

Though he had come to Korriban to test his abilities in the dark side, there was more to it than [member="Krest"] knew. Ballen-Ist didn't have to explain himself, simply remaining silent as the Zabrak averted his attention elsewhere. If the old fool had not figured it out, that was fine with the Pureblood.

The Sith simply folded his arms across his torso, eager to see [member="Ronan Xilo"] and [member="Adam Walker"]'s reaction to the Sith Lord. [member="Sky'ito Yumi"] had already made a mistake, but Ballen-Ist was not about to point it out to her. Knowing that [member="Novin Jackal"] was still somewhere nearby, the Pureblood glanced down to his belt, eyeing the weapons that he had yet to draw.

Darth Ronan

"If ever a face meant death, if looks could kill,
"Every Sith in the galaxy wants to kill the Silver Jedi, but that's the extent. If all you have to offer is the same as every other Sith, you are just another of the masses."

Ronan heard from [member="Krest"] that had approached, Ronan decided not to interupt the Sith Lord to not make any..such mistakes, One mess-up would be seen by the Sith Lord, He would be patronized for it, Ronan's finger's slipped over his saber's slipping them back over his belt.

"Is this what you spend your free time with my apprentice? No wonder your training was stalled."

Ronan continued to keep his mouth shut, The Comment's were being directed towards [member="Ballen-Ist"]. He continued to look around analyzing the such area, He saw [member="Sky'ito Yumi"] make a mistake, Or as he saw it. Ronan's hands slipped behind his back, He continued to listen to the conversation going on.

Novin looked around at the Deathguard's telling them to go patrol and such, He then turned around to look at the new group that had approached.

"Every Sith in the galaxy wants to kill the Silver Jedi, but that's the extent. If all you have to offer is the same as every other Sith, you are just another of the masses."

Novin heard, He felt rather cold and such, [member="Krest"] Or the person talking must've been..powerful. A breath of relief escaped Novin. He saw [member="Ronan Xilo"] Shift uncomfortably, Novin let a chuckle leave his mouth. Novin slowly tried to walk away, wanting to get away from the such group.

It seemed that everyone was starting to hate her more, yep coming to this planet was a mistake, she might have to try and escape if thing went any further south than they already where going. She should have learn t more about the Sith from her friend before coming here, she had been to greedy in her pursuit of knowledge and power. Looking around she was [member="Ronan Xilo"] and [member="Ballen-Ist"] stare at her with disgusted looks, while [member="Novin Jackal"] seemed to be hightailing it out of here.

@Apicullus the Cunning

"Stand up, girl. Sith of old may have knelt, but you will learn there is no true Sith tradition." Ballen-Ist spoke after a moment, wanting to spare her any embarrassment at the hands of his master.

When he had first joined the Sith, he had made the same mistake, and suffered far harsher repercussions. A stream of lightning, to be exact. Most of the Sith of this era saw the act of kneeling as degrading and distasteful, and while he agreed, Ballen-Ist understood why it was so commonplace.

There were many intricacies within the master-apprentice relationship of the Sith that served to fuel both participants in their quest for power, leading up until their final confrontation. Here it had no place, though at least she made it clear that she knew whose territory she was in.

Ballen-Ist said:

At this she stood back up, now more embarrassed than afraid, these Sith seemed much different from the ones she had meet before, more not tolerating of others then straight up evil and power hungry. "Forgive me i do not properly know how Sith greet one another, it is one of the reasons i have come to Korriban to learn about the order as well as how they use the dark-side" She directed that last statement mainly at [member="Ballen-Ist"], she was surpised that he was giving her advice, for someone who showed so much distaste towards her not to long ago, perhaps they where more curious about her, not many force users willing venture onto the Sith home world uninvited.
