Liin is one of the most unique and interesting characters on the board currently. As both an NFU and the Director of a corporation, she really stands out in a sea of Jedi and Sith PCs. I also really enjoy your contributions to New Cov, particularly in how you've depicted their society and the shift from being run by NCBC to becoming an independent democratic state. And of course, I am personally delighted by your choice in playbys, being a classic film nerd.
I think you're a solid writer. It's unusual to find someone writing their character in the first person rather than third, but that isn't a bad thing. Based on my interactions with you while writing
Thel Bloodscrawl
, I do think you're at your best when you go slow and give yourself time to build up a story. The threads we've written together started strong, but seemed to kind of lose the plot somewhere along the way. I got the impression that you hadn't thought the whole thing through; I couldn't uncover the mystery my character was being asked to investigate, because you didn't seem sure what the mystery was.
My advice to you would be to avoid rushing your posts and to take your time in developing the story, and maybe to increase your OOC communication. Not just to avoid issues, but to make sure the story is satisfying. If you're unsure of where to go next, for instance, you can reach out and bounce ideas off your partner(s). All in all, I really like Liin as a character and hope to see and write with you more in the future.
