I regret to inform you that the last rotations deliveries of Tibanna Gas have been lackluster to say it mildly. Even with our increased trade with the coreworlds seems to have little effect on our stockpiles. My staff is already working closely with the Techwrights and Palatine Equerries to prepare emergency plans for a dramatic shortage. We have to limit our operations right now or the Grand Armada will be grounded or at least limited to reactive movements.
Yet I suggest to send word to the Palatine Council and request supply rerouted to us instead of the Indomitus Legion. I advocate that the protection and security of our own sector has higher priority than any foreign adventures or expeditionary endeavours. My voice is limited in this regard and I beseech you to contact the Lord High Militant to reinforce our needs in this matter.
Until then the Quartermaster-General and I will do our utmost to ensure the continuation of patrols and garrisons as well as the bunkering to support at least a fleet action.

As outlined in our last correspondence, we are unable to implement the refit you requested within the expected timeframe. The Grand Armada's ships were not designed to host Sun Generators like the Eternal Fleet, our concerns due to volatility were heard in the past and should not be revised now. Our ships require Tibanna Gas even if it displeases my Lord.
Our operations on Oryndrax will deliver a base-supply for our fleets for several months but are not enough for any protracted campaigns. Our work on another refinery has just begun and will not be finished before the end of the standard year. We were counting on an increase in trade, but this shortage seems to affect not only us. The coreworlds are fighting for scraps and the few tankers willing enough to go past the customs on Nirauan are not sufficient.
Your council is fully aware of the matter and we are working on a variety of solutions to combat this issue.
I might want to offer a personal note of advise here. The Dragonblooded are in the position to aid our fight among the stars if we should be threatened by pirates, raiders or the Condemned. If you were to offer them terms, they might be more willing.
