JOINT RESOLUTION
Declaring that a state of war exists between the Triumvirate of the Mandalorian Enclave and the Government and the people of the Galactic Alliance and making provision to prosecute the same
As the Mandalorian Enclave has made flagrant and immoral attacks against independent and neutral worlds,
AND the Galactic Alliance has offered its aid to many worlds in the path of the Mandalorians,
It is here resolved by the Senate of the Galactic Alliance, That the state of war between the Galactic Alliance and the Triumvirate of the Mandalorian Enclave has been thrust upon the Galactic Alliance and must be formally declared; and the Chancellor is hereby authorized and directed to utilize the entire Galactic Alliance Defense Force and the resources of the Government to carry out war against the Triumvirate of the Mandalorian Enclave, in order to defend the worlds and people's both within the Galactic Alliance and without that it has sworn to protect; and to bring the war to a successful termination, the resources of the whole Galactic Alliance are pledged to this effort.
