Articles by Darth Carnifex
Darth Carnifex strode amidst the smoldering wreckage of Abregado-rae, the shelled skeletons of factories stretching out all around Him into the distant horizon. Smoke curled high into the sky, staining the clouds black with ash and soot that fell back to the earth as blackened snow. He’d chosen...
A banner displaying the starbird and halo of the Galactic Alliance had been draped across a blank backdrop, in front of which a stage and podium had been erected before a gathered assortment of reporters and stern military officials from various regional governments. As the Alliance fanfare...

System Shock: The Dark Is Swarming With Teeth
Hundreds of eyes and thousands of ears had been keeping close appraisal of all that transpired within the Core of the Galaxy. From innumerable hidden redoubts, built during the time of the One Sith, a network of listeners, informants, saboteurs, provocateurs, and subversives had lived, died, and...
The Imperial Palace was quiet at this hour. Only the soft shuffling of tireless functionaries meandering through the cavernous halls intruded upon the unbearable silence that otherwise ruled. Even the Imperial Praetorians, hallowed sentinels of the Sith Throne, nary moved a muscle as they...
The smell of smoke and static electricity filled the control room, which was solely illuminated by the errant fires which had broken out across the level. Typhojem, the Left-Handed God, had done it's job well. With the Imperial fleet engaging the Faithless outside, and His forces running amok...
Malsheem, Deep Space
902 ABY
Darth Carnifex sat within the Sanctum of Memories, legs crossed and hands clasped over His stomach. His face, once serene, was now darkened by the shadow of concentration. It was not uncommon for the Dark Lord to receive visions and revelations during the height of...
The ten were brought forth in iron manacles, their sides pierced by iron rods as their gaolers forced them along. These few were among the only ones taken alive during the Mandalorian's ill-fated incursion into the Malsheem, disarmed and restrained by the agents of the Dark Lord. They'd been...
The battle was over.
Flying high above the industrial moons of Tion was the all-black banner of the Sith, fluttering in the mild breeze as dozens -- no hundreds -- of Star Destroyers flew in organized formation high above. Dwarfing all of them was the Malsheem, the terrible fortress of Darth...
It was pouring.
Sheets of rain slicing down through the air, saturating New Kaas City's myriad winding streets and footpaths with a slick sheen. This was not an uncommon occurrence, for the great megalopolis on Kosqam was frequented by sudden onset downpours and lightning storms, which could...
Something very peculiar began to happen all across Coruscant.
HoloTerminals began to short-circuit, their holographic projections becoming warped and unrecognizable. Loud static began to burst forth from their speakers, causing many passersby to clutch their ears in momentary agony before the...

Concurrent with the Jiaasjen Purge
From the moment Darth Carnifex vacated the executive box on Jutrand, mechanism were already being put into motion. Though the Kainate had been put on the backfoot by the alliance between the Eternalists and the Tsis'kaari, they were...
Few things could break the Tyrant's attention.
Disrupt, sure, but sever that thread of thought so completely? Rarely ever, no event within recent memory could have accomplished this. But nonetheless, in the boroughs of His study at the heart of that accursed machine-world, the Dark Lord...
3 Years, 11 Months, and 13 Days.
That's how long the Sith Empire (TSE) lasted.
It was formed on July 17th, 2017.
It ended today, June 29th, 2021.
1444 days.
The Sith Empire was one of the greatest factions I ever had the privilege to not only lead but simply be a member of.
When I helped...

"You-e b-en cl-r(d for atmos-#*0-c en%ry." The comm-waves were garbled with interference, the result of a rapidly growing supercell sweeping across the arid plateaus that comprised the majority of the planet's surface. It would continue to build strength and wreak havoc on the...
The call was relayed across hidden frequencies,
heard only by those who possessed the knowledge.
Only the most faithful.
Only the most devout.
The zealot.
The sycophant.
The bloodthirsty.
The worthy.
Far above, far below, we don't know where we'll fall.
Far above, far below, what once was...
Shortly following the widespread news that Csilla had been destroyed in its entirety, nearly every public holonet channel was simultaneously hijacked by a rogue broadcast that repeated the same message over and over again. The voice which spoke the message was heavily augmented, the voice...
