- Tactically Gifted: A true battle genius. His sharpness, insight and anticipation in battle has been forged not only from long experience but also inherited from a long lineage of commanders and leaders. He is a capable commander who knows when is the time to attack and when to retreat. The admiral has earned the reputation of a very tactical and methodical man throughout the Galactic Republic and beyond.
- Natural-born leader: As the name hints, Taelros is a natural-born leader. Do not imagine him as a fiery battle commander who stands above his soldiers yelling orders with passion, he is not one of those. His leadership skills have been born due to his reputation of a capable commander, his methods, calmness, and his charisma all imbue his crew and those who serve underneath him a great deal of confidence, composure and high morale.
- WEAKNESSES
- A different point of view: Do not get me wrong here, Taelros does love and prefers peace, he is not a war loving machine but hailing from a lineage of people who have served the military specifically the Navy, Taelros dislikes certain codes of radical pacifism that the Jedi employ and what the Republic seems to enforce. Yes, he seeks peace and does not seek to conquer and enslave, the Admiral is a keeper of peace and justice, which is what the Republic symbolizes but he has often come to long debates and arguements mostly with Jedi due to their passiveness and no he wouldn't be like "Agh you freaking hippie Jedi, fire all the turbolasers and annihiliate this planet." No. Just no. He calmly would argue when he disapproves of certain courses of actions. Taelros supports the militaristic opposition in the Senate which is currently in power due to the need of a military. The Admiral finds most Jedi passive and their courses of action mostly irrational though that is not always as of course he would sometimes agree with Jedi or Higher-Up plans on courses of action. Despite unafraid of voicing his opinion on matters Taelros will always follow orders even if he does not agree with them.
- Fire within: When one might say that lacking this fiery passion that some leaders demonstrate, mostly Army commanders, is an advantage as one leaves his whole judgement to his rationality and wit yet that is also a disadvantage as in certain battles there is a bigger need of heart than mind and calculations of odds.
