Strengths and Weaknesses
- (+) Martial Pride: Zan is a keen and cunning warrior in general - he knows the ways of war as dictated by his various Aspects that he has trained in. Eldorai are studious fighters and those who take up the path of the warrior tend to be very, very good at what they do. Zan is no exception.
- (-) ...Martial Pride: Of course, pride is also generally a sin, and his over-reliance and pride in his own skill leads to ego and overconfidence. It also does not help that, for the longest time, the ways of war tended to be all he knew.
- (+) Nimble: Like most Eldorai, Zan is light, very fast on his feet, and exceptionally flexible and dextrous. It's a natural trait of his people, one that he's accustomed to.
- (-) Squishy: And just like most Eldorai, he's not very tanky. The only tanky Eldorai is a tanky Eldorai wielding very specific Force powers or clad in very specific armour - neither of which he tends to have.
- Fire: His chosen Eldorai element is fire. One day he hopes to master the lightning subschool of fire, but that probably means finding an Eldorai teacher who could help him master lightning. One day.
Aspects
- The Avenger: The aspect of the Avenger is dedicated to righting the wrongs of the forces of Darkness, to crushing them whence they stand beneath blade and gun. Avengers are taught to wear light armour and wield special vibroswords that are uniquely made for each user. This is, effectively, baby's first Aspect - but nonetheless a warrior with the ability and mobility to cut an enemy down, should one master this aspect first. Zan himself is an intermediate-class Avenger.
History
Zan is one of those rare few male Eldorai that actually minds his status. He exists in the strange state of 'I must be someone' - and he has every intention to, as one of the warriors of the Eldorai people, ascend to the mighty position of the Angelii, knowing full well that it is likely the only way that he will ever achieve a true position with his people.
As a Force-sensitive, his background is fairly standard: taken at a young age, 'taught' by the Church, then sent off to go and learn something useful. Unlike most of his male counterparts, however, Zan chose a more esoteric warrior's path: the ancient Shrines of Aspect, where ancient heroes were worshipped for their most valuable warrior's traits. While there are many (and oh boy are there many), Zan picked his first one and started training there, because swords and guns are pretty much entry-level aspects.
One day he wants to be a big bad Eldorai battlemaster, but that's for 1) later and 2) when he sucks less.
