STRENGTHS AND WEAKNESSES (Required: 2 Weaknesses Minimum) :
Though Yuri's dueling skills are renowned and his melee combat is impeccably flawless in almost every sense, his usage of the force is lack luster. It's not from lack of intelligence, however, or even connection to the force. He lacks the training in order to be a sorceror and the lack of desire. Yuri would prefer to use the force to enhance his physical abilities as of now, he is still under the presumption that everything can be cut down before him, and that blood will be spilled. Another one of his strengths, that could be considered a weakness is his extremity of emotions, it allows him to embody that of a true sith, yet will also blind him in his thirst for blood. Something that can be trained out of him; however, strengthens him physically and weakens him mentally. Nevertheless at times this does give him a heightened sense of things during most battles allowing his connection to the bogan side of the force to be strengthened during his combat.
SHIP:
Possessing a Sekotan Personal Starship, Yuri attempts to take special care of the ship embroidered in two Sith Empire emblems on each wing along with the red outlining of the majority of the black hull of the ship itself.
BIOGRAPHY:
Unlike probably a majority of the forgotten and beaten down Sith, Yuri was not born to a poor family, or was not born into poverty, he was born into greatness. From day one his family expected him to serve the light, and to bring honor and glory to their name, and as a small child growing up he too believed that. It wasn't until he began to come into fruition of a young man that his ideologies finally began to change ever so slightly, he began to look at the rest of the galaxy as something weaker than him, not only in physical prowess even in mental prowess as well. He watched as Byss went up in flames from the reign of Darth Moridin, the Emperor of the Sith. He looked upon as this man, someone that was so powerful others quaked before him and allowed him to do whatever it was he wanted because he was truly the free one. Yuri began to recognize that no-one in the universe could be free, absolutely no one. The only way to be free was to attain a power that was beyond that of everyone else around him, to bring Justice one must first gain power. The people of this world and of this galaxy were bound by the chains set upon them by their governments, he saw it with his parents as well growing up. The only way to be freed from the governments was to gain more power than that of the government, through political means or through sheer power. The people who could not gain that power only had one escape from the theocratic control of the governments and Jedi, and that was death. In the flames of fire and passion people could be free'd, and so Yuri set out to do just that. The only way he could protect the ones he loved was to kill the ones he loved, and grow so powerful that none could stop him. Not the binding codes of the Jedi, or the laws and enforcement set out by the Republic, to be Sith was to be free. So at the age of seventeen he killed each member of his family starting with his beloved Sister.
Toni Caedus had always loved her brother, and even up until the end he loved her as well. Anything that he could do for her, he would do and anything that she could do for him inevitably she would do. Now, this being said they had their fights like all siblings do; however, Yuri's love for her was eternal, and will always burn within him with the fire of a thousand suns. Thus, he had to kill her first for if he didn't he wouldn't be able to accomplish his original task. He would never have been able to kill her had it not been her to be the first one to fall. He would no longer allow her to succumb to the control and the hypocrisy of governmental coercion and corruption. So on that fateful day he stepped out onto the wet sopping ground, his furs upon his body whilst he looked at his sister. Tears of joy and pain flowed down from his blood shot eyes whilst he grasped his two swords given to him as a gift from her. She sat there, a peaceful grin upon her face looking off into the distance as the rain pattered along her face, and wet her hair down more than it already was. As he stepped towards her his boots thudded along the ground and she turned around to see him coming down to her, with his blades already drawn. Instead of the quintessential horror that would be expected instead she simply arched her head to him, in intrigue. "Little brother.. I saw this day coming, as did you. But might I ask, why do you kill me in such a way?" She questioningly beckoned towards him for which he had but one answer for her, "To protect you my beloved sister, from the chaos of this world and this galaxy." And with a strong slash downwards to her neck he cut through it with a finesse suited for the beauty that was his sister. Blood splattered upon his furs and upon his face, this blood to him was sacred and yet it dropped down his blade as if it were nothing more than the muck that he stepped through to cut his beloved sister down. He simply sat there for a moment weeping in pain at what he had done, before convincing himself through his astute ideologies that it was what needed to be done to protect her innocent peaceful face from withering away and living a mundane life under the coercionary governments and Jedi.
Lastly came his mother and father. Two people who had given him everything as a child, and in the end were hero's in his eyes. Hero's that deserved the death that was so ungraciously given to them. Do not be mistaken it wasn't that Yuri wanted to do this out of some misguided sense of loving chaos and loving death and suffering, no he did it because it was the only way to protect them from the fires of someone who didn't love them. Is it not better to be destroyed by someone you love, rather than someone who doesn't care who you are or what you have done for them? This was a choice that Yuri had to make, he would no longer allow his father to be stressed out about paying bills, or his mother about how the world was going to end one day, no.. Now they lay peacefully in the ground with his beloved sister. They were not on the same level as him and his sister were though, they knew each other and she knew that it would bring him peace, so she allowed Yuri to do the deed; however, his mother and father were not so giving. His father slightly skilled in bladed combat himself put up a fight against Yuri; although, Yuri in bladed combat was a force to be reckoned with. With his mother in tears on the ground they engaged in combat, Yuri simply holding a hand behind his back standing in a fencing pose whilst his father held both hands on the blade and began a charge at his son. The tears of darkness and of pain flowed down yuri's face whilst he began to fight his father.. Yuri brought his blade up to simply deflect his fathers blade to the side whilst stepping by him in an elegant fashion. His father stepped forwards caught off balance by the deflection rather than parry whilst Yuri brought his blade quickly around to the back of his fathers legs slicing through them with a finesse as though his blade was made of air.. His father fell down to the ground whilst Yuri quickly drew his other sword from behind his back and raised both of them over his head. Letting out a scream to the heavens he brought both blades down vertically into his fathers shoulders, piercing into the heart and sliding past any bones whilst rupturing vital organs. All the while his mother watched in horror as their golden child turned into something no one had seen coming. Yuri looked at his father for a moment, simply cooling down from the blood boiling rage that overcame him during his fatal blow. Ripping the two swords out from the mans shoulders and chest cavities Yuri turned to his mother. She begged and pleaded with him not to kill her, and he simply said, "I must mother." Brought his hand back, and with a swift slice he beheaded her just as he did to his sister. Blood splattered along the wall behind her and her head dropped to the floor rolling for a moment and then coming to a stop. This, was the Genesis of a new Sith Apprentice.
