Your Most Satisfying Enemies

I've never forgotten my first PvP here
Even though I lost, [member="Vrag"] was an awesome person to face off against.

Then there are several bouts which somehow involved [member="Zak Dymo"] and/or [member="Gherron Vael"]
There's the training duel between Nef and Zak, the time Nefertari battled an apparition of Darth Vader on Illum, the list goes on

Oh, and [member="Cryax Bane"], even though he's not the greatest at putting up much of a fight.

Definitely [member="Darth Vornskr"] when it comes to duelling. Been always awesome fighting him. Also nice character dev since Sio's now the guardian of Iella's daughter.


And [member="Darth Shadow"]. The latter is interesting because until now Sio never got to duel him directly. He possessed her master Adril when Sio was a Paddy, later body-hopped into Sio after she helped Adril break free, and made her his meat puppet before being exorcised, which resulted in Sio getting temporarily exiled from the Jedi etc. Which played a role in her eventually leaving them.


Much, much later his machinations resulted in her getting spaced and being put in a coma. Now she finally gets to duel him properly!


Velok and Kaelin Isandros deserve a mention, too. The first was my first real, all-outl PvP duel and was tons of fun, the second was Sio's nemesis of sorts during her Jedi days. Tortured Sio and started her on the path of getting maimed a lot by taking her eye, later got beaten up by Sio, much brutally tortured Tegs. Sio breaking her and beheading her was very satisfying. Also resulted in Tegs/Sio stepping down from running OP, so it had a big impact for both of them.

Dueling against [member="Ordo"]'s giant Akure Leviathan character and losing my unborn child.

Silara was never the same.

Sadly, ive not had any enemies that really stand out... but the best one to choose would be [member="Darth Vornskr"] on my Alexandra Character. Less an enemy and more a motivation, that man has driven the character's path on this site without being a direct influence physically. So if anyone he matches the most satisfying enemy description.

Cant wait to have such a thing with Solan though, but alas, no one has hit that level of influence.

I'd have to say [member="Mantic Dorn"] is awesome to have as a rival.

But [member="Lord Mythos"] is definately sailing up as #1 for Mantic. A very good villian, and we have had some very interesting plots so far!

Probably [member="Selena Halcyon"] back when she was Grandmaster of the Jedi.

We never even drew swords on each other but we were the commanders of our respective sides in the Battle of Nar Shaddaa. I wound up negotiating an end to the fighting there. Some great RP in that invasion but I knew we were going down cause folks left or stopped posting. Sith didn't help either. They don't act like they do today compared to back then. Now they'd come swooping in, come hell or high water to stomp those Jedi.

When we met to talk, man was that tense. I don't think I'd been with Black Sun even a month and I was having to deal with this. I do still feel burned to this day and its a massive drive for Rayl to do what he does. I'd have done things differently with the experience I have now. But I can't change the past, only the future.

I feel like whooping some Jedi or Sith's butt now.
