What would you suggest?..you know, about reforms of CHAOS judicial system? Like..won't we have to first oust Tefka?

I mean, well the Big Blue Gila Monster (Tefka) did dig out this little niche of a hole for us to play in. I'd say just oust him from the iron seat and ..and...oh I don't know...put him behind a desk?
