Per the personal cloaking device regulations

Objective : Complete a role-play without your character by only describing the scenery and actions of other characters from NPC perspectives without changing the course of the story directly.

I'm granting you a chance to get your hands on your very own personal cloaking device. All you have to do is to describe the scenery and the actions of other characters from the viewpoints of NPCs (Here you can be using a NPC stockholder of Star Tours)

In return you will end up helping me out in Star Tours' major project from tier 3-> 4. There are 32 posts left to go in the project...

I'm going to make a time traveling ship and it would be usefull for it to have a cloaking device.
