Who is the most evil/most powerful Sith/Jedi?

Nah, it's in the stories if you look to the references. Adas defends Korriban and pushes them back to Malachor/Ziost areas before over taking those planets as well. He doesn't necessarily destroy the Rakatan Empire, but he fends them off which is something nearly no one in the galaxy could do at the time. Not even the teachers of the Rakata.

Also, I think it is noteworthy that he was considered chosen from birth, not because of his amazing fighting prowess. He backed up being chosen, but it was not something he fully earned. Plus, Sith'ari just means overlord. It is not some equivalent to the chosen one, and it purist form this was before sith'ari even started getting compared to that.

References also show that they believed him to be a god. And anyone who challenged him for the throne was struck down either way so it's not as if the fact that he was chosen from the cradle, he also backed his power up.

Lol he was over 300 years old.. It's amazing that he was able to lead a defense for Korriban in the way he did, turn ships on other ships and destroy the Rakatan defense the way he did at his age. Without any real superior knowledge of the force such as Palpatine had or Vitiate had to keep alive for so long. Had he learned the powers of the force the story would be much different. Some would say that would attribute to his weakness' but even the essence of his holocron killed people thousands of years later. Something that Freedon Nadd was unable to do he could only control people. Something that Palpatine was un able to do. Or even Krayt.
