- Accessibility: Although the location of the Whistler’s Hole is isolated in the wilds of Hoth, it is a known destination by all Outer Planets Alliance members and open to the public.
- Description: From the outside, Whistler’s appears unassuming. The main entrance the only visible sign of the structure. The arched entrance made of thick glass which is connected to a retaining wall is all that greets the guests and visitors on arrival. Otherwise, Whistlers is covered in a thick blanket of Hoth ice and snow.

HISTORICAL INFORMATION
Probably one of Eldin’s more hair brained schemes, to put a hotel on Hoth, but it was crazy enough that it might just work. The Outer Rim lends itself to those with a mind and ambition to make a name for themselves, or make their fortune, Eldin was no exception to that. If this venture paid off, it could be the start of his comfortable life.
The construction of the hotel took longer than expected, it was hard to find talented people to carve ice, and finding the equipment to do the heavy work required a lot of patience, logistical planning, and Talons, lots of Talons.
Once the finishing touches to the carvings in the rooms, the bar and the restaurant were completed, it was time to organise the opening. Invitations were sent out to the members of the Outer Planets Alliance, with the idea that he could convince them to invest in the hotel.
The opening night proved a great success, with those that attended deciding to sink some coin into the hotel, some large, some what they could effort. But each one of them now owns a small piece of an ice palace on the fridged plains of Hoth.
