When The Metal Lords fought the Metal Lord's [Metal Lords Campaign vs Abyss and Allies]

Edge of Metal Lord Space, Ship Graveyard

For weeks Abyss and his eyes had waited in the broken ships that once found their end in small battle between the empire and careless pirates that thought themselves save so deep within the endless nothingness of space. Their failure was still able to be seen, as marked by the myriad of pirate ships that drifted around the remains of one imperial Interdictor-class Star Destroyer in their midst. From there they had watched ships travel in and out of metal lord space, most importantly cargo ships of a size unlike anything the other current factions of the galaxy called upon. They hadn't managed to figure out what exactly these ships where hauling, but even the vessel itself would bring a small fortune on the black market.

In the weeks that passed by Abyss had carefully planned out his trap. Some of his best engineers willing to work deep in the vacuum of space had begun with makeshift repairs to the gravity well projector of the Star Destroyer. Initially testing had shown that they had little over ten minutes to keep it running, before the fickle energy situation would lead to an emergency shut down. Besides that their back up plan was running on limited time as well, as it consisted of 25 Pitfall droids placed in the wrecks around, waiting for their timer to run out and activate them. They would go dormant the second the well kicked in, but the later their target would come, the less useful they would be as a diversion. That meant that timing was the key to the whole plan.

The plan itself wasn't anything fancy. For once a direct solution was the only one really viable, and so Abyss had gathered both his right hand man [member="Causstik Rahn"], as well as his hired guns, [member="Formorta"], [member="Arador Kahn"] and [member="Krueger"], on board of his Phasma-Class Infiltrator. It was no army, but a strike team. He had told them beforehand to pack the biggest gun they could find, as they would be blasting their way through the ship once the gravity well would pull it from hyperspace. If they had nothing of such firepower they were also given a Ghostmaker Acid Launcher, a weapon quite useful when forcefully entering a ship.

Darth Abyss himself rested in the back of the small stealth vessel which remained cloaked for now, his legs crossed and his hollow body shrouded by arcane smoke. Some of those gifted with the force could predict the course of enemy ships with almost perfect precision, but Abyss had never learned to do it without more tools, tools that didn't found place inside the small ship. Instead he had to settle for a less precise version, and use his foresight to make sure that the cargo ship wouldn't simply slip through before of after the the well had been activated.

"Now."

Abyss pushed a single button on his comm, sending a signal towards the wrecks around them. Now it was up to the enemy if his plan would be crowned by success.

Edge of Metal Lord Space, Ship Graveyard,
Lone Merchant Vessel,

In their universe things were never quite simple and everything went rarely according to plan, for as Abyss plotted his ambush against one of the droid Space Hulk merchant freighters, another plan for a trap was stirring within the droid space, using the very same ship. Recently the droids came to be accosted by a mysterious race of psychic parasites known only as the Deep Ones, one way to describe them would be "brain-hungry squids riding on corpses", since their meeting in the deepest, darkest sections of uncharted space droids begun to wage war upon these Squids. At first they had an upper hand, Squid psychic abilities were useless against machines who beat them back with greater physical strength. While some Deep One fleets begun to avoid ships with large quantities of droids aboard them, others took a different path, a path of vengeance. Their raids were becoming a nuisance for droids like HK whose hyperlane trade routes were accosted by them and councils of Merchant Guild representative clamored at the doorsteps of his Orbital Palace, constantly asking him to hasten his efforts in getting them rid of these evil beings.

There was a reason why the Space Hulk Abyss targeted was one of the few ships without an escort from the Merchant Fleets backed by Metal Lords, for under the cover of its organic merchant crew mixed with the usual mechanical drone elements, HK laid waiting, kneeling in a meditative pose aboard the vessel. Along with him there would be other droids, including Metal Lords, their Vassals, and other special agents who were willing to take up the job offered to them, not to mention the Greycloaks, HK's personal army, and whatever others were willing to bring. The plan was to traverse the edge of the Droid Space in a seemingly lone and vulnerable Space Hulk in order to bait one of the Deep Ones' ships into attacking and boarding the vessel, as they usually did, and ambush them through counter-boarding to capture their commanders and another one of their vessels.

Instead Abyss and his Assassins were accidentally lured into a much tougher fight than they expected.

The Space Hulk's bowels were missing much of their usual cargo containers, freeing up more space for the soldiers being carried aboard and instead makeshift barricades were set up throughout the labyrinth like winding corridors and various rooms, multiple hangars included, which spread throughout the giant ship. The vessel itself was a large maze-like battlefield.

The entirety of the giant ship shuddered and shook as suddenly it was pulled out of its hyperspace route by the remnant of an interdictor star destroyer,

"My Lord, an interdiction field has been activated within our trajectory, we have been forced to enter real-space."

Transmission came in through HK's built-in communication unit,

"So it begins."

The droid would mutter to himself as he pushed up to stand, already clad in his heavy organic Vong-shaped battle armor with his usual heavy black cloak draped down his shoulders.

"Another Kraken-class?"

"My Lord, these are not Deep One ships, our scans indicate reactivated remnants of an Interdictor-class."

The response caused the droid to pause, he knew very well that the machines were not without enemies, especially not when so many opulent merchants agreed to work closely under the machines' protection, but few were resourceful or daring enough to rebuilt and reactivate old Sith tech and use it against them.

"Fire all batteries on the Star Destroyer, put it out of its misery."

"Yessir."

"And alert all our forces- it may not be the enemy we expected, but it is enemy nonetheless, prepare for battle."

Those who would be willing to take up another fight and were already aboard the Space Hulk, much like HK was, would be notified about the situation. As the organic merchant crew either retreated deeper into the bowels or took up their prepared armor and weapons, so did the various droids and drones march towards the expected entry positions- hangars.

The Space Hulk may not have had any prominent large guns, being a civilian ship, but it was outfitted with some fast firing smaller caliber quad turrets to target any usual pirate vessels and starfighters it came across. The Star Destroyer faced before them usually would have been an intimidating target, but not so much in its current state of being preumably little more than somewhat functioning corpse. So the Space Hulk would fire upon it in volleys of its laser turrets, the barrages streaking across the sky in attempt to finish destroying the large carcass and shut off its interdiction field.

Aeshi leaned against the hull, feeling the tremble of engines beneath her feet. This was a good ship that she found herself on. The massive behemoth was a cargo vessel, albeit one not currently carrying cargo. They were bait, trying to lure in some of these Deep Ones. She had heard others speak of them, but never saw them herself.

The ship jolted to a halt and she felt the shift as they returned to real space. She frowned and unbuckled the grips of her pistols. Each hand rested on the butt of one of the Mandalorian guns. People hurried aboit, wielding guns and armor. She grinned and took a sip of whiskey from a flask and stride along with the droids, getting a sense of what was happening.

An Imperial interdictor, mostly destroyed, with a functioning field generator had pulled them to a stop. The hull beneath her pulsed as the ship’s gyms opened fire. It was to be a battle then. Aeshi broke into a job, heading for the hangar. The StarDream was berthed aboard the vessel and while it was no warship, it could pack a punch. Probably enough to disable an interdiction generator, if she could launch, and they were unopposed.

Otherwise, it would be entirely possible that she would have to fight her way to the ship beforehand.

Kiso stood atop the bridge not far from HK as the situation unfolded, this would have been the first assignment under the droid Lord since their negotiations, a lure to try and find the deep ones. She had researched these supposed deep space creatures upon 'joining' the metal lords, reviewing their fighting methods physical abilities and other traits, though and organic she had confidence her part droid self would be able to resist any mine tricks. Though the young commander did not realize that today their enemy would be something more traditional, but still very mysterious.

"Is it the Sith attacking us, or just someone with similar technology"?

Looking out the window she bore witness to a damaged Interdictor SD, damaged in the hull and looking to be a much older model, their ships own batteries already starting to open fire, was it merely pirates trying to grab hold of a merchant ship maybe but where were the other enemy vessels waiting to ambush them? Not an effective attack in her mind, unless they wanted to board the ship as well, if there were indeed pirates taking the vessel and using it against more unsuspecting targets, that was a reasonable strategy.

"My Lord, should I start preparations for potential boarding parties"?

WD-334 did not feel quite comfortable, without it's two ships. It had it's bodyguards, as well as a small detachment of R-99 Vanguard's with a squad of Ashen Guard. Not too large a force, but it was what was asked of the war droid to bring. It lingered in it's own quarters, waiting for the time to strike. Looking over it's large metal shield. It was in the same design as the first one it had been given, that was designed for it by the Empire that was long gone. The only memory of that time the droid had. It had a few scratches, and it never wanted to repair that shield. For they were reminders of the glorious battles.

The alarms ship wide sounded. "The time has come. Alert all guard." WD-334 moved out of it's quarters and contacted [member="HK-36"] along the way. "HK-36, we are prepared to engage the Deep Ones. This unit is heading for the bridge." Little did the droid know, it was not the Deep Ones they were about to face. But instead, an enemy the war droid had not faced yet....

Not until it arrived to the bridge. And saw what felt like a ghost to the war droid. A ghost that made it scared. For in the droid's mind, the Empire had come for them. It stood still for the longest time. Running through everything it knew of the Interdictor class, it's faults and strengths. Everything it new about it from a lost age. "Interdictor Class Star Destroyer. One-six-hundred metres. Fifteen turbolasers. Fifteen ion cannon-" It continued like this, speaking aloud the specifications like a broken record.

So far the trap had worked as intended. The gravity well had pulled the cargo hauler out of hyperspace inside their window, and the enemy ship had aimed its focus on the broken remains of the star destroyer, giving Abyss and his crew an opportunity to board the vessel. Hidden below its cloak the infiltrator closed in on the far larger vessel, to which Abyss small ship was merely a small point in the endlessness of space. Again time was of the upmost importance, as the Metal Lords would not take long to erase what little was left of the interdictior, so they only had one shot at this.

While Abyss' A.I. navigated the ship towards the top of the large freighter, the sith lord himself handed small devices to each of the warriors on board of his vessel. These small shield generators would keep them save from the vacuum of space for a short duration, two minutes at best, but more likely one or less. Taking more time to get inside would be risky anyway, as they would need to leave the relative security of their cloak for a moment.

"Get ready, ETA in thirty seconds. Energy shields up on my mark."

The sith lord stood ready at the airlock of the Phasma, the hilt of his saber held tightly in his right. These weapons, wielded by sith and jedi alike, were key to getting in and out of enemy ships quickly. It was a risky, near suicidal, technique not used by many, but in his years as a pirate Abyss had worked hard to perfect it.

Then the ship came to a halt, and Abyss raised his left to sign his crew to trigger their shields. Only a handful moments later the airlock opened, releasing them into space right above the cargo ship. To do so the cloak flickered, and they could be almost certain that the enemy had seen them. Without delay the sith lord descend the handful of centimeters down towards the hull, his red blade jumping to life, and piercing into the ship below in the same moment, beginning the process of cutting a hole in big enough to comfortably enter inside.

Arador would be sitting on a crate in the airlock as he patiently waited for the signal to begin their operation. His gaze would trail from one hired gun to the next before finally falling upon the Darth that had recruited the 'colorful' group of individuals for such a job. Truth be told, none of them looked like team players to him, but neither was he. He would quietly hum himself a tune as he inspected his blaster carbine in one hand, the sound of it powering up as red lights began to glow whilst he turned it over to ensure everything was working properly.

The Darth had made it clear that they would be raiding a ship that belonged to the Metal Lords. The bait; a damaged star destroyer that appeared to have snagged the interest of their intended target. If they knew of the Darth's true intentions and location as of now while they were cloaked, then they would be at a disadvantage given how poorly armed a stealth ship might be. Arador paid no heed to it, he was simply there to do the job and get paid. Maybe the others had something else to get out of it, but he did not particularly care. No qualms or grudges, just cold, hard credits.

Arador would twirl the blaster carbine in his hand before sliding it down to his thigh where it would magnetize and lock into place for the inevitable leap of faith they would be taking. His eyes would shift from beneath his helmet as he ran a diagnostic on his armor functions to make sure everything was ready and functioning. His shoulder was loaded with a few canisters that would launch electric nets, the intention to snare and electrocute whatever might get into his personal bubble. Everything was appearing green in his HUD as he grinned. Perfect.

The Darth would toss him a small shield generator as he took it. Though his armor protected him already from the vacuum of space, a little extra protection never hurt. He would press the shield generator up to his chest before twisting it and locking it in place, standing up from his seat as he moved to the airlock. He'd give his compatriots a glance as a red image began to glow on his normally dark visor. Arador would tap the generator as he was encapsulated in the shield. A quick wave of two fingers and suddenly the airlock opened up, launching him out into the vacuum of space.

His boots would flare to life as the rockets began to propel him towards the hull of the ship, making micro bursts to adjust his approach before landing on the hull of the ship and magnetizing him in place. While the Darth had his own way of forcing his way onto the ship, it was probably best to hit the enemy from different spots to divert their forces and attention. As such Arador moved to a different part of the hull where he had a particularly explosive entry ready in the form of a number of detonite charges ready to blast its way through shields and hull.

The somewhat heavily cloaked sniper leaned against the airlock door as she awaited their deployment, slowly inspecting her main weapon, though many might have tough an Anti-Tanks rifle was a bit over kill is they were going up against the Metal Lords she would need it to put them down. Stories about their entire bodies being made of Phrik or other highly protective material was something to consider before engaging with them, even if they turned out to be untrue.

The woman's red eyes gaze laid upon the other merc hired by [member="Darth Abyss"], they all appeared to be quit, reclusive individuals, probably no one here would be willing to work together. Fine by her, meant no on to worry about or get in her way. As the ship came closer she activated here energy shield, the whole Idea of landing on top of an enemy craft in space with no vac suit sounded like crazy talk. Though she had done similar operations before, her masks and armoured suit being partially meant for low atmosphere, containing several minutes of oxygen, did not make anything less risky.

The feel of the air lock opening and the suction of space once again engulfed her, taking a leap along with the other falling onto the enemy freighter, her suits mag boots activating, what should have been a dull thud upon landing on the freighters hull being nothing but silence, any sound made by their impact drowned out by the Turbo blaster firing in the back ground. She doubted that anyone would know about their insertion method, but it was better to be safe rather than sorry.

As the Darth plunged his saber into the ship’s hull Formorta was slowly fade away from eye sight and sensors, her cloaking field taking effect while she awaited the new crude entrance into the ship, her plan of attack, go in silently, get behind the enemy then attack, cause confusion, break chain of command and communications while others went about their own goals.

Nothing was happening. It bothered her as she stood there in the hangar, fingers twitching on the butts of her gun. No dropships. No pirate raiders. Nothing that she could sense at all and something twinged in the Force. Something Dark. She frowned and turned away from the hangar, trying to concentrate on it. No, that wasn't how the Force worked.

She took a deep breath and let the Force flow into her mind. There was something dark here, something that she couldn't recognize. It was Dark. She pulled the guns from their holsters and prowled through the hallway, seeking out the source. It was a maze in the corridors as she made her way around the barricades and past the defenders. She even managed to get lost in the endless maze that characterized the massive ship.

The woman stopped and frowned. It seemed like it was above her, but there was nothing there. Just the decks above her and the hull. Her face paled and she ran to the nearest turbolift and slammed the button to get in. The doors hissed open and she threw herself in and the door slammed shut with a hiss. This was pressurized and sealed for now, in case it was a major hull breach.

She needed to get some better equipment to handle this sort of situation.

"The One Sith presence was strong in this sector, we have been attacked by their remnants before, and we have never seen the Deep Ones scavenge for technology."

HK replied to Kiso through their comm channels, switching to encrypted frequencies just in case. The machine was on his way to one of the main hangars of the ship, covered in his organic armored biot, a Vong-shaped armor he managed to get a hold of and made it his favored suit of armor. From his shoulder cascaded the thick black material of his chameleon cloak, on his belt hanged two magnetic revolvers, an electric-flail, one of the collapsed Phrik-tipped force pikes Abregado made, and his usual imbued lightsaber, in his left hand he held a large Phrik tower shield. The Greycloaks who flanked HK on his way to meet combat wielded similar loadouts. HK didn't answer Kiso's second question at first, instead comming in his officer crew in the bridge,

"What is the situation on enemy boarding transports?"

"There are none, my Lord."

The response from the bridge made HK pause and stop,

"How many warships are going into position to fire upon us?"

"None, my Lord, the Interdictor Star Destroyer is the only enemy ship, it is not firing back."

The droid stopped and stood there for a second, calculating and planning, going through some simulations until finally he hissed out,

"Chiiiiit."

And turned around on the spot to quickly march with his Greycloaks towards the Bridge.

"Lady of the Shroud,"

He addressed Kiso, comming her in again,

"Head to our turret control center, secure it and prepare for boarding in its sector, establish patrols in that area."

He would command Kiso.

Then the droid would send out a communication to the rest of his team, Aeshi, WD, and others,

"The enemy boarding attempt will not come from the hangars, leave minimal drone security force and focus on protecting the more crucial systems deeper within ship's bowels. Lord Obsidian Shield, head to the engine room and secure it, we cannot allow it to fall, otherwise the ship would not be able to jump into hyperspace or the enemy could force it to jump somewhere else should they take the bridge as well. Lady Tillian, head to our shield generator, secure it and establish patrols throughout the ship, we will need to keep it up in case enemy pulls in more ships against us."

He would hand out orders to his other associates,

"We have prepared for a battle, but we are dealing with a black ops operation."

Finally he would sent out one more transmission, this one to [member="Haon Hafey"],

"Haon, you are one of our best pilots and we need to put that Star Destroyer out of its misery before it begins firing back. Fly out there and do what you do best, we will need eyes on the outside of our ship as well."

As to HK, he was just making his way to the bridge, taking on the responsibility of holding it by himself, since that was pretty much the most crucial part of the ship, but he would not arrive there just yet.

[member="Darth Abyss"], [member="Arador Kahn"], [member="Formorta"],

Although the Hulks were civilian vessels with little armaments, the Metal Lords splurged out on their defenses, their hulls, and deflector shields were of military grade, outfitted with the Abregado Combat Shields like many of the other droid-made vessels. Landing upon it Abyss and his team would feel the slight repulse from the magnetized deflector shields trying to push them back, this would have gotten stronger when Abyss activated his lightsaber and struck down the hull, the blade at first meeting a shimmering blue energy surface, pushing back against it, before finally forcing its way through into the thick hull. They would have still been able to land and cut their way inside, but it may have taken a bit more time and effort to do so than Abyss or others could expect at first.

Same for Arador, being on the hull he would have the sensation of the field trying to constantly pull him away, and although his detonite charge would cause a substantial explosion, and the hole he would have made would not be as big as he expected, due to the thicker, more advanced armor plating and hull, he would still be able to squeeze his way through.

Writing with a rather large pencil, he was drawing on a blueprint as this was his own unique way of staying calm. They were supposed to face the Deep Ones soon and the annoucement that they have dropped out made him stop for a brief moment before it announced that it was just a diraclet wreck. Shrugging, he continued his work as the project was code named "Malgus" which was supposed to supplement some of the forces in space proficiently. However a unique beep was heard as he picked out his rather tiny datapad and spoke into it.

"Haon Here...need it destroyed, all right will do. Shifting Frequency channel to Hanger Bay Fourteen...Fourteen Commander, prepare the Crystalis for launch. Load up with Heavy Rockets, Hafey Out."

Clicking it, he would grab his flight suit as he started to put it on which resembled more of a First Order flight suit more than anything though the usual black has been changed to a unique tinge of green, possibly to ensure no one screws up shooting him on accident. Walking out of the room, he locked the cabin and proceeded towards Hanger Bay Fourteen as it would take around four minutes as he heard the distinct whine of it charging up in the distance. Arriving into the room, one could see two Heavy Rockets slowly being put into the Crystalis very carefully as they were now fully locked in. Grabbing onto the ladder, he would climb up into the eyeball portion and position himself, stretching for a brief moment before flicking on switches to initiate the launch for deployment. There was a small garble of chatter as he tuned into it as he listened for a moment.

"Control to Hafey...Control to Hafey."

"Hafey here, what is it Control?"

"Please do not scratch the floor."

"I will do my best."

Clicking it off, he muttered off a curse about that joke as the generator on display reached one hundred percent. Flicking a switch to the side, the entire Crystalis-class Clawcraft started to rumble to life, lifting off slightly as Haon took his time and gently nudged it out the Space Hulk as he did not hit anything thankfully. The controls were incredibly sensative, something that was never fixed nor could be fixed without an entire dismantlement and reconfiguration. Touching the sticks forward very lightly, he shot out into the ships graveyard as he started to weave in and out of graveyard of ships, noting the few that would be of potential interest later on. Encountering the Intredector, he was actually impressed it lasted this long though the question of HOW it lasted this long was a good mystery. The fuel for this should been depleted centuries ago...possible pirate trap? In any case, it has to be scrapped. Looking over the Intredictor, he tried to find any form of a weak point in its four generators as he tried to remember the blueprint designs as they noted about a central generator though with all the holes in it...should not be a problem.

[member="HK-36"]

"Haon to Bridge Control. I have encountered the Intredictor, scouting out a potential weak point for complete destruction due to its four gravity well generators. If I may say this also, Gravity Well Generators generally have a life time source of fifty years if remained powered...so unless this is a newer Intredictor, we either have encountered the longest running capital ship in history or someone set this back up in the last three months."

Looking out, he noticed a small torn apart section near the bottom as he approached it and made a dead stop, examining all the parts as he held up the datapad to bring up a blueprint as he examined the differences if any, wanting to make sure to stop this in one salvo, not four.

Lord Mettallum wanted to crush deep one skulls and was glad when the news of an attack on the bait was announced but then he heard that it was infact a One Sith ship that was barely functional that had attack the space hulk which made most people believe this wasn't a deep one assault but Lord Mettallum Thought differently and believed this to be a trick by the deep ones who may have found out about the trap. Lord Mettallum decided to call in multiple Needle Fighter squadrons to hyperspace to the space hulks location if what Lord Mettallum thought would come true.

"Surely the Deep Ones have changed tactics just as we have and we have fallen into their trap. I Lord Mettallum have called for backup as the Deep Ones would not be foolish enough to attempt a spec ops mission on a droid ship and instead must be calling in other deep one ships to jump to our location. Exile you can't just assume the Deep Ones wouldn't salvage and reuse other ships floating in space to fight us."

Lord Mettallum would probably feel like a huge idiot when he finds out what's actually happening

AD-8 took his small forces to the communications centre, having been ordered to by [member="[/FONT][FONT='courier new']HK-36"].

"Making my way there," He replied while walking through another set of blast doors, opening into the communications centre.

"Prepare for a fight," AD announced to the droids working in the room. "Hand out guns," He said to his task force, one of them moving forwards, offering weapons to the workers.

"Get ready to defend this place," He ordered, commanding his droids to set up around the square of computers in the middle, that way they could cover all the 4 doors that the enemies could come in from, whoever they were.

"Roger that," Aeshi replied to the Lord Protector. "En route to shield generator." The turbolift doors hissed open and she ran down the corridor, gesturing for the soldiers and droids to follow her. "Must protect the shields!" The woman called to them as they passed and they turned to follow her, weapons held ready in their hands. She skidded around a corner where the shield generators were located and paused.

"We need to set up defenses. Let's get some barricades up." She looked around, frowning, and took what scattered materials she could find to create some sort of cover. It wasn't much, but it was at least something that they could hide behind and would maybe absorb a few blaster bolts. Hopefully, although she wasn't entirely sure what they might be facing.

Apparently it had not been what they had planned for.

"Teams of five," she added, "Constant patrols along the corridors. Stay in contact with me every few minutes. If you don't respond, we'll know something's gone wrong." She brushed some hair away from her face and took a deep breath. She could still feel the Darkness from the hull.

"Lord Protector, they seem to be breaching the hull somewhere. No visual or confirmation yet."

"The One Sith.... Sith..." She pronounced the word Sith with absolute hate and venom mixed in, even if this was just a remnant group it was their government that had led to the death of her family and countless systems that she held dear, if they were going to attack her they would have another thing coming.

'Now Kiso not now, don't let emotion ruin your chance at pay back, more is at stake then petty revenge', she shook her head recomposing herself just in time to hear [member="HK-36"] commands. "Yes, my lord, right away", she snapped a quick salute before turning around, her cape flicking from the momentum as she quickly strutted to the turbo lifts. The door opened with is usual hiss before closing, racing down to the lower levels giving Kiso time to send out orders.

"I want lock down on all the gunnery decks, anti-boarding protocol in effect, make sure nothing gets in without proper authorization, set all small arms to kill and establish patrols around ammunition dumps, firing controls and the batteries themselves". She finished issuing her orders the turbo lift came to a halt, but was soon bombarded with new reports about hull breaching, that was not right, the enemy ship did not appear to have the fire power to seriously damage their hull, unless.

"Be advised hull breaching may be boarding parties, how they got on I don't know, visual has yet to be made but stay on alter, I have a feeling that whoever are attempting to get in ain't no ordinary troopers". She was unsure of how the information of hull breathing came to be, maybe it was one of the force sensitive they had on broad, but at least this gave them a head up, hopefully it would be enough.

Nerius sighed as he sat up, glancing down at his 'healed' form. It had not sustained real damage, yet it's synthflesh would never grow back as his facade portrayed. From his peripheral he watched as his benefactor wiped his oil soaked hands.

"That looks to be it." Vokun, GodKing of Val'hala, said calmly. Placing down the now ultimately soiled cloth, he gestured to a nearby table where all of his belongings lie.

"Thanks. It's getting harder and harder to maintain. I'm not a stealth operator like you." Nerius slid his arms into his shirt, buttoning the front as he continued, "If I did not have the Force, this whole presence would be easier to maintain." It was the same complaints Vokun heard regularly.

"Quite the gripe, no?" Vokun muttered, sighed next, then continued, "Listen I-" He visibly went rigid too unseen forces. Nerius however never commented, for his senses had picked up on the same dark feelings. It was like they had been midday on a beautiful clear sky, before in an instant the world was murky and deadly.

Vokun looked skyward, while Nerius scanned the Force to try to sense the meaning behind such foreboding apprehension. It became obvious briefly, too both.

"Abyss..." Vokun murmured, his gaze still vertical, "He is a God among men, a man I have watched for a time, at least since my return to the living." He paused, "He is in your space... I am going to send you along, be careful."

Suddenly the world darkened, before brightening. He was aboard Lord Protectors craft - directly ahead of HK-36. Hoping to not be shot, Nerius raised his hands like lightning, "I was sent along by GodKing Vokun, whom sends his regards, inviting the Lord's all for a party in our honors." Lowering his hands he finished, "He said he sensed an impending battle, then dropped me here - what am I missing?"

OOC: Sorry for the delay folks, I was hoping to do this without being one merc short.

The shield around the oversized cargo hauler was a annoying inconvenience, but nothing more. The enemy would have more time to get ready for the assault, but considering that the plan came down to "aim and shoot" it wasn't that much of an issue in the long run. After all it would still be somewhat surprising to have a sith lord suddenly drop into your ship from a hole in the hull, and unleash hell the second his feet touched ground again.

When the hull finally surrender to the crimson blade in Abyss' hands, the husk slipped inside without delay. The falling pressure in the area meant that he had to use his other hand to pull himself inside, but considering that he was considerably lighter than an average human but in return had more physical strength then most made it a little effort compared to what was about to come.

The husk almost crashed into the ground below, as his claw like feet etched into the steel, trying to keep him locked in place until some sort of backup system would patch up the hole behind him. They only had a small window to get inside, as afterwards the section would most likely be cut of from the rest of the ship. Piercing his claws into the ground after every step, Abyss began a slow walk through the vessel, waiting for the nearest soldiers of the Metal Lord's to come by and open fire, his saber in his right and small handgun in his left.

Arador would glance down as his feet seemed to push away from the hull as the shields tried to repel his magboots. He would kick back a bit as his rocket boots thrusted him a distance away from the shield, enough so that he may plant his charge without having to constantly fight the magnetic repellence. He would prime the detonation sequence for his detonite charge before slowly pushing it towards the surface of the ship, the red digits counting down as he swiftly thrusted himself away from the blast radius.

The charge would drift closer and closer through inertia and momentum before it stuck itself to the hull, the digits counting down to zero. A brilliant flash would follow as well as a muted explosion as the vacuum of space made it impossible to hear. Being on the other end of that explosion inside the ship however, was a different story as a magnificent roar echoed throughout the ship followed by an explosion that tore its way through the hull, creating an opening large enough for Arador to rocket himself into.

He'd make his way into the interior of the ship, magnetizing his boots and swiftly making his way through the corridors away from the explosion, which would most likely set off a few alarms for the ship's crew in the form of hull breaches that would need to be isolated and cut off from the rest of the ship so that everything that wasn't bolted down was sucked out. Arador would reach down to his belt as his cybernetic hand unholstered his 'Shatter' and his unaugmented hand wielded his 'Howl'.

He was bound to have drawn some attention from the crew and security of the ship and wasted no time in putting distance between him and his point of entry, guns raised as he switched his active vision sensor to backscatter optics, being able to see around corners without having to peek them, and keeping his senses on alert. By now the others would have made their entrance and likely divided the welcoming committee up into smaller sizes, but his task was simply to wreak havoc.

WD-334 just barely registered the order from [member="HK-36"], snapping out of it's trance-like state. There were other things that needed the war droid's attention. It prepared to move out from it's current location, moving toward the engine room. It sent an order over comms for it's bodyguard force to meet it there, while the rest of it's R-99 Vanguard forces were to spread out and assist the others sectors. They would aid in defense, using their shields to block any enemy fire. But there would only be so few in each sector.

The war droid continued forth after sending out the communication, flanked by only two of it's Echani guards. The war droid knew it would need to hurry, in case the boarding forces would be arriving soon. No doubt the rest of the Echani's would be at the Engine room with a few spare R-99's, and if nothing got in the war droid's way, it would arrive momentarily.
