The World Eater

Wild Space, The Unknown Regions far from the reaches of any government. As it was now. Long ago Sieger Ren, the Supreme Leader of the now fallen First Order. He had once created an Empire, a successor to what Palpatine had envisioned centuries earlier. Now it had been years since it fell. Standing aboard the bridge of the FIV Aggressor. One of the last of the Resurgent Class Star Destroyers to escape the blitz by the SsI-Ruuk. Kyrel Ren, Master of the Knights of Ren, the Last of the Ren was joined into a compelling nature. A nature of which he had wanted to act upon for many years, to discover what the Empire had planned for what was beyond the veil of the stars. If Sieger also discovered these same secrets, and if they could be used to bring about a new Imperial Power. First Order was the first to fall, then came the Core Imperial Confederation. Leaving the Sith Empire as the sole rulers of the Imperial Bloc. As Kyrel stared out into the emptiness of space with only the illumination of distant stars and passing asteroids. He thought of his early days within the First Order. How the Sith fell shortly after the destruction of the Omega Superweapon. How in the glory days the Knights of Ren served as the ones to emerge from the fracturing of the Sith, and now he stood a slow crumbling relic of a golden age. Part of a legacy that dared to rival the Age of the Empire.
"Ren?" Admiral Cain approached Kyrel, while he was covered from head to toe in armor, a blood red armor weave cloak/cape adorned around his back, Cain was dressed in the standard of First Imperial black uniform with a coat and gloves. She was of middle age, her pale face had grown tired and weary from hiding for two years. Her once vibrant red hair had started to grey and thin from the anxieties and stress encountered while hiding on Mustafar. "What is it Admiral? Have we found our next destination... First Pillio and then Jakku. We seem to be following what Emperor Palpatine had laid out centuries ago." He had said with triumph in his voice, a new found purpose that Cain had not noticed before even in the past two years of solitude on a living hell of a world. She did not care for mysticism of the Force of course. The High Command nor the Moff council never cared for the likes of the Ren. They thought the Ren were nothing more then spoiled servants of the Supreme Leader taking what they want. She had only answered to him in hopes of living longer, and helping her own sanity by maintaining a sense of routine. Every First Imperial desired that and thus the Crimson Hand was created in order to follow what the Ren commanded. Her tone remained cold, while showing some measure of respect for the Force Wielder. By no means did she like him, or even cared to. Perhaps feeling a sense of pity no less.
"We seemed to have encountered a Sith Patrol scouting this known region.. Orders on how to proceed?" She asked inquisitively. Showing a few small Sith Imperial Corvettes coming into view. Kyrel remained emotionless behind that of his mask, watching as how they slowly came into view of the massive destroyer. He thought for a moment that despite being on good terms with Lord Carnifex himself. He despised the Sith.. Where they are out of sight from the nearest civilized system, and far from the Sith's jurisdiction. Kyrel thought and sought the unthinkable, his next words shocked that of the Admiral herself as he spoke in a ruthless tone. "Destroy them... They will know better then to go beyond their borders." Cain was stunned, shocked even. While she herself had no love for the Sith. For Kyrel to kill them so cruely and without reason was unlike him. Perhaps the years of isolation had altered his mind to slip ever closely to madness. "As you wish." She bowed her head slightly in respect to his wishes.
Walking across the bridge floor, she looked down to see one of the gunners. Who spoke to her. "Sir.. Turbolasers are ready and in position." He said. With Cain giving one last fleeting look at the ships, she spoke to him in a firm tone. "Open fire!" She said, and without hesitation, several bolts of green turbolaser blasts came from the gun emplacements on the Destroyer. With the blasts hitting the corvettes, one by one they erupted into balls of fire. Even one barely trying to escape before all being blasted into oblivion. It was only minutes before the deed was done, and all the while everyone had remained silent.
Kyrel could hear the voice inside his head, calling his name beckoning him to go closer. Closer to the depths of what lied beyond the veil of stars. It was powerful in the dark side. Looking at Cain as soon as the job was done, he spoke as if he saw or heard a ghost for that matter. "Move deeper into the Regions Admiral... Go as far as you can in the next jump to hyperspace. I feel our purpose lies beyond." He said, the Admiral did not respond only giving orders for the Star Destroyer to jump to hyperspace, and then it wasn't before long for the search to continue, and for the war machine to disappear into the blue wormhole of hyperspace. Prepared to search for what was beyond.
