It's a flashing blue little - widget? - thing on the right hand corner of the site, and I can't access it because my school seems to have blocked it.

What is it? IT ANNOYS THE HECK OUT OF ME BECAUSE IT KEEPS FLASHING.

It is a public chatroom for Chaos members to discuss things or just chat. There are channels (subrooms) for each major section of the board. It's free to use, secure, and is an easy way to communicate with other members without needing skype (it is browser based on desktop). There is also a mobile app for it, as well, which appears to run well. The name of the program/site/app is Discord, if you want to google it first.
