What are the existing canon planets?

I dont know how many canon planets that are still existing and a planet im going to use is Hoth.
If Hoth is gone, can anyone recommend a good Ice planet?

if it is a planet in the star wars galaxy it is pretty much still around. the map we have only shows a fraction of the worlds and they are mostly the big names.

So yeah you can use hoth for things others have

The factions of the movies are either gone, or DRASTICALLY different in the current day and age (Take my own faction of the CIS, for instance. Outside of leaning on droids to do the heavy lifting, very few similarities to the CIS you see in the prequels). Currently the closest thing to an Alliance/Republic faction we have is the Silver Jedi Order.

The Outer Rim Coalition is actually one of the closet things to the Alliance, while the Silver Jedi Order is closer to the Republic.*
