    Son of the Mighty. Brother of the Wicked. Father of the Lost. Heir to the Desolate.

    Kyyrk-Xho Verros is a man out of time. A man of longing and suffering. Cursed to see the end of the galaxy in waking nightmares day after day. It is not clear from when or where he came. According to all galactic records, Kyyrk does not exist. No planet, not even his supposed homeworld, holds any record that he was ever born. His appearance is shrouded in mystery just as his birth. Found aboard a derelict ship recorded to be carrying no passengers nor cargo, with all signs of a destination scrubbed from the computer. The ship was assumed to be abandoned before the man was discovered. Covered in the grime of battle, and clutching a single, broken, vibroblade.

    His rescuers provided him avenue to seek his own life in the galaxy, to hunt the ghosts of a past that clearly haunted him. Yet he returned within the fortnight on the eve of war. A fearsome combatant and stalwart defender, Kyyrk pledged his life and his service to the man that had rendered him aid at his most vulnerable moment. And so began two decades of service, culminating in an appointment as the leader of the Knights Obsidian, answering only to the highest power in his nation. But in his arrogance, a fatal error was made. He thought he could protect them. He thought he could challenge the gods for the sake of his bretheren. But he was wrong.

    Now, Kyyrk lives as a broken man. His mind shattered, his memories gone. A price paid for meddling in the affairs of gods. His people broken, his homeworld destroyed. Filled with regret and shame, Kyyrk seeks redemption for a lifetime of mistakes. Harm wrought upon the innocent. Justice enacted upon the innocent. Arrogance that destroyed a nation. Kyyrk has seen the rise and fall of many a nation. And each time, he has been cursed with the knowledge of knowing the end before it happens. A cycle he is doomed to repeat time and again. But perhaps, this time will be different.

  • Kyyrk's combat abilities are the product of decades upon decades of training, learning, honing, and execution. Carrying twin blades into combat, Kyyrk can fight in a number of styles, with each blade crafted to excel in specific conditions: one for corporeal enemies, the other for incorporeal. However, both can be used to deadly effect in the realms of the living. His armor is built to a standard that even the Mandalorians would envy, being crafted of their prized Beskar in critical points. Packed with a number of technological and Force-based tools and weapons, the armor itself imbodies Kyyrk's philosophy that even in defense, one must still offer a strong offensive. Kyyrk also ventures into combat armed with the Force, and is able to wield it in new and unusual ways. Never content to stay within the confines of traditional teachings, Kyyrk will combine powers to unleash the Force in new and unusual ways...

    Kyyrk's primary blade, nicknamed the Blade of Might, has served him faithfully for the last two decades. Created after his original blade was destroyed, Kyyrk resisted taking up arms, fearing that he would succumb to the monster he saw within his memories. The Blade of Might was a turning point in Kyyrk's new life, and a reminder that a blade need not be lifted in a quest for blood. After the fateful encounter with Darth Sovryn, Kyyrk's primary crystals were fused, and imbued with the Light of the Force, a crystal which now resides within the Blade of Might. Its sister blade, The Blade of Duty, was forged after the Fall of Vylmira. With it, Kyyrk vowed to strike down the other-worldly being that had brought ruin to his homeworld, and destruction to so many others. A lightsaber with unusual properties, this abnormally large blade was forged with the Netherworld in mind. Exceptionally effective against the creatures and spirits residing within, the Blade of Duty will be a guiding light where conventional weapons would fall.

    Kyyrk's armor, known internally as the Vanguard Armor System, is the culmination of Kyyrk's skill in armorsmithing. Forged in a unity of Beskar and Vylmirium, the plates adorning this armor can withstand even the most brutal attacks unleashed by conventional weaponry. Packed with weapons and other useful tools, the armor would be a formidable tool even in the hands of a non-sensitive. Imbued with the Force, the armor can prove itself useful in combat in ways previously unthought of. Offering its wearer a series of boons, it allows the combatant to reach heights never before dreamed of.

    Kyyrk's command of the Force is unrivaled by many. Millennia of honing and perfecting his applications of the Force in combat have lead Kyyrk to a small stable of mastered powers that are uniquely focused into his blade-heavy combat style. Years of training and studying have led Kyyrk to develop these powers in new and unconventional ways, creating hybrids of previously distinct powers to command the battlefield in new and inventive ways.
