Since Xalus has been an IC and OOC member of the Mandalorians for quite a while now as a contractor, would it be possible for him to join? I know he's not technically a Mandalorian, but he's been contracted and sponsored by MandalMotors and Hyperion Security for a while and acting against the Mando Clans isn't exactly the best way to get a raise.

If he works for Mandalorian loyal companies I don't see why not. Consider this case-by-case though, not a way for either faction to figure out how to get allies into the fray.

I don't see why no. If you a Mandalorian by blood or adoption, you have every right under Mando tradition to answer the call to defend Mandalorian space.
