Upon waking up Orphen groaned, clutching his head and looking at the room around them, he felt like something had ripped into his mind and poisoned him from the inside out. The last he could remember was being sent to rendezvous with a council member from the outer rim as a republic escort, having met the man Orphen felt the Senator to be little more than charming and polite, as he had expected all men of his station to be, having accepted a wine he could not smell the subtle hint of rare venom which had laced the rim of his glass, and as he consumed it he had fallen victim to the designs of the madman. Transported unconscious and oxygen starved into a temporary coma, Orphen had been relocated to what seemed to be an unknown residence satellite colony somewhere... though he was unable to recognize the language which was written on the walls of the room he inhabited... However the first thing he noticed was the silence... His head pounding like the primal drums of an ancient Icaro, he staggered to a sitting position barely able to balance...

It was a good thing he didn't bring his ship.

Looking for his weapons he found none, his captors had been meticulous in their removal of every piece of his technology including the visor which he liked to hide his eyes with... that feeling alone, without the loss of his weapons made the Jedi feel naked. His eyes being revealed to the world was a big deal to Orphen, feeling exposed and small in a large area, but without any people around to look at the eyes he felt a little bit better... though another uneasyness began to sink in. Clutching his fists he began to think of what would come to pass if he was attacked here, in this state... too drowsy to be able to focus fully on his power in the force, and not of the stature to be able to fend off a larger opponent, especially if they were of a stronger race like wookies or trandoshans... The helplessness of the situation was becoming more and more dire by the moment.

But first, Orphen needed to gain his bearings, walking over to a window of the building he was in, it appeared to be high-rise. some fifteen stories up. The satellite itself seemed to consist of small city-like districts all separated from one another... on the others, he could see lights, shimmering lines of what he assumed were vehicles moving... but none from the section he was on. Everything here was silent, still, ambient and with little sign of life. But even the young apprentice could feel a darkness here, the stain on an area where bad things had happened to people...

----------------------------

Meanwhile at an undisclosed location, a group of a dozen odd people sit candidly around an oval table with a holoprojector split into many seperate screens, only one of which showed the young Jedi Orphen while the others had the faces of others.

"My good men and women, it's nice to see you again, the stage is set and the dice are cast, This year we'll be kicking things off in the hospital. Gregori, I understand you've done an excellent job with the evacuation. As such, you remember the rules, each of us can only insert one obstacle at a time, I'm sure you've all placed your bets... " - Unknown Male #1

"Yes, well, excellent or no, it's hard to move an entire sector of a city out, but you'd be surprised what people will buy with a little techno-babble. But I think My obstacles this year are going to clean house this time for sure..." - Gregori

"Haha! Don't TEASE us Gregori, you know I can't stand your surprises... So, what are we waiting for, can we begin now? And are we going to give the Jedi their precious swords?" - Unknown Female #1

"The last of the competitors are yet to awaken, and they have been placed for them to find... we will begin soon, we've waited a year... a few more minutes will not harm you Celeste... just a few more minutes and the games can begin." - Unknown Male #1

"Right this way, Ms. Noimare. Lady Alexandria will be in to see you shortly..." The assistant had said, ushering her into a surprisingly small meeting room. Something had felt off about the place. But by the time that the young Jedi had realized it was a trap, the gas had already started to flood the room. She hadn't panicked (that would have been odd for her). She had, however, struggled to find a way out. Fear had started to creep into her mind, and she worried that once more she would become a slave.

That wasn't something she was willing to accept.

So she had held her breath, using the force to keep her lungs content, and she had looked for a way out. Alas, the door had been sealed, the air vents were bolted closed, and there were no windows to be found. Svarin Noimare had been trapped. While perhaps she lasted an impressive amount of time in the room, she did eventually succumb to the gas. And so she found herself hauled off to an unknown land, drugged, her possessions taken from her, all so she could entertain the rich... the 1%.

The Jedi awoke with a start. Perhaps the years she spent running with criminals allowed her to wake so fiercely. Or maybe, just maybe, it was the force within her that helped her in that moment. All she knew was that her mind felt dull, achy, as if she had slept for far to long. And when she looked around her, studying the script scrawled onto the wall... well, she realized that perhaps she had been out cold for awhile.

Quietly she tried to reach out with the force, hoping to get a grip on her bearings somehow. But the throbbing of her head was making it to hard to think. Whatever they had done to her (or whatever they had given her) had lessened her ability to connect with tied all living beings together. That worried her immensely. At least I never relied on it to much, she thought.

With a grunt she pushed herself to her feet, knowing that she'd have to find a way out, someway, somehow.

What had happened the previous night was a blur. Even with his memory lacking, Jaccer was pretty sure that he didn't decide to sleep inside a dark, nearly completely metallic room like the one he had awoken in. No, this place was entirely foreign to him. The icy floor of his durasteel prison allowed no comfort to be found, only a constant shiver shaking his spine. Perhaps it was time for Jaccer to attempt getting up.

Surprisingly, the lost soldier had only just realised that his usual equipment was missing; this must've been due to the extreme disorientation he was currently experiencing. He was left in this blank room with nothing but the clothes on his back and his combat boots. However, that was all he would need to pummel whoever decided to kidnap him. Until that point Jaccer would have to remain in this enclosed room.. or search for a way out. The only break in the dull grey wall was the door, this would be his only chance for an escape.

Jaccer decided a quick overview of the door would allow him to locate any weaknesses capable of exploiting. From a distance the door looked sturdy and adamantine. No one man, even if they were an elite soldier for the Galactic Republic, would be able to break this. He was about to give up when he noticed something. "Oh you have to be joking..." he moaned as he pushed the door open. It hadn't even been locked the entire time. Stepping out of the room Jaccer expected to be jumped or grabbed by dozens of men. But no. Nothing happened. All that was in front of him now was an even larger blank durasteel room.

This was strange. Too strange for Jaccer's liking.

From a distance, Orphen could hear the opening of a door, and the mutter of someone nearby, it seemed there was another person nearby, perhaps an ally... or worse... But the words they seemed to say and the tone they had when they said it was not indicative of hostility. On the contrary it seemed to be more... disappointed, than anything else. Looking around the room, Orphen tried to sense the metallic nature of the walls, but, the drugs which had kept him under still lingered in his system, and would no doubt take a few more minutes to get back to where they should be... With nothing left to lose the Jedi Padawan began moving for the sound. Reaching his own durasteel door, and pressing against it, the less than stellar door, slightly mis-aligned creaked loudly as it grinded along the floor, opening properly as Orphen peaked his head out into a hallway and began to make his way down it. Calling out, somewhat quietly, he attempted to get the attention of anyone else in the area, noting immediately that up in the corner of the hallways, there was a small black dome, eerily well kept compared to the rest of the area...

They were being watched...

"Hello...?"

Orphen began with little more than a strained whisper, the dust settled in his throat causing him to cough before he cleared his throat and called out a second time, louder, and less mouse-like. Attempting to get the attention of those in the area. Thinking of a way for them to get out off here... Though, as he crept down the hallways of the abandonded building, he came across another room, nothing inside save for a green splatter on both the wall and the floor... aged, little more than a stain turned dull and near black... However, Orphen didn't have to be a genius to know that, that simple sign alone meant that staying here would not be good for any of them...

There was no waiting this out.

So he called out again.

"Hello!? Is anyone here..!?"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile the mysterious men sitting in the lounge watched and waited, talking among themselves as to how they would begin their little game,
giving their mice in the maze a chance to orientate themselves with the scenery before beginning... the stage was still being set.

A sense of dread hung over her head. It lingered in the air, eerily thick, refusing to go unnoticed. Even as the Echani's mind slowly started to get back to work she could feel the worry nagging at her. Why have I been brought here? She thought, trying to stagger towards the door. Both of her knees felt faulty, wobbling as she made her way, making it hard to walk. Several times she had to stop to prop herself up against the wall. The whole thing reminded her way to much of her time with the slavers on Nal Hutta. Just the thought of that place made her shudder. If it hadn't been for the faint voice she heard in the distance, she probably would have panicked a lot more.

"Hello?..." The voice seemed both close yet distant. As if there was simultaneously a great gap and a thin space between them. Regardless of the truth, Svarin did her best to get the person's attention. A fist tried to bang on the wall, but found itself to weak to move fast enough. Desperate, she tried to call out, to speak, something that she hadn't done in weeks (and before that years). Her voice came out as a dry whisper. Attempting to call out again only resulted in a thin choking noise. It's a bad day to be a near-mute, she thought, giving up with a sigh. Part of her wondered if she had actually heard anyone. Maybe her mind (or whoever kidnapped her) was just playing tricks on her?

Turning back to the door she kept moving, happily realizing that her legs were feeling a bit better. She still didn't feel well enough to run, or even sprint, but walking down the empty hallways without leaning on the walls was now possible. So the Echani kept going, trying to keep track of each turn she made. There wasn't much for her to look at. Various stains could be seen around, yes, but there wasn't much there besides that. Except for the cameras... which, in her confused state, she completely missed. Her focus was still on walking without falling over.
[member="Orphen"] | [member="Jaccer Ramirez"]

What was that? A voice? Jaccer was sure he heard something. At first he thought it was just his echo which ended back at him after a long journey on the plain durasteel walls. This theory was soon dismissed as he heard another distant call, this time it was closer. He had to prepare for whoever or whatever was about to approach. Finding a shadow at the far corner of the room, the soldier crouched and waited; he would either attack or hide whatever it was that the voice had originated from. Unsurprisingly for a special ops soldier like Jaccer, this wasn't the first time he could've been found crouched, unmoving, in a dark corner of an abandoned building.

"Come on... I'm waiting."

Eventually someone did enter the room ([member="Orphen"] ). It seemed that he didn't notice Jaccer, who was in the corner of the room near the door where this man had entered from. The one who had entered was little more than a young boy and short, very short. Even with the limited visibility, it didn't he had much muscle mass either. Jaccer could easily take him and hopefully get some answers from him. Silently he rose from his position on the chilling floor and crept behind his target. With a distance of only few metres between them the soldier burst out into a sprint. This would definitely be heard, but that didn't matter as he was practically on top of him. The close combat trained soldier would aim straight for the neck of this youth and attempt to grasp him in a chock hold with his other hand covering his mouth.

"Shhhhh. Don't struggle." He threatened, tightening his grip slightly more.

[member="Jaccer Ramirez"] | [member="Svarin Noimare"]

Orphen peered into the room to find nothing, the darkness of the area and the residual drugs in his system made his focus falter enough so that he could not sense the soldier. Considering the room empty and beginning to think that he was alone in thie building for whatever reason, he turned to exit. Though not a couple of stark moments after he did so, there was a swift motion behind him. Immediately alert Orphen turned and would bring up one of his arms to defend himself, but he was far too late. The Jedi padawan was quickly, decisively and immediately overwhelmed by the trained soldier in Close Quarters Combat without even a chance to react. Instead he found himself struggling against him, his nails trying to dig deeply into the arm that was pressing on his larynx before the Soldier spoke, telling him... no... ordering him not so struggle and to be silent.

Orphen obeyed.

Like a cornered domesticated animal Orphen stopped his struggle and attempted to calm his panic as he simply pulled at the arm to loosen the grip on his neck. Even with light force applied to Orphen's neck by the choke hold made it difficult to breathe normally. This was only amplified by the fact Orphen was taken by surprise and caught on an exhale. His lungs already straining to take in another breathe... But even in the chaos of the entanglement, the Genius statistician was already a million miles into theorising who his assailant could be and what their purpose was. The initial thought was that he was the enemy, lying in wait in an ambush ready to take him out... but, until recently Orphen had been comatose in this building... the chance to kill him had been there for a while.

So why wasn't he dead?

That's when he thought that it could be some form of trap, game, or that this was another victim like himself. The odds and probability of the latter most was considerably more probable, so, straining with all of his might, Orphen tapped in binary code on the soldier's arm "J-E-D-I." repeatedly over and over and over hoping he would be released.

It was all he could think of.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Meanwhile

A juggernaut stalked the hallways of the hospital, hulking, broad, and powerful. Step by step ceramic tiles on the floor cracked under its weight as the four armed being moved for the next flight of stairs. Gearous churning and low hissing from exhaust ports on its frame generated the sounds of a monster as the near eight foot tall, four armed monstrocity began to close in on the location of the stair-well heading up.

If anyone should see it, the creature would definately be alien. Four blue shining eyes radiating from a blue steel helmet covering a large muscular frame. The armour would be clad tight and air-sealed, a red hooded cape falling down to the back of its knees. Though most notably, four muscular clawed arms and enough integrated weaponry for the beast to be considered more of a tank than a powered armour.

Death was coming...

Republic intelligence did not take it lightly when bit a jedi padawan loyal to the republic and a decorated officer suddenly dissapeared. Their machine had worked around the clock to track their location down.
What happened on this station was by no means legal in republic space. The problem was that it floated in neutral space.

----------

The docking shuttle sucked its surface toward the hull of the exterior of the station. It resembled a mosquito desperately trying to draw the necessary blood from its victim.

"Lock and load gents." weiss grinned and pulled down his helmet. While the republic could not storm in with a grand fleet to force te station to abandon its foul business, but they were not going to let the captives be left on their own.

The strike team were made up by veterans, solid specialists who knew how to hit and run.

Within minutes they had burnt through the hull and their detonation caused a big part of the hull to fly inward leaving a gaping hile for the troopers to enter.

"Extraction team inside." Weiss called over the com. Then they fell silent as the team continued using gestures and signals to communicate as they with haste made their way toward the cell area.

Luckily for the boy, he stopped struggling against the hold Jaccer had on his neck.

Before long [member="Orphen"] began tapping on his arm. Jaccer soon picked up the code he was spelling out. Upon realising that the word being spelt out was "Jedi", the soldier eased his grip around his throat. However, he would not let go as the boy could've easily been tricking him in an attempt to gain his trust.

"I'm going to uncover your mouth, when I do I want everything you know about where we are and what we're doing here." At that, Jaccer removed the hand that had previously been blocking the mouth of the younger man. If he attempted to shout for help or try anything else, Jaccer would simply break his neck. It was in [member="Orphen"]'s best interest to give him the information he wanted.

[member="Weiss"]

He was let loose, but not released, which was good enough for the boy, allowing him to catch his breath Orphen gasped for air, inhaling deeply and choking a little as his lungs felt like they were alfame. Taking a couple of precious moments to recover before he answered the questions he was being asked, looking to the man he could tell that he was military, but where? He hadn't used a republic code to signal him, rather a commonly known binary code for using datapads, so, there was no way of identifying him. However, Orphen was still alive when he said Jedi, in fact that seemed to do something to release him and allow him a little more room to breathe and be comfortable...

"I don't know anything! We seem to be on a space colony satellite... a new one, not very large though. 6 kilometers? I have no idea where... the last thing i remembered i was... ugh... on my ship, going to meet with something... i think... who the hell are you?"

Orphen could feel the pressure and position of his hands were threatening, the effects of the drugs with his adrenaline being thrown into his system were being shredded, allowing Orphen to regain some of his connection to the force, the shock was exactly what he needed but he wasn't quite there yet.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

The breach set off red alarms in the room of the board members, each of them looking to the screen to see that one of the sections of the satelite had been broken into... it seemed that they were ebing borded by someone... how was it possible that they were tracked? immediately the board members began to see the situation as dangerous, one of them leaving immediately, the heat was already too much to bare, while the others, looking at the cameras which survived the blast as they saw the soldiers storm the area, simply smiled. This mattered little, other than the fact there were a few more contestants that had not been anticipated, looking at their bets, they agreed within themselves to recast bets and annul the ones which had been made prior.

"Without gregori, this is going to be boring.... " - Celeste

"Worry not my dear, these few men will not be able to harm what we're going to throw at them, I will send the co-ordinates of MY toy in their direction, best give them a welcome worthy of their presence. " - unknown male 2

The shadowy hand of the man typed onto a datapad, as a behemoth of titanic preportions began to make its way toward the entrance of the hull breach. the seventy tonne piece of machinery, though wheeled was a wide and large chiss heavy-tank. Sporting a powerful maser cannon as well as 50 calibur support weapons to either side. The most advanced thing about the tank however, was that it was completely robotic, using a state of the art droid brain in its heart, allowing the tank to forsake the wasted space for human entrance, and instead sport a much stronger engine and thicker armour. The wheels themselves were made of a polycarbonate armour surrounded in tred... turning and speeding for the entrance, it would crash into a building in wait for the soldiers, ready to ambush them as they exited.

Threat #2

Chiss Drone Tank:
State of the art Fully automated heavy tank.
+
Armed with:
Durasteel-Titanium Armour
Rangefinder - Varius sights and targetting

1 x 110mm cannon + 2 50cal vulcan cannons
Particle shielding
Advanced Ion engine.
6 track wheels. 100mp/h speeds.

While the threat climbing through the hospital had locked onto its target, the advanced armour able to pick up on the light audio from the rooms ahead, switching to thermal optics, it could pick up on their light signal, so, slowing down and beginning to move at a steady pace, it began to stalk closer, hugging the side of the walls, quiet, but far from silent as the mechanoid suit of thread 1 moved closer and closer, to them, two of its arms reaching back for its axes while its other two grabbing the disruptor cannons at its side. It had no idea of the capabilities of those it was about to fight, but it knew that it had orders to kill each of them, leave none of them alive.

"I think it's time for the announcement Celeste... They seem to be awake..." - unknown male

"Quite right... I guess I shall do the honour this time." - Celeste.

Leaning down and pressing down on a button, communications opened up throughout the abandonded sector, the voice of a sultry, mature, and vaguely sexual female voice rang aloud on the intercom.

"Greetings contestants... You may be wondering why you are here... the answer is quite simple... there are a series of predators here who have been given your co-ordinates, they will hunt you, try to kill you, all your equipment has been placed in the town square of the sector, one mile from your location... The goal? Don't die... but you might find it difficult... The predators have had practice."

-end of communication-

"Extraction team moving toward primary objective. Security detail is still miss..." there was a fizzle, a gasp and then an explossion.

"CONTACT! EAST WING!"

The trooper squad fanned out toward the corridor walls, making themselves smaller and dodging in behind whatever cover was to get. A second missile spiraled past them and caused a major explossion behind them.

Holding the entire passage in its massive form the Drone Tank, blurted out rapid fire. To his right one of his fellow troopers fell rustling back to the floor, his armor penetrated by multiple hits from the monster machine sent toward them.

"Alpha team, eastern corridor! Flank it with rockets. Delta, keep it occupied!" Weiss roared and fired a spray of lasers down the corridor. His weapon doing little to none real damage against the droids hull.
The extraction team was pinned down for the time being. this droid was an unexpected encoutner in the station, one they had not seen coming.

[member="Jaccer Ramirez"] [member="Orphen"]

Upon hearing what the Jedi had to say and whoever was talking over the intercom, Jaccer released his grip. The boy was now free to roam as he pleased.

"Contestants?" the soldier mumbled to himself in response to the voice that rang over the station. What was this, some sort of game show? It was a mystery as to why anybody would put the life of others on the line for entertainment. It was a barbaric practice and unfortunately exceedingly common throughout the Galaxy. With this new information it was clear what the pair would be required to do; find their equipment, eliminate these "predators" and kill whoever was responsible for this.

Jaccer then turned to the boy, there was no time for introductions right now. "Can you still use the Force? I feel it will be a helluva advantage right about now." As he spoke, he noticed something. Everything few seconds a large thud could be heard, it seemed far away but it was still noticeable. However, it was unknown to him that the source of this sound was nearing them. And soon enough it would be right on top of them.

[member="Orphen"]
[member="Weiss"]

"Oooh thats never good..."

Orphen stated boldly in response to Jaccer's comment on the nature of their position. Contestants was a term that denoted a game, and the kinds of games that a person would kidnap you and put you into an abandoned hospital just to begin with, never panned out well for the players. But, there was time for worrying later, Orphen began to hear something coming their way, he could hear metal on marble nearby, not too close, but coming towards them on the same floor none the less.

"I think so, the drugs are wearing off... but... I'm... "

Orphen was about to say how he was just a padawan, when he managed to get a sense of the kind of machinery that was walking this way, the face of a confused and afraid child turned to one of stark terror. As if he was staring down the hallway at a Darth clad in black and staring in his direction... Orphen observed the suit for a moment. The mechanics of it were highly advanced. Though he still had his mechu deru as an advantage against any machine.

"w-we... we need to get out of here... ... ... Like now!"

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
The Annoo-dat Prime saw that he had been made, so, decided to give up all forms of stealth as well as adhering to the corridors. A single step was enough momentum and power to smash through a marble wall and break into the room beside him, allowing him to make a bee-line for the two whom were in the room. Each of its axes in hand it would be moments before it hit the next wall. At full sprint it hit the structure like a juggernaut. Taking one of its axes and holding it above its head in two arms, machines would whur and power up, building up pressure and as it bought the arm down, throwing one of its axes with such speed and power that it would literally ignore the remaining wall in between them. The force from the axe simply thrown by a monster of his species would be enough to pick up a human being and divide them in two, sending each of their bisected halfs in different directions. But with the added overkill of the powered armour, the thrown axe may as well have been anti-matter.

the axe was thrown between the two of them, as they were close together it threatened both of them in one way or another.

The chase had begun.

[member="Jaccer Ramirez"] | [member="Weiss"]

(Weiss, feel free to control the tank. It's a tank. xD I'll control the Annoo dat, and if Jaccer wants to add a third threat, he can control that~ Unless you would rather I NPC)

"Keep up the fire!" Weiss bellowed.

"No one takes one step back until I say so!"

Guns were blazing all over the 313th as Weiss ordered them to hold ground against the awesome firepower of the tank.

It wizzled and hizzled away shots and missiles in a deadly barrage of fire.

"Captain, we are in position." was suddenly heard and Weiss allowed himself a sigh of relief.

He pointed his hand forward. They needed to draw the tanks entire attention their way.
1321214_f520.jpg

Standing up they started to fire wildly at the tank. It took several hits but did not seem to flinch much.

"Fall back!" Weiss finally ordered and with the squad moving back the tank slowly rolled after them keeping its deadly fire coming at them.

It was now that Alpha squad appeared from the side corridor. Mounting a portable missile launcher the soldiers began aiming it at the tanks rear immediately

With the Jedi's warning, along with the eerie feeling something was approaching, Jaccer turned to look down one of the corridors. The only view he got before leaping out of the way was that of a vibro-axe hurling towards the pair. It was also safe to assume that the hulking metallic beast present at the end of the corridor was the source of the noises heard by Jaccer moments before.

If Jaccer had been on his own as a lone soldier, his chances of survival against the approaching beast would've been slim, but luckily he had a Jedi to accompany him. Although he hated to admit it, Jaccer always seemed to notice that those attuned with the Force always seemed to have a trick or two up their sleeves and -in most cases- pulled through in fights. Hopefully this Jedi would be the same.

"Any ideas?" The lieutenant would shout to the Jedi from his position on the ground. Usually it would've been the experienced combat strategist to think of a plan, but with no weapons, no armour and no men, Jaccer could help but feel useless. Sure he was a veteran at close combat fighting, though he doubted that it would prove helpful against the Annoo-dat Prime which neared. The axe which had been thrown could've proven to be a useful weapon to be used, however it was currently planted into the wall and would most likely require superhuman strength to remove.

[member="Orphen"]
[member="Weiss"]

The Axe which tore through the wall didn't seem to stop, looking back, Orphen could sense the machines and flexed the power in his veins to be able to deal with the monster whom was coming his way. As a self proclaimed Mechu Deru adept, he felt like he would be more than able to handle this particular opponent. The beast which moved towards them was slow and purposeful, its run was slow for a creature of its species, but oh so much more intense with every ground shattering step... which would easily keep up with most running speeds. Reaching his hands out, Orphen would feel the inner workings of the machines. It was in that very instant that Orphen knew he was not going to be able to pull this thing apart, it was not bolted or riveted, but welded together, much of the core of the machine that they were up against was one part, with its own Ion battery powering it all from the inside...

But... Orphen could turn it off...

Smiling like his opponent had made a devastating mistake. Orphen spoke.

"Stand back... I got this one..."

Attempting to take active control, Orphen used his talent in the control of machines to turn off the powered armour the Annoo-dat was draped in... The beast slowed and stopped... for about a second. It had realized that its opponent was a force user, it would look to its armour, and then to them once again with a menacing glare. The unbridled fury exuding from the creature was palpable, as it began to move once again. Taking long strides as it was easily strong enough to carry the suit of armours' full weight without any cumbersome effects... Orphen looked shocked... he hadn't expected this outcome... So, the next step was to use his control of the powered armour to restrain the alien... Only to find that the preturnatural strength of the Annoo-dat was enough to still power through, although slower than before, it was making ground...

"I... I can't stop it... we need to run! Go! Get out of here!!!"

Orphen would shout to the Lt. As he would pour all of his strength into trying to hold the enemy at the gates, sweating as their opponent still walked towards them, his feet digging into the marble floor with every motion. Orphen was trying to be noble and save a life, but without his equipment he was nothing... In the room they were in there were windows, the glass on which had been shattered by the thrown axe creating one dangerous exit as they were so far up. The other option was trying to slip past the Annoo-dat... Which... was potentially so much worse.

But something had to be done...

fast.

With the monster of a droid tank rolling forward the 313th was pinned. Blasters flew to the right and left as the deadly machine had nothing but their total annihilation in mind.

Then the rockets suddenly crashed into its side. the first hit it in the tire and the whole construction lifted a few inches from ground. The second exploded just beneath it.

"Full attack!" Weiss ordered and the rest of the rocketeers moved out from cover and fired their missiles.
The fireworks most likely shook the entire station as rocket after rocket flew into the war droids belly. The 313th did not stop firing until a good minute had passed.

Smoke poured down the corridors. Weiss waved it away from his face as he watched alpha squad move in and check up on the droid.

"Its destroyed sir."

"Very well. Secure the launchers. Now, heads up, I dont think we got the element of surprise on our side any longer." he grinned and stepped over the junk that remained of the tank.

It seemed that the Jaccer was only given two options. Both of these options were to run away, not particularly favourable for the soldier. With the Annoo-dat Prime slowed down by the Jedi's force tricks it would allow the couple to easily navigate around him with a reduced chance of being hit by it's devastating weaponry. Instead of using the sluggish movements to retreat, perhaps they could use it to aid and offence against it.

A pane of Glasteel which, had previously protected the interior of the building from the elements, had now been converted to mere shards after it's encounter with the axe. Some of these glasteel shards now had very points, perfect to be used as a weapon. Knowing this, Jaccer grabbed one of the pieces and would begin to scan the enemies armour for any weaknesses.

"How slow can you make that thing, and for how long?" The lieutenant asked [member="Orphen"] . It seemed, as in most armours, the weak point of the Annoo-dat's armour was under the armpits. Luckily for the two, they had 2 sets of armpits to exploit on this opponent.

Orphen looked at [member="Jaccer Ramirez"] in surprise, he had not expected attempting to attack the anoo-dat... the race of reptilians were strong enough without the aid of a power armour to pop their heads like water balloons if they got a grip on them, not to mention the speed of the race. Attacking them with shivs of glasteel seemed like suicide, and there was no guarantee that even putting one of those glass shards even a couple inches through the armour would be a safe bet to eliminating it... The Anoo-dat was strong enough, that even as a student of the force using much of his own concentration to hold the beast at bay that he was still advancing at a walking pace.

"This is as good as it gets sir! But I can't hold him for long... But i can...!"

Orphen spoke, blood beginning to drip down from his nose as the stress of holding the reptoid back had burst the blood vessels which lay there close to the surface. Angling one of his hands to the side, he split his forcus for a moment as the Anoo-dat looked to Jaccer, he having spoken aloud then back to Orphen, it was all the time Orphen needed, wrapping his hands around one of the pistols at his side, Disruptor cannon or not, he flung it to the flank of the beast, hoping, no, preying, that Jaccer was fast enough on the play.

The Anoo-dat was not going to allow that to fly, with astonishing speed it drew its blades with two of its arms and bounded one step towards Orphen, the mind-blowing strength and fortitude broke Orphens' hold on the armour as he fell backwards out the window. The Anoo-dat's lethal strike soaring over-top of where he once was seconds ago. Now, the Jedi was dangling several stories high as his hand gripped one of the glasteel sheets, blood budding from his fingers as he hung there for a moment, looking down, and looking back at the creature... hoping that with this distraction it would be done.

Until somewhere, far in the distance, near the shell of a great destroyed droid tank, there was a harrowing SMASH as rubble exploded from a building...

The world would still...

Against the side of the structure would be a small crater, within it, a solitary vibro-axe would be found lodged into the structures' durasteel reinforcement.

The thought of what could cause it would be puzzling....

But it could provide a bearing for [member="Weiss"] and his squad.

There was a laugh in the board-room as one of the gamblers folded their arms and leaned back on their chair, Celeste let roar with a chuckle poorly hushed behind her hand as a male grimmaced.
"It was hardly fair against the odds they were up against, who could have known that they would have that kind of firepower... I mean really... what unit brings that many rockets into a firefight!?" - Unknown male #2

"Well Gilfied, you must come ready for these things, My puppet seems to be carving up a storm at the hospital, the Jedi looks like he's ready to fall, and soon the armour will reboot... then there will be nothing left of the pathetic commando. Looks like I win again... cheers!" - Celeste.

Merriment seemed to be contagious in the room of the directors, but all was not lain out to bare yet...

the squad had as short moment to catch their breath before a new expossion tore the air around them.
As they reacted on instinct they all fell into defensive circle formation but nothing more happened.

"Hold your fire..." Weiss hissed and peered down the corridor. An axe? What in the ....

He signaled forward under silence and they moved out trying to blend in with the walls of the tunnel leading forth. Carefully they rounded the corner and came to overlook the interioor from where the axe had arrived from.

"Of, frek..." Mantic cursed as he realized what a sick sort of event was going on in this place. " weapon check men, we are going in."
