- Secret Identity: The mask completely conceals the users identity, changing their voice and hiding all facial features from sensors
- Invisible on Radar: Due to the thin layer of baffleweave on the mask, it looks completely invisible to any sort of sensor detection.
- Throw your Voice!: The mask allows the user to project your voice, allowing for some confusing tactics.
- Peripheral Vision: Due to the mask's shape, seeing around you is tough. This can be overcome with training, but anyone who doesn't know what they're doing is left a little in the dark.
- Not Armor: While the mask allows for many features, it's not armor. The mask is designed for function, not protection.
Originally designed by The Vulptex as a calling card, once they were taken in by the SIA, the Vulptex used the SIA facilities to do a general upgrade to all their gear. That started with their mask, turning it from a simple night vision tool to an all around addition to her tool box. Now with a rebreather and a way to protect her from EMPs, the mask is a swiss army knife that allows her fellow SIA members to protect themselves, while also taking on a bit of her own calling card.
