Volkswagen launcher

If any of you have played EVE-Online, you will recognize that the 1400mm-caliber weapons are often called Volkswagen launchers. Here my objective would be to dev a long-range assault concussion missile launcher roughly that big in diameter. Unfortunately missiles that big have to be mounted on heavy cruisers or larger, and also count for a large number of capital guns.

Also the Volkswagen long-range assault concussion missile launcher would be a MIRV kind of assault concussion missile (7 warheads, each of which have the power of a heavy concussion missile apiece).
