Another wonderful sub! Here too a small recommendation, I think it would be more appropriate if you would write "Natural formation on Illyria" instead of your character. After all, not your character created it.
Based on the description, do I understand correctly that this would have extreme resistances? If so, please consider the following:
However with the new rules, it can't be Minor. I would like to ask you to modify the production scale or the rating:

6. Extreme ratings require justification and elaboration in the main body of the submission.
7. Extreme ratings must be submitted as Semi-Unique or Unique.
