Question Very confused

I have been working on an armor and I was told that I needed to rework the item, but I was also told that it was going to the pre factory. It is still in the tech creation chat and I have no idea if they just forgot to move it or not, I also don't know if I need to sub it again since the thing is still labeled under "Tech review" and in the tech creation chat.

Oh I thought things in pre factory had to be resubbed with the new changes?

Usually. In this case after my work was checked I was told to throw it into the pre-factory to let you work on it. It doesn't always happen but it can in some cases.
